Hashir was sleeping peacefully meanwhile,Abrar checked his temperature and looked at Ahmer with a smile who was looking worried.
Abrar:”Relax bacha,fever itna high nahi hai,kuch time rest karne do jab so k uth jaye tab nashta k baad medicine de du ga”Ahmer and Asher smile and cover Hashir properly who looking cute with red cheeks.

Azhar opens his eyes when he feels something. He looks up and glares at Ahmed who was smiling nervously while holding the injection in hand,Azhar looks down at Ihram who was sleeping peacefully like kids.
Azhar:”Kya takleef hai,q mere bacho k piche para hai?”He asked with an angry face and pulled Ihram closer who snuggled into him.
Ahmed:”Uncle!5 minute lagy gy bas,please hold him”
Azhar:”5 M-Minute?But why so long?”He panicked,Ahmed took a long breath.
Ahmed:”Monthly shot,remember?
Well good news last hai yeh”Azhar smiled and looked at Ihram with glossy eyes.
Azhar:”Main Ahmer ko bejhta hu,I can’t see him in pain”
Ahmed:”Woh Hashir k paas hai uss ko fever hai wait calm down relax itna high fever nahi hai Chachu treat kar rahe hai usse,aap abhi please iss ko handle karne mein help kar de”Azhar bite lips and stare at Ihram.
Azhar:”Yah Allah yeh kaisi azmaish hai jo khatam hone ka naam hi nahi le rahi”
Ahmed:”Uncle Inn Sha Allah ho jaye gi please relax aap q apna BP barha rahe ho,Aur Allah apne pasandida logo se hi azmaaish leta hai bhool gaye kya?”Azhar chuckled at him and sat on bed and yawned,Ahmed smiled softly and hugged Azhar who hugged him too and placed a kiss on his head.
Azhar:”Bara lucky hu main jo mujhe tum jaise bache mile”Ahmed’s eyes become glossy. He never thought he would have a lovely family,he looks at Ihram with lovely eyes.
Azhar:”Chalo ab jaldi karo,mujhe Hashir k paas bhi jana hai aur han iss ko tab tak mat batana jab tak yeh normal na ho jaye,I know bahut rone wala hai yeh”He felt bad for his sons but he know this is very important for them.
Ahmed pulled down Ihram’s trouser who started to move in his sleep,Azhar lay beside him and held his right leg and placed it on his own legs.Ahmed sat beside Ihram and started to rub alcoholic cotton,Ihran frown.
Ihram:”Baba!Sone do na”He whined and looked up at Azhar with half open eyes but he let out a cry when Ahmed injected him without any warning.
Ihram:”Ahhhhh!Fuck!!!Ahmed stop it!!”He let out a scream,Ahmer and Asher flinched and looked at Abrar.

Abrar:”Monthly shot,last hai chill”Both brothers felt bad for their brother but they know if they go there they will never handle his pain so it’s better to stay with Hashir.
Ahmer placed wet cloth on Hashir’s forehead who shivered in his sleep,Asher placed a kiss on his cheek and patted his head with tiny hands.
Asher:”Jaldi se theek ho jao dono please”He place head on pillow beside him,Ahmer and Abrar look at him with lovely eyes,but Asher close his eyes and gulp when he heard Ihram’s cry,his eyes started to tear up whenever Ihram cry he flinched,he started to cry too,Abrar pull him in hug and take him to couch and made him sit on lap.
Abrar:”Bubba don’t cry,Last shot hai na,phir se kabhi nahi lage hmm,mera bacha kitna bura lagta hai rote huye”He wipes his tears,Ahmer blink his tears and place cloth on Hashir’s chest who started to whine in sleep with pout.

