I mean, my old therapist diagnosed me with ADHD, so-


1. I think I'm just inattentive. I'm never really hyperactive.

2. She never really told anyone or prescribed me anything. Just told me it seems like I have ADHD after she put me through a test. Whatever, I guess.

3. Exercise helps me! Along with just constantly moving and doing something.

4. I had no clue. Honestly, I believe I do have high levels of rejection sensitivity.

5. I still feel lazy, test. Pfft. But anyway, I do have problems with school, especially. School is so hard for me to focus on. I have online classes and they SUCK.

6. I honestly don't want therapy again :|

7. Sleep = bleugh, exercise = :D, and healthy diet = meh. I will eat what I want, but exercise and do other things to keep healthy lol I'm also an insomniac, so don't expect me to be able to sleep good just because I want to.

8. Uh, no. :> Talking about my feelings only leads to more stress. I get stressed out when other people know how I feel. It's like a defense mechanism. When other people know how I feel, I feel like they could use it against me. Hence why I try not to show my true feelings about things very often. Online, it's a little easier since I don't know people personally in an IRL stance.
