Toy Story 5 is said to come out 2026! That's sooner than I was expecting. Hopefully (highly likely) I'll still be hanging about over here to add it onto this book!

Inside the skunk, the ride is bumpy and we're squashing in like sardines. I'm quite nervous that my foot might get snagged in one of this machines round of cogs, I mean it just feels so unsafe. I'm not use to this sort of rough style. Well I mean I have been in Sid's house and sat in an incinerator, but this is just so entirely different again.
"Antique store, here we come!" Bo smiles confidently as the sheep literarily drive this thing.
"Bo, why do you ride around in a skunk?" Woody questions, a flat palm out on the wall of this thing to stable himself. As if on cue, out side yelling and panic can be heard, crying out 'skunk!'.
"Huh, I guess that is quite clever." I have to give it to her, as unflattering as this thing it's, it's a smart way around. I wouldn't have thought of it to be so effective. But hey, I guess when you spot something like a skunk your first instinct is to freak out.
This thoughtful time quickly comes to a halting end as Giggle cries out in alarm, seeing a problem up ahead. "Corn dogs, corn dogs, corn dogs,-"
Just pausing the story real quick, why do all these scripts have the most random additives...
wow bunny? Why are we tackling with romance? [Bunny opens the back of a skunk, Woody turns to Bunny]
Bunny: Come on, Woody. It's gonna be okay.
Woody: What?
[Bunny tackles Woody in romance]
Bo Peep: What was that about?
[Bunny and Woody laugh at the incident of leaving Bo Peep behind, Woody was happy about this]
Woody: Whoa. That was incredible.
Bunny: Yeah. It is. You know what? Let's keep asking each other, until we think of something.
Woody: Yeah!
Bunny & Woody: Let's do this!
Anyways, back to the actual plot 💀
The skunk hits something roughly and the impact it intense. The sheep swerve the skunk past the cart but start to lose control, inside we tumble around as the skunk jerks about spinning quickly round and round until finally we can't hold on anymore, and tumble out onto the grass below us. Luckily we are under a carousel hidden from human eyes, unluckily Bo has landed on Woody. I know it's nothing, I mean how do you avoid that in a situation where your thrown to a stop. But it just twinges my heart with panic and worry. Years ago they were so close, and I was always taking that bridesmaid role, now I'm worried it will happen again.
"Why are you so bad at driving? You got six eyes." Bo grumbles to her sheep who reply with bleat "baa." "Thanks for the landing." Bo smiles to Woody, picking herself up and then helping the dazed cowboy up too. No then dashes over to me, as I dust myself off from the dirt and grass stains. "Here Y/n, I've got you." Bo offers her hand with a kind smile and I accept as she tugs. But as I do, Bo's arm eyes out a clink of porcelain and looking for the sound, I see that her entires arm was in my grasp while she had stumbled back. Her arm ripped off! Holding Bo's severed arm I start freaking out, crying with panic, to make matters worst Bo too scream out, clutching what's left on her shoulder. Behind me Giggle and the sheep cry out, and Woody. This is horrible, now what do we do?
"I'm fine." Bo breaths, now laughing off the incident. Is she crazy?
"Bo? You're missing your arm!" I don't understand why she's so calm, she just lost a bloody arm!
"Look at her face! That's hilarious!" Giggle chortles, but it kind off irritates me. That wasn't funny, that whole event was honestly a bit cruel actually.
"I'm fine. Don't worry." Bo reach's out and I hand her her arm. Was this a prank? I want to go home. "Happens all the time, tape! "Bo calls out behind me and a roll it thrown to her which she catches on her shoulder, song with giggle who hops over too.
"Not a bad hiding spot." Giggle comments on the space, completely brushing off Bo and her arm. Are they sure this is that great, it's so hot and stuffy under here, I can barely breath.
"Yeah. Leave the skunk. We'll fix it later." Bo looks around before dashing towards the centre mechanics of the ride hopping up. "This will be more fun. Let's get you to that store!"
The two climb out of sight, and Woody strolls yo to me. "You okay deputy? Breathing yet?" Woody offers me a hand a pulls me up gently.
