I am bored.
It was as simple as that!
One would think becoming a God would do wonders, you can do anything! Well in a sense you can indeed do anything! But considering the God I am, I have nothing to do.
I have no role in running the existence, becoming the necessary evil, doing good deeds, saving worlds or destroying them.
But I simply had no job, for I was the God of Void. My duties only come after the entirety of existence has ended.
The other Gods will finally relax before the Creator decides to wave his hand and boom!
Another world comes into existence! All the Gods have to start working again!
But for me, it wasn't the case obviously! My only job comes after the end, and even that isn't much of a job.
Well, I guess introduction are necessary! I mean, being bored enough to get a habit of self-monologuing is one of the things I pride myself on.
So what if some mortal or divine thinks it is cringe? Edgy? I am the Concept of Void itself, like I would let someone's opinion define myself, a mortal's nonetheless.
Whatever, my name is Aaron, of course the name that everyone uses to call me. Well I have a Divine name, and it's not like I would become a slave to the one who uses it.
Rather, my Divine name cannot be pronounced by mortals or any beings lower than Gods.
So that every being in existence can use a means to refer ourselves, we God grant ourselves a mortal name, that even the lowest of beings could use.
Now, I am the God of Void, to be accurate I am Void itself.
Unlike those cheap rip-off Gods who are capable of wielding powers of concepts or shaping reality to their will, the True Gods like us are the concepts of existence itself.
We are Nigh-Omnipresence, Nigh-Omnipotent and Nigh-Omniscience, though in a sense we are Omnipotent to even beings capable of destroying galaxies as well, since we solve paradoxes that make humanity question their entire existence for some light brain exercise..
We are also based on what concepts we are, but none of us are some random overpowered idiots in a isekai.
Well, among all the Gods, my case is very unique, I had been a mortal before and I can remember how I became a God as if it was yesterday.

" Uh, so you would see. Do you want to become God?", asked the Bob of light in front of me, in a androgynous tone.
I was like," What the Hell with this extremely suspicious cliche situation!"
" Well don't panic, though I know it won't work", it said amused.
" So who are you?", I asked with a frown on my face.
I am a seasoned reincarnator, and it began with my first life.
I was visiting Japan, since I was a fan of anime and boom isekaid!
I mean not by truck-kun! I was summoned into a different world for no other reason than being in a group of Japanese high-schoolers.
To be honest I had no idea, why only Japanese were summoned in an fantasy world!
I was lucky to be with them and well unlucky as well.
Let's just say, shit happened after all of that, and now we come to my 26th reincarnation.
This time I was an Sect Leader of an Immortal Sect, and ironically died due to the attack of the Heavenly Demon.
I was just waiting for my reincarnation to happen, when this guy pulled my soul out of cycle of birth and re-birth!
" I am the Creator ", he dropped the bomb, not that big of it anyway.
I had a few guess, and a creation god was in that list, I mean I am a seasoned Otaku, reincarnator and not an idiot to boot!!
" So, Let me ask you! Why do you need me to become a God?", I asked while pointing my finger at his direction.
" Ah, you see- I need a vacation", he replied in a most carefree tone I had ever heard.
" Nani!!", I shouted, unable to control my inner otaku.
" First let me explain you what Gods are- and yes the Gods you met before were very different", he said, knowing my doubts.
" I won't say they weren't false gods, they were just Gods, we are True Gods, or even above that", he said in a excited tone.
" Gods are Concept themselves, which take a manifestation and have thoughts. Any other Gods other than are lower beings, capable of harnessing abysmally small portion of these concepts", he said, getting me hooked.
" We are concepts themselves, thus all Gods are Nigh-Omnipresence, Nigh-Omnipotent and Nigh-Omniscience", he explained to me further.
" You see, I am the Creation, and creator at the same time. I am the concept itself, and I have created other concepts as well. Now here comes my problem! I still have an Authority of concept that no one else holds, and I have to do the job that comes with it every time after the end of existence, and since I am creator to make the timing of job less, I end up creating a new reality every time giving no time to rest to others Gods, and let's just say they don't like it", he said with a sigh.
" Which concept it is?", I asked with unhidden curiosity.
" Void- A state of existence that is meant to come after the Destruction of everything. It is basically a time for other Gods to relax till I create a new reality pops up, and since it's my job, to shorten it up I create a new reality after a very short time leaving others dissatisfied", he said.
" I have a question, why don't you give it a conscience as well, as you did with others?", I asked, realizing the suspiciousness of his words.
" It will create a paradox! Not that I can't solve it! But won't be it interesting if I make a mortal a God? Or So I thought, and decided to grant it to most suitable and let's just say you pass all the criteria!", he said while taking a human form and gave me a thumbs up.
" Eh", I looked at him.
" And yes, you can't deny my offer. Since I am not willing to wait till the next creation", he said with seriousness etched on his face.
" You are the Creator, and if your words held truth. You are creator of entire existence! I get it now- Why world is such a messed up place", I said.
" Hmm, not going to lie. If it was anyone else I would have erased him or her for speaking to me like this, but considering it's you, soon to be my child, I forgive you", he said exaggeratedly!
" Oh! Thank you then!", I said sarcastically and then thought about his offer, not that my opinion mattered anyway.
" Fine, make me the God. I am done with trying to climb up in the power ladder after every reincarnation!", I said really tired of it. I mean it is fun for a while but then it gets inconvenient.
" Though I have a question, I would surely not encounter any messed up existence right? Like some slime that could gobble up entire concepts, or a being capable of killing you", I said, setting a flag knowingly.
" Let me tell you, we gods are the most messed up, overpowered, existences", he said.
" Fine, make me one", I said, excitement feeling up my veins, after all the idea of becoming a God, a really powerful one up to boot was appealing as heck!
" Done", he said with a smile, and the next moment I had became a God.
I was Nigh-Omniscient so I understood the situation in a speed surpassing the constraints of time, my duties, and all other-stuff.
After that he went on a vacation, having the least work after Destroyer.
I came to God-Realm and was welcomed by all the other Gods kind-heartedly, though they went back to their work after the party, and well God of Time had paused the entire existence so we could have party as well.
With no work to do, I decided to use my Nigh-Omniscience for fun, watch anime, serials, shows, and let's just say do a lot of stuff.
It worked for a few millenia, but in the end I started getting bored and Nigh-Omniscience wasn't helping either.
I quickly realized it was because of the fact that unlike other gods, I had no duty to upheld, or no task to be done.
My job comes after the 'End', and even then it isn't a proper job.
Thus while others were busy in their work, I tried my best to pass time before realizing I need to descend to lower worlds, to have fun!
"Damnit!!", I said, knowing well that what it meant for a being of my caliber to descend.
" I am a Bored God! Is there anything funnier than this shit? ", I said and grunted, rolling on the ground.
" That's it! I am descending!", I decided, though I need to inform others and the creator.
" I hope it works", I thought.
