and i sing to the songs that are blasting through my headphones. it's because i want to know that i can still feel myself. that's why i sing along with the words. so that i can remind myself that i'm still hear, i still have two of my five major senses and that even if i'm partly lost, i can still hear these colossal beats. it's all an act of mine. everything is an act. so that i can remind myself that i didn't die that night. that i'm still here.
