So can you like give me suggestions to write about? I wanna do more stuff where I'm not just writing about the same thing but just anything and turning it into a different understanding or point of view.

Would you guys be opposed to me making a book about my nightmares/nightmares terrors? And possibly even normal dreams, auras, weird experiences I SWEAR HAPPENED ON MY LIFE BUT NOT MANY PEOPLE BELIEVE ME, and ghost experiences?
Cause I tried talking to my mom about them and she recommended getting either a counselor or a fucking therapist
And it's harder to express things verbally rather than through writing it down or typing it
