I look at you and wonder, why are you so good?

Your smile, an arrow piercing my heart
Your eyes, a black hole pulling me into your mirrored soul
How could you do that?
But I can't blame you, for I am nothing but a fool

Your laugh a blessing to my ears
Your voice like an angel
I stand before you with my heart filled with fear
Yet your presence is the only thing that heals

I love you

But I am nothing but a fool
Your smile is not of that kind
I leave the room
And my eyes turn blind
