I am pacing in my room. "How should I tell him?" I whisper to myself so my mom won't hear. "Lukewarm is just so cute and-" my mom opened the door. "Jake?" She said, "what are you talking about?" I wanted to tell her but she was against people who are gay. "Nothing." I replied. "Ok," she said, "get ready for school." I grabbed my bag and walked. Lukewarm is usually early. I see Lukewarm, "Hi Hot water!" I say, "Hi Jake!" He replies. I saw we both blushed. "I have a confession to make," I tell him. "Me too..." he said. Is it... what I think it is? "I have a crush on you but I don't know how to tell you!" I said in a rush, my words blended together. He was silent, I think it's because blush filled my face. "Wow," he said, "me...too." I was sitting there in amazement. Was he lying? No. He wouldn't lie to me, would he? I look at his face. He's not lying!
