"Will you ever tell your fans about me?"
"Holy crap, Layla!" Sam's hand flew to his chest as he whipped around to see his daughter. "Don't sneak up on me like that!"
Layla giggled. "Sorry, Dad. But the question still stands."
Sam frowned, glancing back to his laptop. "I guess we'd have to, right?"
When he didn't hear a response from his daughter, he turned on his chair. She was reading all the comments that he was looking through, reading the ones complaining about Amanda and Mackie. Her eyes were wide.
"People...people say that?" She whispered.
"Layla," Sam stood up and hugged her tight. "I'll be honest with you, they do. That's why I'm trying to keep you out of it."
She shuddered. "That's awful."
He sighed. "I know. But lucky for us, Amanda's used to it."
"She shouldn't have to be," Layla huffed, pulling away and glaring at the laptop. "They shouldn't care about who you hang out with, that's your decision!"
Sam nodded. "I know, it's really annoying."
"Okay," Layla smirked. "If you did reveal me, we do it with a bang!"
"What are you planning, Layla Golbach?"
The girl giggled, handing him his phone. "Let's blow them out of the water."