"I can't believe that just happened, I just... I can't wait to go home." I am honest, just trying to hold it together. I am so far out of my depth, which is crazy to say after surviving a dinosaur take over and jumping from a plane! I really don't want to do this anymore. I was never super enthusiastic in the first place, but now...
"I know, I promise we'll get Forky and head back to the RV soon." Woody sympathise with me, letting his hands rest on my shoulders. "Come on, let's catch up" Woody grasps my hand and pulls me along as I weakly nod.
"What?" as we manoeuvre or way up the spine of the ride Woody calls out in question, he must have heard the two lost toys talking.
"No, not you." Giggle brushes off, pretending to laugh. Yeah they were talking about him, great. My life is crumbling at my fingertips.
"Second Chance Antiques, straight ahead." Bo hand me her arm and rips a sliver of tape off. I place it onto her shoulder and hold it still as she secured it, I still can't believe that happened.
"Heavy foot traffic at the entrance."
"Easiest way in is..."
"The roof!" The two of them synchronise their thoughts.
"Let's go antiquing!" Bo smiles, firmly grabbing mine and Woody's shoulder with each of he hands before dashing off, again. Back down on the grass Bo collects her skirt/cape thing, an old sticky hand and her crook. "Hold on!" She calls and before we know it, she's gone. Woody and I look at each other as Bo drops back down and grabs a hold of the back of the cowboy's vest while I clutch on tight too. I'm so use to Slinky helping us climb and drop, this is just so similar yet different.
The intensity of the ride up makes up yell out in surprises, landing on a thin piece of metal that we follow Bo on as she approaches an open spot in the carousel's roof.
"How did you end up here? I thought you were given to a new family." Woody asks, now questioning how this has all come to be.
"Oh, you know how it goes. Their little girl grew up and didn't need me anymore, so..." Bo explains like it's nothing as she climBs up a rod.
"Oh, I'm sorry, Bo." I sympathise, crawling behind her with Woody.
"Eh, who needs a kid's room when you can..." Bo guides up up top, and we appear at the top of the carrousel which I must admit, has a pretty cool view. "You can have all of this?" But I disagree, having a kid can still be cooler than this. I think she just needs to be shown a little affection from a kid again. She's completely forgotten how special it is.
I wander around a little, checking out the other side of the fair, seeing all the rides moving around frantically and hearing the cheers and squeals from those having fun. I wonder where Bonnie is, it's about mid day now, she must have noticed that Forky isn't there. I hope the toys at the RV have been able to do something to help, if we would have just kept walking, we wouldn't be here trying to get back Forky right neo.
"Whatcha looking at, Sheriff?" I hear Goggle speak out from behind me to Woody.
It's happening...
"What? Oh, uh... N- uh... That wasn't... No, uh, nothing." Woody stumbles over his words, trying to redirect attention else where. "I w-- Well, I was looking at the people, down bellow. Right there. And.. th- I was looking at the how to get to- to the antique store."
Deep down I can anticipate this, it's going to happen. And there's nothing I can do about it. It's just feels so awkward being the other woman, I though I was passed this, but lucky for me, all that stress and uncertainty it's rushing back. I don't want to deal with this now, maybe if I just act all naive and oblivious, it might make it easier... for now. Taking a peek over my shoulder out of the inability to control my curiosity, to my shock the sheriff isn't looking in Bo's direction... it's mine. His brown eyes are franticly looking around at the people I was gazing at bellow trying to redirect attention. Am I overthinking this? Surely, I mean I'm it that lucky...
"Count us in! Giggle, count us down." Bo calls out, pulling her cape over her shoulders while her sheep show up.
"Countdown for what?" Woody asks while Giggle counts, numbers quickly dropping.
"You want to get to the store, don't you?" Bo smirks to the cowboy and pulling me close by my hand.
"Three. Two. One!" The countdown ends and Bo yanks Woody with the hook on her crook while also pulling with along with her. We slide down the plastic roof of the carousel and bounce onto the tents which gain closer to the road. And right there is the antique store. He hop onto the top of a truck and use it to hop onto the roof of the store. We're that much closer to getting back Forky.
