By die einde van die lewe,
Sal jy my vergewe,
Vir al die verkeerde dinge,
Wat ek het gedoen?
Kom ons sê jy het my vergewe,
Het jy ook al iets vergeet,
Want jy het nêrens vir my gesê?
Jammer, maar, ek sal nooit vergeet,
Al die dinge wat jy'et gesê,
Die mes jy het in my hart gesteek.
Nooit dink ek vir jou 'n tweede kans gee.
Laat jou skuld op jou kop altyd sit!

Forgive and forget
At the end of this life,
Will you forgive me,
For all the wrong things
I have done?
Let's say you have forgiven me,
Have you forgotten everything,
Because you never said anything to me.
I'm sorry but I will l never forget,
All the things you had said,
The knife in my heart you stabbed.
Never think that I've given you a second chance,
Let your guilt forever be with you!
