Parker found herself at her local flower shop. Anna and herself had plans for a date night later in the night. They had practically been inseparable since they first met, when Anne wasn't busy or Parker wasn't at practice you best believe they were somewhere together. Most of the time it was at Parkers apartment, they very rarely ever went to Anne's and that's because she had her kids most of the time.
They didn't really go out in public together because the amount of attention they had gotten was something they didn't expect and they didn't feel comfortable with all the attention being on them. They of course had great communication with each other, they would text 24/7 and call when they had some time.
Parker bought Annes favorite flowers, anemones, and walked out the shop. She then walked over to her local grocery shop to buy some last minute items she needed for dinner. She was going to make them a roast chicken with vegetables. Anne had told her about her favorite desert, stuffed peaches, so she decided she was going to make them some of those too.
A little bit later, Parker had put the chicken and vegetables in the oven and had prepared the peaches so they were ready for the oven a little later. She then made her way to the shower. She took her time getting ready because she still had at least an hour before Anne made her way over. So dressed casual, like she always did. Parker never dressed fancy unless she really needed too. She also wants fond of dresses, you could never see her in a dress.

As expected, exactly an hour later there was a knock on the door. She ran over to the door and quickly opened it, not wanting Anne to be out there long. "Hi baby. You look so good!" Anne said to her. Parker smiled, oh how she loved that. "Thanks baby so do you." Anne was wearing a white top and some jeans, Parker loved the way she looked in those jeans.
Parker took annes hand and pulled her in for a hug and gave her a quick kiss and closed the door with her free hand. They made their way to the couch, Parker pulling Anne on top of her. Since their first kiss they hadn't been able to keep their hands off each other when they were together. They still hadn't been intimate but Parker was fine with that, she didn't want to make Anne uncomfortable if she wasn't ready yet. Anne then grabbed Parkers hand which was laying on her waist and pulled it to her ass. Parker gave it a squeeze which made Anne moan. "I think we should stop before this turns into something more." Anne nodded.
She made them some drinks because the chicken still needed a few minutes in the oven and had pulled out an already made charcuterie board she bought at the store. "How has it been going at work? Any new movies?" Since meeting Anne, Parker had been rewatching or catching up with all of Anne's movies and shows. Some of her favorites were The Devil Wears Prada, Oceans eight (she looked so hot in that movie Parker was obsessed), and Eileen.
Anne finished what she had in her mouth and nodded. "Yes actually, I have two new movies coming out soon. And I'm in talks about a new one. I actually have to travel to Austin, Texas soon for a film festival where one of the movies will premiere."
"That sounds like fun. I love Austin, one of my favorite cities." When Parker said this and idea came into Anne's mind. She made a facial expression like she wanted to say something but she stopped herself, Parker noticed it. "What were you going to say?" Anne shook her head, "just something that popped into my head."
"Tell me?"
"I just thought that maybe you can come with me? To Austin? If you're busy I understand."
"Are you kidding, I'd love to go. The season will be over soon so I think I can make it. Let's do it!"
About half an hour later the food was ready so Parker made them their plates asking Anne what and how much she wanted. "Would you like another martini or would you like some wine?"
"I'll take some wine."
When they had finished Anne asked "That was so good babe! Where did you learn to cook that deliciously?"
Parker hadn't discussed her upbringing because it wasn't her favorite thing to talk about. "I had to learn how to cook for myself at a young age actually. My parents were really neglectful. They were only ever focused on work so I was alone most of the time. I made my meals with whatever I had at home." Anne frowned, "I'm sorry."
"Don't worry about it. They never wanted kids, I was an accident but because of their religion they couldn't get rid of me. Honestly it could have been worse. Let't talk about something else now babe."
They sent the next few minutes talking. "Do you want to watch something?"
"Yeah"
So they were in the middle of watching Poor things when Parker turned to look at Anne. She just stared at her for a second until Anne turned and looked at her. "What's up?"
Parker shook her head, "nothing I just like looking at your face." She blushed. "Actually I wanted to ask you something." Anne just looked at her waiting with excitement and anxiety. "Will you be my girl-"
"Yes"
"You didn't let me finish babe" They laughed
"I know but I've been anxiously waiting for you to ask me. And now you have and I couldn't be happier."
"Oh my gosh, I totally forgot I got you flowers" she rubbed her hands on her face. "Let me go get them, they are your favorites."
