As you stood and saw the fight between Uraraka and Bakugo had finished, you went back down to enter your own fight against someone you've just met, Harumi Jade
And now you're feeling a bit nervous, I mean mom, Wu, Kai, Nya, Jay, Zane, Cole and more that you've known and met were gonna watch... You felt like you just ate one of Cole's meals
Sigh "Alright.. it's fine, you got this" Y/N said as you tried to be confident and walked up the arena were you were met with Harumi
"Looks like you're a bit nervous, are you alright?" Harumi said chuckling a bit as she saw you sweating a bit
"Y-Yeah.. I am" Y/N said chuckling a bit nervously
"Well just focus on me then, don't worry about everyone else, you understand?" Harumi
"Yeah.. Yeah, it's helping, thanks Jade" Y/N said as you were surprised that you've calmed down when you just focus on her
"You're welcome" Harumi said with a smile
Audiance
"It's just me or is Y/n focusing a bit too much on that girl?~" Nya said teasing a bit
"Wait now that you've mention it he is..." Kai said as he then got a smug look as the other also followed along and started tp laugh but wasn't long as a certain mother looked at them
"Cut. it. out. Now" Misako
"Yes Ma'am" They all said immediately as they all got memories of Sensei's training
Sigh "Calm down Misako"
Cut towards Nejire, Mirio, and Tamaki
"Sorry sorry, you're right" Nejire said as she calmed down
"What even are you mad about...?" Tamaki said being a bit nervous after she had needed Mirio to stop her
"Yeah, usually you don't get mad" Mirio said trying to help his friend
"Sorry I just..." Sigh "I don't wanna scare you guys, let me just go to get some air alright?" Nejire said apologizing for how she acted as she got up and left
"Hope she is alright" Mirio said sighing as she left and turned to Tamaki
"Haven't you noticed?" Tamaki said relaxing a bit but then tilted his head at Mirio
"Noticed what?" Mirio said with his usual smile
"..." Sigh "I need a nap" Tamaki said as he looked back at the match with Mirio bring confused but shook it off as he then looked back at the match exicted
The Match
"READY IN THREE!" Present Mic said you both started to get prepared for fight
You looked on as you reached in for your sword which she followed by reaching her dagger
"TWO!" Present Mic
You finally took out your sword as she pulled out two daggers as well and you both got into a stance
"ONE!" Present Mic said as both of you charged and collided your blades, both of you were pushing against each other's weapon as you then shot a blast at her chest
But somehow she blocked it by using her daggers to stop your hand from raising, then she flipped to get behind your back and created a loud sound wave which sent you back, luckily you stabbed into the ground with your sword and saved yourself
"That's like my quirk" Jiro said surprised as the class noticed it as well
"So a sound based quirk? How will you do Y/n" Wu said as he looked on wondering if you could win against the Princess of the Jade Empire
It took you a while for your hearing to come back but once it did you dodged the next attack that came attack you which was her dagger
"So a sound based quirk? Interesting, well I think it's my turn now" Y/N said as you quickly shot a small blast at her which she almost deflected but wasn't fast enough
"Well it wasn't like I was gonna tell you my quirk, but alright then, let's see who wins this then L/n" Harumi said confidently smiling at you as you smiled back
She charged at you and she grabbed her other dagger that she threw, she slashed at you which each one at a time which you dodged and blocked as you used your sword to block the attacks
Once you did you used spinjuitz to switch from the defensive to the offensive as you striked at her, she had difficultly keeping up and was knocked down by you, which spin kicked her to the side but wasn't enough to get her out
You charged at her but noticed she was gonna shoot another sound wave so you tried to dodge it but she saw it then threw a dagger at the ground to stop you then you fell into the trap as you got knocked this time your ears leaked a bit of blood
"Looks like Y/n is starting to bleed out! Is that alright?" Present Mic said curious of making someone bleed okay
"If it gets serious then Harumi will need to stop" Aizawa said looking down as she noticed then nodded
"Looks like they are handicapping me already, I must be a hard opponent then?" Harumi said joklying but you were still recovering