"So, how about you guys? How's your new kid?" Bo asks as we kind of struggle to keep up, crawling with the stone tiles.
"Bonnie? Oh, she's great." Woody readjusts his hat "Jessie is loving it." Woody is right and I nod along. Bonnie has taken a shinning to her.
"Jessie's still with you?" Bo almost can't believe it.
"Oh, yeah, the whole gang's still together. Well, I mean, most of us." Woody mentions, we all know what he means.
"What about Rex?" Bo asks, keeping the conversation in a positive tone.
"Yeah! Rex, Bullseye, Slinky, the Potato Heads..." I list off our friends, thinking sweetly about them. I hope they are coping with making Bonnie feel okay.
"Buzz?" Bo asks in a funny tone.
"Yeah, Buzz, too. I cannot wait to see his face when he hears that I found..." Woody chats fondly about his best buddy but I too see where Bo's confusion is coming from.
"Bo Peep?" Buzz sprints up, what is happening?
"Buzz! My old moving buddy!" Bo holds Buzz tightly holding him in the air.
I have not thought about that day in years. Hmm, I don't think I'll ever forget the way she was acting back then. It's like she's not actually the Bo we knew, she's just like a different toy. A much rougher one.
"Buzz?" Woody is, if not more confused than I am.
"It's so good to see you!" Bo gushes.
"Woody, it's Bo Peep!" Buzz enthusiastically points a big smile on his face before Bo puts him back down.
(Buzz is funny)
"What are you doing here?" Buzz asks Bo while Woody and I asks the space ranger who has shown up out of no where. But then to make matters even more complicated, Buzz is body slammed from the side. Two blue and yellow furry things come out if no where and tackle him down the roof.
"Buzz... Buzz... Buzz... Buzz... Buzz... Buzz Lightyear to the rescue!" His voice box cries out as he's wedged into the corner of the building.
"Three years!" The low quality, stuffed toys complain to Buzz. "That's how long we've been hanging up there waiting for a kid!" I approach slowly, listening to them sob as Buzz really doesn't have any sympathy for them. What's going on? "You ruined our lives. Shame on you!"
"Look I'm sorry."
"Who are these guys Buzz?" I ask, a little scared if the stuffed rabbit and duck will attack me next.
"Lightyear promised us a kid." The duck points accusingly at the back of Buzz's head.
"You did what?" Woody can't believe it. What happening to saving Forky, we don't have time for this.
"I did not. Hey! Wait a minute!" Buzz tries to set the record straight but the toys don't want a bar of it. The jump onto him, wacking him with their furry paws.
"Eat my plush!"
"All right now, come on, stop it! Cut it out now!" Woody tries to intervene.
"Come on, guys, break it up." Bo tries too. Normally in this situation I'd actually try and get in the middle but...
"Guys, I have a kid!" Woody blurts out.
"Woody stop! They won't ever leave us alone." I utter under my voice, irritated that he even dared say that.
"You got a kid?"
"Like a kid-kid?"
"Like a human kid, not a baby goat?" I'm sorry what?
"Yeah. Now let go of Buzz and come with me. I'll take you to Bonnie." Woody gives up.
"W- We're getting... We're gettin' a kid?" The duck can not believe his ears.
"Yes!" The Bunny pulls him along, off of Buzz.
"♪ We're gonna get a kid" the two of them start celebrating, singing and smiling along, now we have a walking radio. It's going to be a long afternoon.
"All right, let's go." Bo ushers everyone along and I give Buzz a hand up while he notices someone is missing.
"Where's Forky?"
"Ugh. Long story." Woody groans, but I think Buzz deserves to know that it was because of Woody's mistake that we ended up in this situation.
"We went shopping and got stolen from by a bunch of ventriloquist dolls." I roll my eyes, even saying it aloud is just ridiculous. Why does the most bizarre things happen to us.
"I'm sorry?" Buzz's eyebrows pull into a frown.
