Chapter: All or nothing Pt.4
~Orchardville~
~3rd Person POV ~
We see Silva fighting against Zor, with the former struggling to keep up with the emo Zeti as Zor was using the power of the Chaos Emerald to make clones of himself
Zor: Struggle. Wriggle. Writhe and cry. You can't escape. You'll soon be mine
Whisper was hiding in the trees and handing her Wisps some diamonds
Zor stops attacking the white furred hedgehog and begins talking
Zor: You're Silva, right? I spend a lot of time online, browsing the eggnet. You're really from the future, huh? How far ahead?
Silva answers as she destroyed a clone of Zor
Silva: NNGH! I dunno... a couple of hundred years or so?
Zor then started to twirl as he was starting to glow blue with Chaos Energy
Zor: And you said or devastation is still felt that far in the future? The bleakness! The misery of it all! I can hardly stand it!
Silva stopped the spinning Zeti by using her Psychokinesis, containing Zor. Silva then yelled at the emo Zeti in frustration
Silva: You're seriously messed up! How can you be this way?!
Zor used the power of the Chaos Emerald to summon two clones. The clones grabbed the female hedgehog by her arms and pulled them behind her
Zor: Tch. How can you be so disgustingly heroic and selfless
Silva smirks at the emo Zeti
Silva: Because I have faith in others. I believe things will get better. And because I've got a guardian angel watching over me!
As soon as she says that, Whisper shoots out the Cyan Laser Wisp from her Wispon, hitting all the diamonds that the other Wisps held for her, hitting the two clones that were holding onto Silva, and knocking the Chaos Emerald off of Zor's chest
Silva caught the Chaos Emerald with her Psychokinesis and then used her Psychokinesis to crush Zor's owl mech, sending him plummeting towards the ground
Zor: NOOO!
Silva lifts up Whisper and they both fly into the open portal. On the ground, we see Zor being approached by Zombots
Zor: Y-You can't leave me like this! Y-You're supposed to be heroes! I'm trapped! Powerless! This is inhumane! It's... it's...!
As the Zombots get closer, Zor's face gets more and more excited
Zor: ...Perfect!
~Riverside~
We move on to see Espia running away from an onslaught of star attacks from Zazz and his moon mech
Zazz: HA HA HA! Look at her run!
Espia continues to run as Zombots started to come everywhere. Some started to block her path
Zazz: Box her in! HA HA HA!
Espia pulls out a kunai and some rope and throws it as a building. She then starts to swing over the hoard of Zombots
Zazz: That's not fair! Bring her down!
Zazz used his moon mech and started to rain star bullets down onto the building, turning the area into rubble
Zazz: Heh Heh Heh!
As the smoke clears, he doesn't see Espia anymore
Zazz: What!? Awww! You're not trying that invisibility trick again, are you?! Lame! Get out here and fight me!
Little did he know, Espia was descending towards him while invisible and kicked him in his spine
Zazz: NYYAH!
In a panic, Zazz tried to take a swing at anything behind him. Espia had already moved from that spot and then started to punch rapidly at the purple Zeti. She then jumped up and slammed her foot into his jaw, stomping on him. She the jumped off him and returned visible. Zazz gets up with a pissed off expression
Zazz: Heh. Not bad. But Zavka's done way worse. Ready for round two?
Espia uses her hands to make a symbol and leafs started to surround her, making Zazz cover his eyes
Espia: No need. I've already won
When Zazz uncovered his eyes, he saw Espia leaving towards the open portal
Zazz: You coward! Get back here! I'll show you the real power of-
Zazz looks down and sees a note instead of the Chaos Emerald
Zazz: - The Chaos Emerald
He picks up the note and sees a picture of a throwing star, a bee, and green headphones. He tears the note up and screams out in frustration
Zazz: RRAAAUGH!
Back with Espia, she finally made it to the portal. As she jumps into it, she looks into the Chaos Emerald and thinks of the other members of the Chaotix
Espia: I may have been the only one here in body... but you were here in spirit
~Winterburg~
With the Babylon Rogues, Jetta was flying over to Master Zik in a fit of rage because he successfully had his team backed in a corner
Jetta: Let! Them! Go!
Master Zik: Brash, young fool. Only now do you begin to understand the consequences of threatening your elders
Wave and Stormy called out to their leader as they tried their best to fight off the approaching Zombots without touching them
Wave: Jetta, before it's too late... I told you a frontal assault was a bad idea!
Stormy: BOSS! What're we gonna do!? I can't punch these gals, and that's all I know how to do!
Jetta could only look below her as she saw the Zombots getting closer to her teammates
Jetta: Wave... Stormy...
Master Zik enjoyed the look of despair on her face. He waved his hand gently as Chaos Energy started to glow from his hand
Master Zik: Hm-Hm-Hm! You're a poor leader, child. You don't sacrifice your own unless it will gain you the advantage. Now all I need to do is utter a single command, and you've lost everything. Humor an old man and beg for mercy? It's been so long since I've crushed the enemy under my own heel
Jetta glares at the old Zeti
Jetta: We're the Babylon Rogues. We don't beg. We don't give up... And we don't lose!
Jetta used her fan-like weapons to blow a huge gust of wind at Master Zik, causing his tiny body to be carried by the wind. He started falling towards Stormy and Stormy took the opportunity to punch him in the face. Wave then used her giant wrench to grab the Chaos Emerald before he landed
Master Zik: That wasn't tactical! There was no skill! You brats got lucky! Lucky I tell you!
Jetta went down to meet up with her teammates. As she does, Wave then handed the Chaos Emerald to Jetta
Wave: Here! Take the Emerald and go!
Jetta: What are you talking about? Let's just get outta here!