"...HUH?" Y/N said with a blank confused expression as he yelled out
"Never mind" Harumi said chuckling a bit, she then went to attack but then was stopped as you then kicked her down, she shot another blast which hit you again, this time needing to cover your ear
She got up and went to attack again but then you jumped out of the way in time, she tried to stop as quick as she can but didn't work as you then used Spinjuitz to attack her, you ended it with a blast at her which got her gym outfit a bit burnt as she got knocked
But she wasn't done yet still as she then threw both of her daggers at you, you blocked the first time but had to dodge the second you, you then ran at her as you dodged another sound attack and you ended it with one last blast at her which got her out
"AND WITH THAT SWIFT ATTACK Y/N WAS ABLE TO WIN HIS MATCH!!! Y/N L/N MOVES UP TO THE NEXT ROUND" Present Mic said as the crowd then cheered for you,
"YEAH I KNEW HE COULD DO IT!" Izuku cheered along with Uraraka as she had recovered
"THATS MY BOY!" Misako said proud of you as the rest of the Ninja's cheered you on
"Looks like my training for him has paid off!" Dareth the so called 'Brown Ninja' said as he looked happy that you've won
"Sure dude" Jay said patting him on the back as he cheered you on
"Looks like that guy won! Man he was persistent! I enjoy that when fighting someone, how about you Tamaki?" Mirio said as he looked at his friend
"I will admit it was fun to see, simple, not those crazy giant fights ya know?" Tamaki said looking at the arena then looked back which was a smiling Mirio and a cheerful Nejire as she had calmed down and was now exicted that you've had won
You looked at Harumi, your hearing kinda getting better, you walked to her and offered your hand
"You alright?" Y/N said looking at the damaged Harumi
"Yeah" She got his hand and got up "just sucks I lost in the first round ya know?" Harumi said still smiling
"Yeah, but I'll win for ya alright? You really were a hard opponent" Y/N said a little loud since he still couldn't hear himself
"Heh, well I'm sorry about the sound, we should get Recovery girl to check that" Harumi said pointing at the hallway as you nodded
"Yeah, let's go!" Y/N yelled as you both walked to the office with the crowd cheering
Somewhere else
"Well looks like Y/N has already beaten her, surprising but let's see how you fare against the nest matches" Pythor said as he is standing next to Shigaraki who stares in anger
Tch "well what's so special about this guy? Why are you and master so fixated on him?" Shigaraki
"Heh.. well let's say, I am an old friend to him, and he has a connection towards someone that was able to threaten even Master himself" Pythor
As Pythor said that a red robot walked inside, watching along with them and looked at you only, reason is unclear, he walked away with his red eyes getting more thin thinking about what to do with you
"Great job Y/n! You did fantastic" Iida said cheering Y/N about your win
"Yeah, great job" Izuku said as Mina smiled and gave you thumbs up
"Yeah! That match was epic! I honestly enjoy matches where it's mostly hand to hand ya know?" Kirishma said as he smacked your back
"Yeah, and the way that chick almost got you, it was nerve wrecking and I honestly thought you would loss" Denki said joking before getting poked by Jiro
"Heh, thanks guys, well let's see the matches for the second round, I'm excited to see who I'll fight next" Y/N said as you just got from Recovery girl and your ears were healed
"ALRIGHTY EVERYONE! These Are The Matches For The 2nd Round!" Present Mic

A soon as you and Tokoyami looked at the board to see you brought are against each other you both gave each other a confident smile as you both know you two won't go down without a fight
"Looks like you're up against that Vine girl Iida, do you have a plan?" Izuku said tilting his head a bit nervously as he saw who he is against
"Does he have a plan?! Deku you're up against Todoroki!" Uraraka said as Iida agreed
"Don't worry, look I'm confident Izuku has this in the bag alright? Besides, you will try your best to win either way" Y/N said as you sat next to them and gave Izuku a fistbump since you believed even if he would lose, he will possibly try to help Todoroki
Arena
"Its The First Match Of The Second Round And Its Between Two Front Runners Of The Tournament Both From Class 1-A, IZUKU MIDORIYA VS SHOTO TODOROKI!" Present Mic
"BEGIN!"
