Zoro walked to his gym where he would usually train. He spotted his weights instantly, and started working out. Maybe this could clear his mind; as it was early in the morning.
His hand secured on the weights as he lifted them up. His hands didn't tremble, but he did breathe heavily. He wasn't tired, but his body was still strained because he had just woken up. But this helped him clear his mind a lot. All he could think about was his training now, and he closed his eyes to concentrate.
He focused on every noise.
Every time the ship creaked on the ocean waves.
The ocean currents.
The continuous and constant chatter of his crew-mates.
All of it.
