"Sleep for a while!" Zenos said and pat the already tired-looking Hayden's hair
Hayden pulled Zenos hand and looked into his eyes. "But your flight is in 20 mins. I want to follow you to the airport!"
"But you are weak and tired now. besides, I am not leav.." Zenos phone suddenly rang so he instead picked up the call
"The flight is taking off in 20 mins, what the hell are you still doing?" Jude said immediately Zenos picked up the call
"Cancel it and book the next one!" Zenos replied lazily
"Are you kidding?" Jude retorted in suprise. "How can we suddenly cancel the flight at the last minute?"
"Did I sound like someone who's playing jokes here?CAN-CEL IT!" he commanded.
Sound of protest suddenly came from the background. "Zenos, how can you ask us to cancel the flight?" Sean says angrily guessed he collected the phone from Jude
"Are you questioning my order now, Sean?" he questioned coldly
"No.. I..." Sean stuttered. "It's just that... You're doing something silly if you're cancelling the flight for that little boyfriend of yours!!" he says with a bit of strangeness in his tone
"Sean!!" David and Jude exclaimed at the other side of the phone
Jude quickly collected the phone from Sean. "Zenos, I'm sorry. He forcefully remove..."
"But what I said was true, you fools!" Sean voice says at the background. "why can't you tell.."
".." Zenos cut off the phone angrily, his expression and aura has turned cold. He tried to calm down his anger
"Are you okay?" Hayden took hold of Zenos hand and caressed it gently
"I am not!" he replied truthfully. He knew the anger inside him is already boiling beyond words..
Thankfully, Sean isn't around him or he would have kicked his ass. He furrowed his brows thinking about Sean. It seems he has changed lately.
"Maybe you should go and meet the.." Hayden was about to suggest to Zenos to go with them and leave him instead but was shut off by a cold glare from Zenos. "Okay then. Let's take a short nap together."
"I have to check somethings. Just sleep without me, hm?" He said to Hayden and pecked his lips
Hayden pouted and whined. "What if you leave?I want to.."
Zenos raised an eyebrow at him,so he kept shut and instead hugged Zenos by the waist tightly. "Sleep tight!" Zenos said and kissed his forehead
He continued working on his files and was checking his phone occasionally. He checked the time and he discovered that it's 1 hour 30 min past the flight time,so he looked at the news. He smirked and his aura turned cold as he read the news on screen. His phone rang immediately and he picked it up
"Jude!" he said immediately
Jude panicked voice says immediately. "Zenos..Did you checked the news? The plane..."
Zenos cut in immediately. "Crashed!! I know!!"
"Your brother?!" Jude questioned knowingly but with a little bit of suprise
"Yeah. But someone is giving him information about us"! When is the next airplane going to take off?"
Jude wanted to ask Zenos if he knows the person already but since Zenos purposely changed his question that means he doesn't want him(JD) to ask ..So he decided not to. "probably in 3 hours!"
"He won't be able to plan anything for the meantime. We are safe for now!" Zenos said and cut off the call. He looked at his files and his frown deepened. How could it be? His bro and...
Hayden phone suddenly rang and Zenos quickly picked it up and was about to place it on silence but Hayden woke up and asked Zenos to passed the phone to him
"Yeah Caleb?" Hayden says drowsily making Zenos chuckled at him
"Are you still sleeping?" Caleb asked at the other side of the phone
"Yeah but I'm pretty much awake now. What's up??"
"Did you check the news?" Caleb said panickedly
"No. What's wrong?" he says and furrowed his brows at Caleb's panicked tone
"The plane. The plane your boyfriend boarded has.... crashed."
"What?" he jumped up and immediately calmed down upon seeing Zenos looking at him but immediately panicked thinking about the plane crash. What if Zenos has really boarded the plane?.
"Zenos is still here!" he said to Caleb and they both talked for a while before they finally cut off the phone
He quickly opened his browser app and checked the latest news. He panicked as he read the news inwardly.
Unknown number of Casualties : A state plane Aeril 1500 has just crashed in a small village named Silvers. He trembled as he imagined if Zenos really boarded the plane.
He was pulled into a hug. He didn't even know when Zenos climbed into the bed, "Zenos!" he whispered and burst into tears. "I. I almost" he wanted to say that he almost lost Zenos but he didn't want to hear that kind of negative words falling from his mouth
"I'm fine Hayde!" Zenos replied and kissed his forehead
"Zenos" he clutched Zenos shirt tightly"I'm afraid.. Truly afraid.. So promise not to leave me" he says and looked into Zenos eyes tearfully
Zenos heart broke and he said firmly, "I won't!"
"Promise??"
"I promise!" he replied and kissed him
