soaring between towering skyscrapers, Obi Wan dangles underneath the assassin droid.
the droid clips the side of a building, sending a shower of sparks

the Jedi redeems his grip as he squints through the buffeting winds.

Anakin jogs outside to a row of parked air speeders, followed by y/n
he hops into an open top four seater and powers it up as y/n sits beside him.
Anakin backs out and speeds away.
he flies amid other speeders, searching for his master.
in the air Obi Wan grimaces As the droid flies into oncoming speeder traffic
a yellow cow face driver just misses Obi Wan
the Jedi lifts his legs as a ship the size of a jetliner flies under him
a dragon face Dug swerves to miss the droid and watches it fly off
meanwhile Anakin banks his speeder between mile high towers
on the wide ledge Zam touches her visor
her thermographic view zooms in on
Obi Wan's flailing form
Zam bends down to her speeder and removes a long rifle from a compartment in the wing.
she takes aim as the droid carries Obi Wan closer
the view through the rifle scopetracks the hanging Jedi
Zam Fires and the assassin droid explodes in Obi Wan's hands
the Jedi free falls toward molten
rivers on the city floor
Zam puts away the laser rifle,
hops into her horseshoe shaped speeder and pilots it away
as Obi Wan plummets Anakin spots him and veers to intercept.
the young man pushes his speeder into a nose dive.
Anakin pilots toward his falling teacher and maneuvers the air speeder underneath Obi Wan.
the master gradually lands on the rear of the vehicle then hops into the back seat behind Anakin.
Obi Wan:"what took you so long?"
Y/n:"oh you know, master we couldn't find a speeder that we really liked"
Obi wan:"there he is" he said a he points to Zam's Speeder.
Y/n:"with the open cockpit and the right speed capabilities"
Obi Wan:"If you spent as much time practicing your saber techniques as you do your wit, you would rival Master Yoda as a swordman"
Y/n:"I thought I already did"
Obi Wan:"only in your mind,my very young apprentice"
Anakin Speeder closes in on Zam
the assassin's vehicle weaves between ships
as she rolls into a vertical dive Anakin matches it, staying close behind.
in the Speeder Obi Wan, Y/n and Anakin lean fully back in their seats
they follow as Zam's speeder plunges recklessly past ships traveling uniformly.
our view matches Zam's as her speeder threads past three layers of moving aircraft.
Obi Wan looks downward nervously holding on
as they speed straight for a huge slow moving ship Anakin and Y/n grin gleefully.
Obi Wan:"Pull up, anakin"
Anakin laughs as they near the ship.
Obi Wan:"Pull up!"
the speeder skirts over the top of the ship and levels off
Obi Wan glances over his shoulder
Obi Wan:"you know I don't like it when you do that"
Anakin:"sorry, master I forgot you don't like flying"
Obi Wan:"I don't mind flying but what you're doing is suicide"
Anakin pursues Zam's speeder between two huge buildings.
on the other side of the gap flames rise from dozens of towering pipes.
the vehicles slalom dangerously close to the torches
Zam follows a glowing path leading between twin five story conduits emitting purple energy.
she holds out her blaster and fires at one.
the blast hits
As Zam flies through, brilliant bolts of energy arc between the conduits.
Obi Wan:"Anakin how many times have i told you ---"
they fly through the energy bolts
Obi Wan:"Ah---! ah---! stay away from power couplings!"
They convulse until the energy fades
Obi Wan:"That was good!"
Zam banks past a holographic pillar
rotating with advertisements.
her speeder flies toward a Mammoth building, entering a tunnel in its center.
Anakin zooms alongside the flying city traffic and passes the tunnel building.
Obi Wan looks back.
Y/n:"Anakin, Where are you going?"
Obi Wan:"he went that way"
Anakin:"master, if we keep this chase going any longer, that creep is gonna end up deep-fried, and personally I'd very much like to find out who he is
and who he's working for"
Anakin:"this is a shortcut... I think"
Anakin's speeder banks past us and flies deeper into the city.
in the curving tunnel Zam's Ship passes several other speeders as she scans for her pursuer.
she emerges out the other side of the tunnel
her ship soars toward more tall skyscrapers
in the cockpit Zam casually pulls the scarf from her face
elsewhere Anakin's speeder weaves to a stop and hovers in midair.
Obi Wan folds his arms
Obi Wan:"well you've lost him"
Anakin:"I'm deeply sorry, master"
Y/n leans over the edge and notices something.
Obi Wan:"that was some shortcut, Anakin he went completely the other way"
Obi Wan:"once again you've proved--
Anakin:"if you'll excuse me"
He leaps off and Obi Wan looks over the side
Obi Wan:"I hate it when he does that"
Y/n is about to jump after him when Obi wan stops him
Obi Wan:"I also hate when you do it too, Y/n"
Y/n pouts and sits back down.
Anakin plummets face down with arms and legs spread like a skydiver.
he falls between lanes of speedy ships
his body twists and he grabs hold of the back of Zam ship
as it jets away, Anakin's legs flail behind.
