Just to explain the Harley Queen situations and all:
So as we know Harley Queen is not mentioned in this tv show but i wanted my oc to be her daughter. Harley wasn't a psyhotherapist and she met Jack normaly. Jack is not joker, just a "normal" man! Harley went mad bc of something else that you'll see throughout the book.
