THE TEENS SAT IN LANI'S HOUSE,
conversing and shit. whilst yana stayed SILENT within hours, yana actually got to know ddot, dd and notti and found she loved their vibe
it had been about an hour since yana found out
yami and jah were deadass official.
it fr hurt yana because what the fuck did she do
to deserve this kinda treatment? once again,
yami knew HOW MUCH yana would give up
to be with jah, and how much she actually did
give up to be with the boy, who barely even liked
her.
yana would've honestly liked it better if jah
just told her he didn't have as much feelings for
her anymore, she would've understood. even though
it would still hurt, it wouldn't compare to the pain
he's putting her through.
she sat in the middle of lani and ethan zoning out.
thinkin what she coulda done better.
"ni ni you good?" ethan questioned seeing how
silent the girl had gotten ever since she checked that
notification on her phone. he was deadass curious
but judging by the look on her face, he
knew better than to just bombard her with
questions. the girl was slightly caught of guard
by the cute nickname,
but nodded shortly after, "mhm" she softly spoke
turning to face a worried ethan.
"ima be ri back" yana exclaimed as the group
stopped talking watching yana walk away up the
stairs. dd and em didn't know her well enough
yet, but they could see some was obviusly WRONG
"yo lani is yana good?" ddot questioned asking the
question everyone wanted to ask. lani also had
a worried look on her face, "i mean she's going
through shit right now, so not really." lani
replied biting her bottom lip. she didn't know
what to do, she wouldn't want yana to fall into
a depressive state like lani did before.
and let me tell you, depression isn't easy.
"ima go check on ha" ethan decided using his
arms to push him off the sofa whilst he walked up
the stairs, "ha room on da left." lani said causing ethan to nod. he reached the last step before he turned a left.
why is he worried about a girl he just met?
why did he care so much?
because that was once him. he went through a
heartbreak which ruined him physically and mentally.
he KNEW what yana was going through but his
knowledge of what yana was going through
was limited since yana only told him so little
at the court. but he wanted to be a safe space for
the girl, be someone she could trust to speak her
problems with because honestly, Ethan could've used someone to speak his thoughts
to when he went through so much.
he hovered his hand above the door before knocking. after a few seconds he furrowed his eyebrows once nobody came to the door
he hesitated to open the door, but eventually opened
it. he looked around the dark room why wasn't the
lights on? suddenly his eyes attatched to a
dim lighted room which was located in the corner
nostalgia, nostalgia.
of the large room. he walked over to the bathroom
entering it, and when he did? a mixture
of emotions ran through him. his eyes landed on
yana's petite figure on the floor, a few droplets
of blood on the white stone bathroom floor
and a small blade in her hand.
her arms had a few cuts on them, some larger
than the other. her once smiley, happy face turned
into a teary, sad face. her face damp due to the
amount of tears that dropped.
she looked up at ethan with tears in her eyes.
"yana." he softly spoke confused on why the girl
would do this to herself. he tried his hardest
to not cry because of the PAST.

THE 5 YEAR OLD RAN THROUGH THE
HALLWAYS with his toy car in his hands.
"JASANIII!" he yelled out for his older sister
since it was finally time for her to play with him
jasani was 17 and would always be there to
play with him.
he bolted into her room excitedly seeing the room
pitch black, yet a bathroom full of light. his
eyebrows nitted together as he stopped in his
tracks before hesitantly continuing. "jas?"
the little boys voice echoed
he grumbled lowly before entering the bathroom
which contained of his sister collapsed onto
the floor, blood leaking from her arms and
thighs and a blade full of her
dna on the sink.
"jas?" the boy was shooken up from the situation.
he was ever so young and didn't have a
clue what could've caused this.
that was the last time he saw his beloved
sister. the next time he'd visit her would be at
her grave, every year for her birthday.

THE BOY KNEELED down slowly before
gently grabbing a hold on the girls arms which
was now numb.
"ethan bro I was clean for a year and now i
ruined it" the girl mumbled the last part whilst
she couldn't even look at ethan, she felt too ashamed
to. ethan sat down with the girl before
bringing her into a hug, allowing the girl to rest
her head on his lap whilst she SOBBED
he had only known her for a few hours now,
but anybody could see if you've known her for
a few hours at the least she was the friend
-liest person ever.she was talkative, yes but in a good way.
she was fun,funny and was able to make
friends with anyone.
people admired the girl for her kindness and
shit. and when lani spoke about yana to the boys
weeks before they even met her
she described her as bubbly, energetic and fun.
right now she changed, and that smile was
basically non existent until she was around
ETHAN. the boys knew whatever she was going
through was deep.
"It's ai ni ni" the boy reassured her rubbing
her back whilst he used his other hand to take the
blade out of her hand
moving it away from her. "I don't understand
why people hate me so much"the girl ranted not even clocking half the things she was saying, unlike ethan
"they just fucked in da head, how can someone
hate you ni? I know Ian know you for a day even
but from what lani told me, your kind and fun to
be around. shit you have me slapping my knee
laughing cause of yo dumb jokes." notti smiled
"and you pretty too." he slickly added whilst
he played with her pretty blue
hair which he liked immensely. he thought
it deadass suited her too.
yana softly giggled, "thank you ethan, that
means a lot." the girl thanked as ethan brought
YET ANOTHER smile to the girls face.
"and yana, if you ever even think of doin sum
like that again jus call me aight?" ethan raised
his brow slightly making sure the girl understood.
once she did she quickly nodded whilst
looking up at the boy who looked down at her
whilst she was still on his lap
"thank you ethan"