Zam looks back, noticing the unwanted passenger, she breaks sharply and Anakin slides along the ship's hall to one of the front arms.
Zam aims her blaster out the window at him and tries to shoot him.
Anakin hangs from the speeder then swings in front of the cockpit and moves to the other arm.
Zam holsters her blaster and takes a tight grip on her control sticks.
Anakin's legs flail as she tips the speeder back and forth.
as Anakin lies on top of the arm hugging it Zam pushes her controls forward.
the young man slides to the back of the ship and Zam's face momentarily morphs into her clawdite form.
hanging onto the cockpit Anakin draws his lightsaber.
as it activates he stabs through the cockpit canopy
as Zam shoots at Anakin through the hole the lightsaber tumbles away
close behind in anakin speeder Y/n, who flies it snatches it from the air.
as Anakin wrestles with Sam's firing hand the blaster shoots into the controls.
flames ignite and the speeder lurches As Anakin struggles to hang on.
Sam thrashes in the pilot seat as the ship nose dives, trailing smoke.
a crowd of aliens look up at the faltering air speeder
clinging to the top, Anakin shifts.
the speeder shimmies onto its side and he falls away rolling into some metal crates as he lands
the speeder skids along the pavement then crashes, Its U shaped hull crumbles.
Anakin stands, holding his side and breathing heavily
he spots Zam getting out of her burning speeder and she darts away as a crowd gathers around the wreck.
Anakin gives chase, weaving through the crowded street
the sprinting assassin glances over her shoulder as she runs.
high overhead, Y/n looks over the side of his speeder and spots the chase
he pulls back on the controls and the vehicle banks downward.
as Zam jogs around the corner Y/n hovers to the ground and parks the speeder.
grabbing Anakin's lightsaber, Obi Wan hops out with y/n and they jog off into the crowd.
Zam runs into the club's front archway as Patrons exit.
Obi Wan and Y/n arrive as Anakin reaches the entrance.
Obi Wan:"Anakin!"
Anakin:"she went into the club, master"
Obi Wan:"patience use the force think"
Anakin:"sorry, master"
Obi Wan:"he went in there to hide not to run"
he returns the lightsaber
Obi Wan:"next time try not to lose it"
Anakin:"yes, master"
Obi Wan:"this weapon is your life"
Anakin:"I try, master
Anakin grabs his saber and they enter the club.
Obi Wan:"why do I get the feeling you're going to be the death of me?"
Anakin:"don't say that, master you're the closest thing I have to a father"
Obi Wan:"then why don't you listen to me like Y/n does?"
Anakin:"I am trying"
the trio gaze over the crowded nightclub
patrons watch three large screens displaying a pod race, a robotic football game and galloping creatures on a track.
Obi Wan:"can you see him?"
Anakin:"I think he is a she and I think she's a changeling"
Obi Wan:"In that case be extra careful
with a nod of his head Obi Wan steps forward.
Obi Wan:"go and find her"
Y/n:"where are you going, master?"
Obi Wan:"for a drink"
as Obi Wan walks off Anakin and Y/n walk a wide circle around the club.
at the bar Obi Wan takes a tall
shot glass of glowing blue liquid from the bartender
an young man sits next to him.
Man:"you wanna buy some death sticks?"
Obi Wan:'you don't want to sell me death sticks" he said waving his fingers
Man:"I don't wanna sell you death sticks"
Obi Wan:"you want to go home and rethink your life" he said waving his fingers again
Man:"I want to go home and rethink my life"
The man leaves the counter.
elsewhere Zam turns, putting a hand on her holster and traverses the room.
Anakin and Y/n continues their broad search among the milling patronsm
humans and aliens laugh at circular tables and a seductive woman in thick makeup eyes Y/n with a smile.
meanwhile a string of beads gently sways on Zam's belt as she strides along.
as Anakin and Y/n walk past an applauding foursome Zam draws a blaster and aims it in front of her.
Anakin stops walking and looks around.
Y/n:"Ani, did you find her?"
Anakin:"Nothing i just i saw something"
The duo then continues on
at the bar Obi Wan draws his lightsaber and spins.
with a quick slash he severs Zam's hand which still grips the blaster and she collapses.
Patrons watch as Obi Wan pulls her to her feet
Anakin approaches with y/n.
Y/n:"easy Jedi business go back to your drinks"
He glares about then follows Obi Wan and Anakin outside to an alley
Obi Wan lowers Zam to the street
Obi Wan:"do you know who it was you were trying to kill?"
Zam:"It was a senator from Naboo"
Obi Wan:"and who hired you?"
Zam:"it was just a job"
Y/n:"who hired? you tell us"
As she stays quiet y/n scowls
Y/n:"Tell us now!"
Zam:"it was a bounty hunter called --"
a projectile shoots into her neck.
they look up and see an armored figure jet off a nearby rooftop.
Zam:"Wee shannit... sleemo"
as Zam expires, her face morphs into her clawdite form
Obi Wan gingerly pulls the inch long projectile from under Zam's chin and examines its tiny prongs
Obi Wan:"toxic dart"
He gazes toward the empty rooftop.
