~A couple of days later after Kara went to Earth 1~
Winn's pov
It's been a couple of days since Kara left for Earth 1, who knew that with Kara gone Cat Grant would be even more tester and more grumpy then usual. She kept on yelling Kara's name, well more like 'Kira' will she ever actually learn Kara's name? Probably not, there's still no word from kara. I can't help but to think that something bad could've happened to her. I know I told Alex not to worry but I can't help but to jump to the worst possible conclusion/thoughts. Soon I was interrupted from my thoughts by Miss Grant standing at my desk as i was working, she suddenly spat "Where is Kira? She hasn't been here in the past couple of days, so where is she?" I lied by saying "She got really sick, so she's been stuck at home coughing and vomiting" Miss Grant then looked at me with her ice cold gaze then asked "Then why isn't she picking up her phone?" i then lied again by saying "She accidentally broke her phone and hasn't been able to go out to get a new one yet" she then asked with a snappy attitude "How did she break it then? And why was she so careless?" I then allied again saying "On her way home from the hostpidal some guy bumped into her made her drop her phone, when she bent down to pick it up he angrily snatched it up and threw it against a brick wall and snapped at her calling her a stupid bitch"
"So then why didn't she stop by and tell me herself"
"Because she knows how much you hate germs"
"Hm... Is that so? Another question, where has Supergirl been?"
"I don't know, that's more of a question for James Olsen not me"
"And why's that?"
"Because I only know her by the news and the articles we post here at CATCO"
She then gave me a little snarl then demanded me "When you go to see Kira tell her to report to me IMMEDIATELY after shes back to good health" I then responded with "Yes ma'am" miss grant then mumbled something under her breath as she passed by James Olsen, i didn't hear it though. James walked up to my desk and asked me "Where's Kara?" how many people are going to ask me that? I just told him "I'll tell you after work" James then asked "Why not right now?" i responded with "Because with kara gone Miss grant is even more grumpy and testier than ever, and she has given me a thousand new assignment to be done by next week and i really need to focus on it otherwise she'll have my head" then i proceeded to get back to work. Then he responded with "Okay... So should i be worried about kara, i overheard miss grant say something about getting a new assistant" i then just thought to myself 'Ah so that's what she muttered under her breath' then I told him "No probably not, well not about the new assistant thing anyways" he then looked confused and asked "What is that supposed to mean?!?" i then looked up in frustration and took a deep breathe and let out a exhausting sigh then looked back at him and said "I'll tell you after work" then i went back to these 1,000 new assignments, then james muttered under his breath "I guess Cat Grant is not the only one that's getting more cranky with kaka gone" i guess he didn't think that i could heard him.
~Later at the end of the work day~
Man that was an exhausting day, i was able to complete 351 of those 1k(1,000) aggingments(hehe a little HAMILTON reference). That should leave me with 649 more of those cursed assignments, suddenly James came running up to me asking me "Sooo... How many of those assignments did you get through?" i told him "351" he was shocked. I then told him "i still got 649" his eyes got wider than the second before. He then was able to say "Wow, i thought you were overexaggerating" i then said "Nope, she literally gave me 1,000 of those cursed assignments" he then said "Dang, why though"
"I don't know why she did it, maybe just to torcher me"
"But why torcher you specifically"
"Maybe because when she asked where kara and supergirl was i told her something she didn't like"
"Yeah speaking of, where is kara"
"You remember Barry Allen, right?"
"Yeah, why?"
"Weellll... kara may or may not have found a way to travel his earth"
"WHAT??!!!!?"
"AAHHH!!! Don't shout at me!!!"
"Sorry! Buthow did she do that? And how does that explain where she is?"
"She went to his earth to see him"
"Why???"
"Because she missed him"
"Okay... so how was she able to open a portal to his earth?"
"With my and supermans help"
"WAIT WAIT WAIT!!!! Clark was here? Did he know what he was helping with"
"Yes he was, and he did once he got here"
"So how were you and Clark able to help her get to Barry's earth?"
"Well when kara told me her idea i helped her improve it"
"..."
"As for superman, he and kara flew in medium circles in opposite directions at their top speeds with a speed enhancer device that i was able to whip up. Something kara knew i was working on to help her out a little bit"
"Wait, so how does flying in circles help?"
"Do you remember what Barry said about opening up a breach to another universe?"
"Umm... yeah he said by vibrating at the same speed as the earth's vibration"
"Yes so with them flying that fast in opposite directions in a small radius with the speed enhancer it lets them vibrate fast enough to open a breach to his earth"
He then responded with "Ooohhhh, i get it now" i then just said "Good" then we walked back to our respective home/apartment. I wonder how Kara is doing, I hope that she's okay.

[At Barry's apartment]
~A couple of days later after Kara and barry reunited~
3rd person's pov
As Kara and Barry lay next to each other in their warm embrace, Kara cuddled a little bit closer to Barry as she said "Barry these past few days have been some of the best days of my life" then Barry jokingly asked "What about when we met?" Kara then said while lightly elbowing Barry "You know meeting you was the best day of my life" then Barry couldn't help but to smile and blush. He then looked at her lovingly and said those 3 little words that they both have been craving to hear the other say "I love you" she was shocked at first then starts to smile and blush while saying "I love you too Barry" at that moment Barry's heart skipped multiple beets as he starts to stutter while trying to say "R-r-r-really, I-I-I-I-I'm super gl-glad" Kara then leaned down to him to kiss him then he grabs her waist and flips their positions to where he's on top of her then deepens the kiss, she then wraps her arms around his neck as she starts to sit you causing him to back up as she's coming up. After a few minutes they pull apart to catch their breaths, kara then got up about to walk away from the bed before Barry grabs her hand and pulls her back into his arms and asks in a flirtatious manner "Where do you think you're going sweetheart?~" Kara then said using the same energy as he had with a smirk on her face "To take a shower. Do you want to join me, hot stuff?" he then got all flustered, then said "Sure!!" she then giggled and went to go start the shower after grabbing some clothes.
~After the shower and they got dressed~
Barry hugged Kara from behind and nuzzled her neck, as she felt the immense pleasure she had to remember the important question on her mind. So she asked her ever so loving future boyfriend or at least she hoped he would be the big question "Is there any kryptonite on this earth?" Barry then looked at her confused and asked "What's kryptonite?" She then looked at him in a sort of daze for a mere second before saying "It's a green type of crystal looking thing that can weaken or kill me" as soon as she finished her sentence Barry's eyes grew gigantic and panically said "I don't know!!! I sure hope not!!!! Ummm.... We could fly up in the sky and use your X-ray vision to look!!!!" Kara only nodded in agreement.
~after they searched the Earth for any kryptonite~
Barry let out a sigh of relief to find no kryptonite on Earth 1. He then told his beloved "Soooo... Now that we know that there's no kryptonite on this Earth do you want to meet my team?" Kara's eyes then lit up like a Christmas tree and shouted "YES!!! ABSOLUTELY YES!!!!!'' Then she hugged Barry with all her strength then let go to find him in a puddle on the floor with all of his bones broken which will take the whole day to heal. Then Kara repeatedly said in tears "I'M SORRY!!!!! I'M SO SORRY BARRY!!!!!!!" she then continued to say "I-I just got so excited a-and I forgot m-m-momentary that you b-broke easily" Barry then reassured her that he will be okay and to not cry, then he asked her to lay down with him so she picked him up and flew them both to bed. They spent the entire day just resting while Barry healed.