Ihram:”Ahhh!!Baba!!Please bas!!Baba isse roke na mujhe dard ho raha hai!!”He shouted lungs out,Azhar held him tightly and didn’t let him turn or move.
Azhar:”Han abhi dard chala jaye ga na,bas thora sa wait kar lo”He close his eyes and cry hard,Azhar patted his back and his heart beating fast,Ahmed place cotton beside injected area,and push the plunger slowly,this shot is very hard as compared to others.
Ihram:”Oww!!Bas!Please!!”He started to move a lot.
Ahmed:”Don’t move!!”He stopped him in a cold tone and started to focus on his work,Ihram cried out in pain whenever Ahmed pushed medicines.
Ihram:”Ab aur nahi bas half hi laga do na please baqi baad mein laga ly,yeh kya subah subah,Ahhh!!”He started to complain like kids,Azhar placed a kiss on his head.
Azhar:”Ho gaya bacha,just calm down,Ahmed jaldi kar yaar,his breath started to become heavy”He said in panic tone,Ahmed nodded and push the plunger more fastly,Ihram’s breath hitched he clench Azhar’s shirt hard and look up at him with red face,Azhar hug him more tightly.
Ihram:”B-Baba!!”He pleaded to Azhar who closed his eyes.
Azhar:”Shh bas ho gaya Baba ki jaan,Ahmed please jaldi kar this is too much”He almost yeld,Ahmed gulp and push the all medicines which make Ihram jumped out in pain,Ahmed pull out thick and large needle out of his skin and immediately place cotton on his injected area and put pressure.
Ihram:”Ahh!!”He pulled Azhar’s shirt more who let him do but didn’t let him turn,Ahmed wrapped the bandage and set his trousers and then placed a kiss on Ihram’s head,who sobs hard in Azhar’s embrace.
Azhar:”Meri jaan ab ho gaya na bas karo rona”
Ihram:”But mujhe dard ho raha hai na”Azhar smiles and looks at Ahmed.
Azhar:”Bacha abhi aap Ahmed k paas ruko main ata hu”
Ihram:”Why?Mat jaye please”
Azhar:”Bubba ab injection lag gaya hai don’t be scared,main ajau ga hmm”He placed a kiss on his head and stood up from bed,Ahmed sat on Azhar’s place and pulled Ihram closer who put head on his lap and sobs hard.
Ahmed:”Bas kar rona,acha I am sorry yeh last tha ab se no shots promise”
Ihram:”Tu har baar yahi bolta hai kutta,kamina”Ahmed chuckled and pulled his cheeks.
Ahmed:”Han han ab ki baar pakka last tha my babe”He placed a kiss on his cheeks,Ihram glared at him but again whined in pain.
Ihram:”Baba ko kya kaam tha?”Ahmed looked at him and saw him glaring.
Ahmed:”Hashir ko fever hai ay wa…”But Ihram immediately sat on bed which caused him to let out loud screams in pain,Ahmed cursed and pulled him back on lap and patted his back.
Ahmed:”Idiot,woh theek hai,abhi kuch time wait kar main khud leke jaunga waha,he is fine relax”
Ihram:”Iss ko fever hai aur tu bol raha hai k woh fine hai,mujhe jana hai abhi ''He started to free himself,Ahmed held him tightly and burst on him,Ihram flinched.
Ahmed:”Chup chaap betha reh bol raha hu na ly jaau ga now no more rubbish”Ihram gulped and shook head as yes,Ahmed rubbed his injected area for some minutes which made him cry and whimpered in pain.