Todoroki began by launching another ice attack. Izuku instantly dodged it as he tried to get close but Todoroki wouldn't let him as he kept on shooting ice over and ice
Todoroki leaped and slammed his palm to the ground, freezing the floor below him as Midoriya jumped out of the way. Suddenly, the ice expanded and chased down Midoriya so he decided to use one of his fingers and smashed the ice but with the cost of his fingers
"Thank you for dragging this on, Midoriya. Just look at my dear old dad. He's furious that I won't use his Quirk, face it Midoriya, this was meant to be" Todoroki said as he shot a giant ice at Izuku but it was destroyed with another finger flick
"Not yet!" Izuku shouted
"Todoroki, you're trembling. I know it's easy to forget that Quirks are physical abilities, and normally you'd use your left side to keep your body temperature normal, but you're refusing to do that right now. Listen. Everyone is giving this Sports Festival everything they've got. So if you refuse to do the same, then what right do you have to call yourself a Pro Hero?! If you really think you can win at half-strength, then you're seriously underestimating me. Just look!" Izuku
"You haven't even put a single scratch on me! So hit me with everything you've got!" Izuku
"What the hell are you up to!? Why do you want my fire so badly?! Did my monster of a father bribe you or something!?" Todoroki
Midoriya ran at him at a normal speed to lure him into a mindset that they were both exhausted. He raised his left fist and swung as Todoroki raised his iced palm. Suddenly, Midoriya's fist was sent to Todoroki's gut sending him flying into the air before a pillar of ice raised itself to catch him
It descended, but not for long before it shattered on its own, dropping Todoroki to the ground.
"No way! He's beating Todoroki!" Kirishima
"Damn it, you ... weakling..." Bakugo
"C'mon Izuku! You got this! Beat him!" You yelled as you were watching the fight filled with hope with how the match was going so far
"I want to live up to expectations! I want to be able to save people, and fill them with hope when they see my fearless smile!" Izuku
"You asked me why I want to see your flames, Todoroki... I want to be the greatest hero in the world! And my first lesson is that path is you! Not only to beat you, but to save you! That's why I give it my all! Just like you should be!" Izuku said as he looked at him with his broken fingers and a fighting stance
"There's no way I could know what you've gone through, or why you're here. Our lives are so different, but if we both are after the same goal, then it's not right for you to hold back!" Izuku
"N-No! I won't use his Quirk! I refuse!" Todoroki
"It's your Quirk! Not his!"
Todoroki suddenly froze in place along with yourself
"You can use your Quirk to be your own person! It doesn't mean that you'll join him, or be like him in any way! Use your flames to carve your own path towards your goal! So for the last time, come at me with everything you've got!" Izuku yelled
Ice on Todoroki's body began to melt. Suddenly, a giant flame engulfed Todoroki's left side, and he remembered the soft words his mother once spoke to him.
"You can use your Quirk to become whoever you want to be..."
Soon after Shoto's left said was completely covered in flames as it grew, the stage was being destroyed as Shoto created a ton of ice and fire while Izuku charged up his arm while smile
"Th-This is...?!" Present Mic
"Geez that is hot!" Cole said as he covered himself with Zane and Nya along with Sky who copied Zane were being in front of the Ninja trying to cool down the side of the stadium they were in
"HAHA FINALLY! MAN I WAS WAITING FOR HIS FIRE ATTACK! Even if Endeveor is an as*hole I waited so long to see how strong his kid is! " Kai said excited for the end of this fight!
"I know Kai is excited right now, but great job Izuku... You saved him" Y/n said smiling
"So.. hot! I can still feel the heat all the way from here!" Uraraka
"I thought he said he will never use his left side in battle?!" Kirishima
"HOLY CRAP!" Denki
'You made him use his left side... Young Midoriya, don't tell me you're trying to save Young Todoroki...? Even though you want to win.' All Might
"SHOTO!" A man covered in flames said
"Have you finally accepted yourself?! That's it! Good! It all starts from here for you! With my blood, you will surpass me... You will fulfil my desire!" The Pro Hero Endvener said which Kia took noticed, and wasn't happy since he knew what he meant
"You idiot, why are you smelling when you could lose, Now I suppose you want a real fight. Well guess what? I want to be the number one hero! So, I'm going to defeat you here!" Shoto said with a smile but a tear falling down
'Even if I do lose here, I am at least glad I was able to save you... Shoto" Izuku though as he charged up his legs and exploded off the ground and shot a few pillars of concrete upwards
"I'm ending this now!" Shoto said as he used both fire and ice of his quirk and shot it all at Izuku which Izuku responded with his fist being at OFA 100%
"That's it, Midnight, one of them could be killed!" Cementos shouted as he created waves of concrete between both students, as soon as the attacks connected to the walls made by Cementos the surrounding area unleashed a blinding explosion
When the dust cleared, Todoroki was inches from the outside of the stadium saved by his ice while Midoriya was slammed into the opposite wall.
"Midoriya is...out of bounds!" Midnight said checking him
"TODOROKI IS THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH AND WILL ADVANCE TO THE SEMI FINALS" Present Mic
