Saad entered the room and tiptoed to the bed, where Ali was sleeping
He frowned looking at him who was sleeping on his stomach with an ice pack placed on his right side
Saad stood next to him, his hands placed on his hips, with a serious expression
He slowly put the ice pack away and poked the area on his back where the ice pack was placed
Ali who was sleeping peacefully felt the bolt of pain on his sore back and woke up with a jerk...
"Saad!" Ali saw him and groaned in pain creasing his back, a painful expression etched on his face...
"Hein? Bhaijaan? Kya ho gaya ha? apko dard ho raha ha?" Saad asked in concern sitting next to him
"Hn sab kar ke to end ma bhaijaan apko dard ho raha ha" Ali mumbled mocking him who pouted
"Kya ha?" Saad whined making Ali sigh
"Kuch nai beta apka mood kyu off ha?" Ali asked laying on his back, pulling Saad into his embrace
Saad pouted sadly and rested his head on Ali's chest snaking his hands around his waist
"Mein Katti hun" he mumbled playing with the button on Ali's shirt "Arey kyu?" Ali asked in surprise
"Koi pyaar nai karta mujh sa, sab bs dantte ha, mein kisi sa baat nai krun ga" he mumbled making Ali chuckle
"Ap has rai ho? Mein apse bhi baat nai karun ga" Saad said glaring at Ali trying to get out of Ali's embrace, who tightened his grip not letting him move
"Acha! Acha! Nai has raha lete raho" he patted his back who pouted giving Ali another glare
Ali smiled at him and leaned down beside the bed picking up a bag, he sat up
Saad kept his face hidden in Ali's chest all this while not seeing what Ali had in his hand
Ali glanced at Saad and tapped his shoulder "Yeh nai chahiye?" he whispered in his ear
"Kuch nai chahiye mujhay! Mein naraz hun" Saad grumbled in a whiny voice
"Dekh to lo!" Ali said teasingly, Saad frowned and slowly peeked out of his chest
"Yeh kya ha?" he slowly asked looking at the bag, "apko to nai chahiye na?" Ali teased
Saad looked at him angrily and said "Hn nai bataein mujhay nai chahiye" Ali looked at him amused at how angry the little bird was
"Acha yeh lo" Ali opened the bag and poured the things out on the bed, Saad looked at the stuff and sat up with a gasp
His eyes wide open along with his mouth
"Abhi sa mun khul gaya?" Ali chuckled and took the other bag pouring it on the bed
Saad sat there too shocked to say anything, it took him a few seconds to come back to his senses
"Bhaijaan" he whispered and immediately hugged Ali tightly who was smiling
Returning from his office he stopped by the shop to get his little munchkin his favorite snacks
"Ouch!" Ali yelped softly due to the pressure on his aching body by Saad's weight!
Saad immediately moved back with a worried expression and asked "Kya hua bhaijaan?"
"Kuch nai beta, ab yeh sab akele nai khana okay? Maheen aur Irum sa bhi share karna," Ali said with a smile kissing Saad's forehead
"Mein nai khaun ga! Apko kya hua ha? Kahi lagi ha?" Saad asked holding Ali's hand softly
Saad did know about Ali's accident as he was sleeping! He could not even see the bandage on Ali's forehead as it was covered by his hair
"Arey! Nai bhaeitna pareshaan kyu ho rai ho ma sai hun" Ali said patting his back with a smile trying to assure him
"Nai ap jhut bol rai ha! Mein aya tha tab bhi apne back pa ice pack rakha hua tha! I'm sure kuch hua ha! Batein na" Saad asked tears filling his eyes
"Beta kuch nai hua ha- ouch!!!" Ali yelped loudly when Saad pinched him on his back where the ice pack had previously been placed
"Saad!!!" Ali hissed and rubbed his back "Dekha kaha tha na mein na" Saad cried
"Areyy!!! Dard mujhay ho raha ha ro tum rai ho!?"" Ali asked in disbelief rubbing his forehead
"Bhaijaan" Saad gasped when his eyes fell on the bandage on Ali's forehead
"Yeh kese hua" Saad softly touched the bandage making Ali smile at his gentleness to not hurt him
"Bs aik chotuuu sa accident ho gaya" Ali whispered...
"Bhaijaaannnn!!!!" Saad glared at him furiously and hugged him but not tightly
"Sorry!" Ali mumbled kissing Saad's head, "Apna khayal rakha karein please," Saad said snuggling into the hug
"I promise karun ga" Ali mumbled creasing his back

"Mein nikal rai hun Aryan!!" Irum shouted, Aryan came running out of the bathroom with wet hair
"Sorry sorry! Chalo" he quickly wore his shoes and said to Irum who stood there with arms folded on her chest
"Bal kon dry kare ga! Bahir kitni teez hawa chal rai ha bemar ho jao ga" Irum made him sit on the chair in front of the dressing and took a towel
"Par der ho rai ha apko" Aryan mumbled as Irum started drying his hair
"Par der ho rai ha apko" Irum mocked "Mere der ka chakron ma agar ap bimar ho gai to? Phir lagate rehna hospital ka chakar" Irum scolded hitting him tightly on the head with one hand
"Acha ab gussa to na ho" Aryan mumbled looking down
"Nai ho rai!!! Chalo utho brush karo" Irum said walking to the bathroom with the towel
By the time she came out, Aryan had brushed his hair and was looking extremely handsome as always
"Ab jaldi karo!!!" Irun said running out of the room taking her white coat with her, Aryan ran behind her

"Sir ap please Haider bhai ko call na karein mein bata rai hun koi masla hua hoga mere result itna ganda nai aa sakta," Irum said softly
"I'm sorry Irum but I have to call him! Us na pehla din sa bola hua ha ka agar grades sai nai to we have to inform him! Abhi tak message bhi ja chuka hoga unko! There is nothing we can do" The professor explained softly
"Sir! Ap recheck to kar lein I can not fail! Itna bura paper nai hua tha" Irum whined
"I have rechecked and you have failed! Try harder next time, and it's okay to fail" the professor said firmly
"Sir" Irum Sighed and on the chair with a thud holding her aching head in her hand
There was no way she could have failed, she did not study as much but she did study enough to pass with good marks
And the professor had called Haider! He was very strict in her studies! there was no way he would be calm after knowing that she failed
Irum was busy in her thoughts when the door of the cabin burst open and a fuming Haider walked in
Irum glanced at him but looked away seeing the intense glare he gave her!
