I meditated this morning, and I had another memory from my past life. It was very vague, but I remember looking down a valley/ravine with a stream at the bottom. Maybe something important happened at that spot...
Anyway, I did a few spells a while ago and I think they're starting to work. My teeth definitely feel sharper, and I had my first mental shift yesterday. I was in my closet so I was really confused, especially when I saw the mirror. In the end, I snuggled up in a corner with a blanket before the shift ended.
