The leader of the masked group lower His hand.

Kar98k moves forward a bit while still having Her hands up.
"Listen, me and my squad means no harm." Kar98k says.

The masked leader signal Her to stop, so She stops.
The masked leader then press something at the side of His eye, and then a yellow glass appears.
The yellow glass then seems to scan Squad kar.
After that's done, the masked leader sighs in relief.
"Thank god..." The masked leader says.
"Uhm... what was that about?" Kar98k asks.
"Shouldn't you have known?" The masked leader asks back.
"Know what?" Kar98k says confusedly.
The masked leader stands silently.
"Which kingdom are you from?" The masked leader asks.
Kar98k doesn't know what to answers.
"Uh... nothing?" Kar98k answers.
The masked leader slightly raise one of His eye brows in confusion.
"You don't know?" The masked leader says.
"It's... hard to explain." Kar98k replies.
"We could talk somewhere else if you want."
"Please do."
They then goes to a nearby tree.
"So... where do you girls came from?" The masked leader asks.
"Firstly, what's your name?" Kar98k asks.
"You can call me Foster. And you?" Foster says.
"You can call me Kar."
They both shakes hands.
"Nice to meet you."
"Likewise."
"Anyway, back to your question." Kar98k says.
"It... might be kind of hard to believe but,"
"We came from another world." Kar98k answers.
Foster then sighs.
"I figured." Foster says.
"What?" Kar98k says confusedly.
"There have been many records of otherworlders appearing ever since the previous era." Foster explains.
"Mostly ones that have above average magic abilities."
"Though, it is not rare to find those that uses guns from their worlds."
"And you assume the same for us?" Kar98k asks.
"Yes. Although seeing one with full military equipment is unheard of." Foster answers.
"I can explain the cause."
"No need. I can already tell your world is not as friendly as those otherworlders' worlds."
"Since you've asked your question, can I ask mine?" Kar98k asks.
"Sure thing." Foster replies.
"Why did you scan us earlier?" Kar98k asks.
"Because of the monsters, or rather the 'curse' that exist here." Foster answers.
"The 'curse'?"
"It's a curse that spreads like a disease, and is presumably created by the previous demon lord." Foster explains.
"We call it, the distortion. And the infected, the distorted." Foster continues.
"What exactly classified as a distorted?" Kar98k asks.
"The recently infected ones are the easiest to describe." Foster replies.
"Their face would look deformed, as if something ripped them apart."
"Their voices sound reversed, for some reason."
"By the way, you know what demon lords are right?"
Kar98k nods.
"Good to know."
"When we first met, you scan us because you thought we were one of them?"
"Yeah."
"I'm assuming the older distorted can look human?"
"Yep."
"No wonder then..."
"Not only that, but they are able to infect monsters and animals too."
"Making them stronger."
"Why haven't I met one in that dungeon then?"
"It's unusual to find one inside a dungeon or any underground places."
"Why?"
Foster shrughs.
"We don't know."
"One thing we do know however,"
"Is that if you found one inside a dungeon,"
"It's most likely caused by a third party."
"I see..."
"With all that being said,"
"You have somewhere to go?"
"I'm not sure."
"But I- I mean, we would like to have a peaceful life."
After a bit more talking, a masked person approaches Foster and whispers something.
"Seems like my time is up."
"You're going somewhere?"
"I came here to take care of a distorted variant."
"Tough one you know?"
Kar98k and Foster chuckles a bit.
(Btw the other squad Kar member got bored and talked to the masked squad)
"Yeah."
"Before I go,"
Foster points to a path.
"If you follow that path, you'll get to our kingdom. Just in case you don't know where to start adventuring."
"Thank you."
"Well then, Kar. I'm off!"
Foster says before walking into the forest and waving His hand. Kar98k waves back.
"..."
"Bravo."
"Yes?" A voice answers from Foster headphone.
"Did you find anything inside?"
"Affirmative."
"What is it?"
"A door painted in red and gold, and four girls standing infront of it."
"Are they guarding the door?"
"Negative. They are trying to enter it."
"What's inside the door?"
"Unknown."
"Can't you get in?"
"Something prevents me from teleporting inside."
"And the door seems to be aware of me."
Bravo looks at the top of the door. A little camera is staring right at Him.
"Are you sure?"
"Yes."
"..."
"Leave the area."
"We'll investigate this further later."
One of the girls spits both of Her hands, rubs it, and aims it at the door.
"Affirmative."
Bravo leaves.
"Open sasame!"
The door then opens.
"Fuck yeah!!!!"
"WHAT?!?!"
The surface has been found. A good news for Aelar and the metalic resident of hell. When this news reaches Dani, He thought of something.
"Are you sure you wanna go?" Aelar asks.
"Yeah man." Dani answers.
"It isn't because you think you're a burden right?"
"Of course."
"For a place as big as this? What the hell are you thinking bro?"
"Just want to make sure."
"Does your girls agree with you?"
"They said so."
"When do you plan on leaving?"
"Like, 2 or 3 days?"
"Guess you want to say goodbye?"
"Not me. It's the girls."

"By the way, what about the flashdisk you told me?"
"Anything wrong with it?"

Dani pull out a phone.
Aelar is confused.
Dani gives Aelar the phone, and Aelar takes it.
Then, the phone activates and a girl with a blue hair wearing a headphone with two little sharp curves at the top like a cat's ears appears.
"Hello there! I'm Shifty, an operator from the ark intelligence department."
"I want to thank you for helping my Commander by transporting me from that flashdisk."
"Your welcome."
(I don't know if she's an AI, but for this story, let's pretend She is.)
Aelar looks at Dani.
"Why a phone?"
"Nothing. Just feels more comfortable."
"Well, not that I'm against it."
Aelar hands the phone back to Dani.
"Does your girls love my gift?"
Dani takes the phone.
"Of course."
"It's an infinite ammo upgrade with little to no need for any space to carry. Who would hate that?"
Aelar smiles.
"Good to know."
"..."
"Bro."
"Yeah?"
"Mind if I ask for another favor?"
"Sure, what is it?"
"Can you help Marian?"
"Help with what? Upgrades?"
"No. It's uh... something in Her system that's like a virus."
"Want me to get rid of it?"
"Yeah."
"Sure."
"Thanks bro."
They goes to the laboratory with Marian. It went well, except for the fact that the virus has become part of Marian's brain. Removing it, risk having Marian killed.
The best option they have is to subdue the virus and create a protocol in case the virus takes over.
The damage has been done.
The disciple awoken first. With unknown intent, wreak havoc onto a boy's mind. A female figure with a saddening aura. Surrounded by men whos lives taken by their own hands. Another one will be added to Her world, for Her master, one that cares for Her. This one too, She will guide. For Her master, one that oppose the mighty kingdom. Her master, will do the same as Her, naturally.
It will be awake soon. And She knows it.