Hashir was hugging Azhar tightly and sulking like kids.
Hashir:”Main nahi khaau ga ye bilkul bhi nahi,mujhe pratha bna k do”He ordered with a cute pout,and Ahmer pulled his cheeks.
Ahmer:”Bacha aap ko fever hai na abhi yeh light sa kha lo then main khud apnd bache ko Pratha bna k du ga promise”
Hashir:”But Bhai yeh mujhe pasand nahi,mere muh ka taste kharab ho jaye ga”
Asher:”Han jaan jaati hai toh jaye but muh ka taste kharab na ho,Shabaashi hai tum per”He rolls his eyes, Hashir glares at him and groans,Azhar strokes his hairs.
Azhar:”Bacha kha lo na,bas thora sa,soup hi toh hai see iss mein chicken bhi hai dekho toh kitna yummy lag raha hai”
Hashir:”Dikh raha hai sath mein yeh jo sabza sabza hai woh bhi dikh raha yeh dekho shimla mirch”He show them with pout,Abrar sit in front of Hashir and take bowl from Ahmer.
Abrar:”Look kid whenever I am in doctor mood don’t try to test my patience now open your mouth,you have to take medicines too be fast”Hashir look at Azhar with doe eyes who raise hand in surrender,Abrar grab his chin and started to feed him forcefully,Hashir started to sulk and whine but Abrar didn’t leave him until he finish the bowl😁.
Hashir:”Ewww!!Ab khush ho?Ahh Baba itna ganda lag raha hai hai ewww”Azhar rubs his back.
Azhar:”Aww mela bacha abhi theek ho jaye ga,Abrar give him medicines”Hashir became scared and started to snuggle to Azhar,Ahmer looked at Azhar who nodded and cupped Hashir’s face.
Azhar:”You are my strong bubba right?”
Hashir:”Yesh but injection phir bhi nahi lagwaau ga”He said like stubborn kid,Azhar roll his eyes and flip him and hug him tightly,Asher hold his leg tightly and Ahmer grab his hands together tightly now,Hashir completely lock between them😭.
Hashir:”Noooo!!Noo!!Fuck!”He screams loudly when Abrar pulls down his pent and slowly injects him.Ahmed enters the room while supporting Ihram,his one hand on Ihram’s shoulder and one hand on Ihram’s waist,Hashir glares at Ahmed.
Hashir:”Yayyyy leave him!!Ahhhhhhhhhh!!Baba!!!!!Dard!!!!”He cried out when Abrar injected him,Ahmed smirked and made Ihram sit on the bed , who jumped in pain.
Hashir:”Ahhh!!Stop it just stop it you single old man!!”He shouted at Abrar who whacked him hard on his back.
Abrar:”Single bol le old bolne ki himmat mat karna”
Hashir:”Owwwiiii!Baba ji!!Dardi!!”He started to cry loudly,Ihram and Asher both looked at him with sad faces.
Azhar:”Baba ji ki jaan,Dard nahi ho gi agar aap yu jump nahi maaro gy”Hashir made pout and hissed when Abrar pull out the needle,he rub his poor butt and hug Ahmer who take him in embrace.
Ahmer:”Mera bacha”Hashir snuggle into him,Ahmer wipes his tears and look at Abrar who take out one tablet and give it to Azhar who hold Hashir’s chin and put tablet inside his mouth forcefully,Abrar made him drink water,Hashir started to cough.
Ahmer:”Bas bas ho gaya jaan,Good boy”Asher wipes his mouth.
Hashir:”Dardi ho rahi hai”He sniffled,Asher hugged him too,Azhar pulled Ihram and made him sit on lap,Hashir looked at him.
Hashir:”Aap ka face q red hai?Injection toh mujhe laga hai”He made faces,Ihram chuckled.
Ahmed:”Isse bhi laga hai,Monthly shot”Hashir looks at Ihram with a sad face.
Hashir:”Dard ho raha hai?”
Ihram:”Nae aaja rest kar”He pulled him on bed,Hashir lay on bed and smiled at them,Ahmer started to pat his back.
Hashir:”Mujhe paratha khana hai”He said in a sleepy voice,Ahmer placed a kiss on his cheek.
Ahmer:”Theek hai meri jaan,Ihram tum kuch khaao gy,Asher tum?”
Ihram:”Mujhe ab kuch ni khana,bas mera dard theek kar do please”He snuggled to Azhar.
Asher:”uss k liye aik aur shot lagana padega lagwaye gy?”Ihram glared at him which made him giggle.
Asher:”Bhai sandwich with extra ketchup”Ahmer nodded and left the room,Azhar ruffled Ihram’s hair.
Azhar:”Iss k sath rest karo ok,baad mein fresh up jo jana tab tak araam bhi mil jaye ga”Ihram lay beside Hashir and hug him who hug him back,Azhar and Abrar coed at them but they gulp when they saw how Ahmed was looking at them with fire eyes.😁.

Ahmer was standing in his company ,but he was looking angry, all the employees shivering in fear.
Ahmer:”Aik kaam tum sab se nahi ho sakta,aik project ready nahi kar sake”He shout at them,They all look down in guilt,he sigh and rub his eyes,they are not at fault too,how can they arrange everything in 1 day that’s kinda difficult he can’t blame them they also have right to enjoy sunday,he sit with sigh.
Ahmer:”Miss Shikh can you bring files?”She bowed and ran from there,after some times she placed files inside his cabin.
Ahmer:”aap sab bhi apna kaam kare and sorry for my behaviour,now please I want this project complete as soon as possible”He walked out from there,they all sigh in relief and started to work,Ahmer looked at files and made faces.
Ahmer:”Yah Allah itni files”He sat on a chair and started to work as hard as he could.
