Its me again, heads up for the future anxiety is a bitch. Right now you are living in chaos, but when you get older there starts to be a lot less chaos and a lot more calm. Dont get me wrong theres still drama and we still need to work on communication and coping; that will be an on going progress forever. Day to day gets easier, calmer. Tho calm is what we want its harder then chaos. Calm is new, uncomfortable, and we dont know how to handle things when its just us. We have a hard time not being able to help us, we know all the therapy its just implementing it thats hard. This helps, talking to me helps, i get to have more insight on me and have to review what i learned day to day. Its a battle and right now i feel like we are the closest to wining that we've ever been. We are trying out this whole idea of calm and trying to stay in the present.
