Of all the places to be hiding, a small ship compartment is least likely. Especially, when your father is right next to you, while you're sitting on Nate's lap. Due to the lack of space in the compartment, your heart was pounding against your chest, as you could feel Nate's chest move up and down.
Sully turned to look at him, "I hope you're not enjoying this," Sully whispered, looking over at Nate. "Seriously, that's what you are worried about right now?" Nate whispered, looking over at the older man.
"Yeah, 'cause that's my daughter on your lap," Sully replied. You looked over at him and rolled your eyes, "Well, whose lap you'd prefer I sit on?" You whispered, looking over at him.
Nate groaned, shifting slightly, "Something is poking me in the ass," He said, reaching behind his back and revealing an old bottle of rum.
"Same! Something is poking me too!" You said, without thinking. They all went silent, Nate then pursed his lips inward, and his gaze shifted towards the wood. Sully's head slowly craned towards the two, who were looking over at the wood.
"You've got to be kidding seriously?!" Sully whispered, fumbling over his words. Of course, Nate had to add more, "Don't mention what happened at the hotel," Nate whispered into your ear, but it was enough for Sully to hear what he said.
"What the fuck happened at the hotel huh?" Sully asked, glaring over at Nate. He gulped and then looked up, noticing that the thugs were gone.
"Aw, would you look at that, they're gone," Nate said nervously as he peeked his head out to look around, then climbed out, helping you out as well.
"No, you two get back here right now!" Sully whisper-shouted at the two.
