The window of my soul became foggy as memories of our beautiful past flooded my mind.
The nostalgic rain poured down from my eyes, wondering how we ended up here
Now I wonder if things will ever be the same.
My clarity of mind has been clouded by overthinking, and my heart is busy trying to collect all of the broken pieces. My eyes long to see hope once again, just as the night waits for the day to come again.
Maybe an unfortunate time Or maybe destiny drew a line
Between two souls that thought they were perfect
Now look at each other like a strangers with whom we shared a chapter of their life.
Eyes never meet again
Warmth in heart lost again
How difficult is it to pretend
That we are strangers, nothing more than that
I scrolled through our chats, how innocent and carefree where they
And during the peak of summer we promised to be each others warmth during the coldest day.
Sadly how the time changed
I will be still there living in beautiful past of ours
Will break those walls
Will u fight for us this time??