Wave: My extreme gear got lost to the Zombots! Stormy's almost smashed hers to pieces! You have the only working airboard! So go!
Jetta looks down at the Chaos Emerald. She then ties it to the back of her extreme gear and sends it through the open portal
Stormy: What are you-?!
She didn't get a chance to finish because Jetta stood beside her and took out her weapons
Jetta: Didn't you hear me tell that geezer? The Babylon Rogues don't lose. That means all of us. Sonica will get the Emerald and do her hero thing. Until then, let's show these Zombots a real challenge!
~Angel Island~
All of the resistance were coming back from their fights and with their Chaos Emeralds. Metal Sonica noticed the extreme gear that was flying through a portal and caught it, allowing Eggma'am to catch the Chaos Emerald
Dr. Eggma'am: Hmph. Looks like the Babylon Rogues didn't make it
Sonica, Amy, and Whisper noticed that only Y/n came back with the Chaos Emerald and went over to confront him
Amy: Y/n... where's Cream and Gemerl?
Y/n didn't bother answering he only turned away to not let his face be seen. This gets Amy and Sonica concerned
Sonica: Y/n...?
Y/n only shook his head. Whisper noticed the dried up tears on his face
Whisper: Y/n. I'm so so sorry...
Amy and Sonica caught on and looked at Y/n in horror and sympathy. Y/n's body began to shake a little bit
Y/n: ...S-She... she called me "Papa"...
This then caused Sonica to run up to him and hug the male hedgehog from behind, causing more silent tears to leak from the male hedgehog's eyes. Whisper lowered her mask, wishing she could run and hug Y/n with all her might. But she knew she'd get infected. Silva walked up to them, trying to at least lift up their spirits a little bit
Silva: Two more Emeralds and you can become Super Sonica and save us all
Sonica let's go of Y/n, wiping a tear from her eye
Sonica: I've been thinking about that. Listen... in the future, everything is infected. That means all this happened already... and we failed. But you and maybe even Y/n came here and shook things up. You two made it different. If we're gonna change the future, we need to use the two things that wasn't here before. I need your help to pull this off, Silva...
She then turns to see Y/n with one hand resting on his hip and the other with the Chaos Emerald in his hand
Sonica: And I need you, Y/n
Silva gains a serious face and Y/n just nods
Y/n: What's the move?
With the rest of the resistance, Tailsko noticed the Faceship was approaching the Island
Tailsko: It's the Faceship! Zavka's found us!
Eggma'am rolled her eyes
Dr. Eggma'am: You catch on fast
She then turned on her Communicator on her wrist
Dr. Eggma'am: Rouge! We're out of time! Whatever you plan to do... Do it!
~Below Angel Island and in the Faceship ~
We see Zombots standing on a beach below, looking up at Angel Island. Zombots of a lot of friends were among this bunch. Inside the Faceship, Zavka was monologing to herself
Zavka: Can you see them from your hiding spot, Sonica? The faces of all the friends you've failed?
We see Zavka looking out a window, staring at the floating Island
Zavka: Angel Island. It looks smaller than Lost Hex, but no less beautiful. I cannot wait to bathe it in Metal Virus
Suddenly, all the lights began to turn off. Zavka could only look around in confusion
Zavka: What in blazes...?
Suddenly, she heard a teasing voice ring out from within the darkness
Rouge: Goodness! Does this one Emerald power the whole ship? I had wanted to do this more elegantly, but I suppose brute force works for a brute like you
She then took off into the skys, saying one last thing that was for Orbot and Cubot
Rouge: Tuck and roll, boys!
As she said, Orbot and Cubot tucked themselves in and rolled out of the Faceship
Orbot: I can't believe this was our best option!
Cubot: Desperate times call for desperate desperateness!
Zavka only screamed when she saw them leave, with Rouge giving a smirk as she flew away
Zavka: No!
The Faceship then descended to the ground, crashing. Up on the Island, Sonic, Eggma'am, and Y/n witnessed it happen
Dr. Eggma'am: Alas! There goes my best effort to date
Sonica: I'm just glad the Zombots can survive that kind of damage. Sheesh
Y/n: If they can survive multiple Chaos Energy attacks, I'm sure they can survive a crash like that
Rouge flew up to them and handed Y/n the sixth Chaos Emerald
Y/n: Thanks, Rouge
Rouge: No problem, handsome~
Sonica: You did know the Zombots could survive the Faceship crashing on them, right?
Rouge: Of course! I do my research. You're welcome by the way
Y/n crossed his arms and looked down at the crash sight
Y/n: What about the last one?
Rouge: Once the fires are out, we'll dig it out of whatever's left down there. Zavka's not going anywhere
Eggma'am points at the crash sight and noticed that Zavka was growing
Dr. Eggma'am: Actually she's coming right for us!
Zavka grew hundreds of times her normal size, with the power of the Chaos Emerald pulsing around her
She then started to spit fire onto the Island, knocking a few people off balance. This, however, offended a certain red echidna
Knuckie: Did she just spit on my Island?!
Sonica quickly sprung into action
Sonica: Tailsko! Rouge! I need air support! Silva bring the Emeralds! Y/n! Get ready! We've gotta-
As soon as Silva grabs all six Emeralds, Zavka picked up a handful of Zombots, with the Chaos Emerald protecting her from getting infected, and chucked them onto Angel Island
Sonica: We've... gotta...
She struggled to finish her sentence as Zombots versions of all their friends were now standing against them. However, Zombot Tangle was staring particularly at Y/n and Whisper
Y/n: ... Tch
(Memeloader2: We're almost done with the Metal Virus saga. Just one more chapter to go people. A bit of a heads up, Y/n will not be transforming into his "Apex" or "Supreme" forms.
