Valerie's Apartment
Valerie was sitting on her couch scrolling looking through Facebook and YouTube, then she noticed the sticky note, stuck to the arm rest of the couch. Curious she grabbed the number and decided to text it.

Yeah hey! You're that cashier right??
Private Number:
Yeah! Its Valerie btw :)
Me:
Cool I was wondering if you'd like to y'know.
Get some drinks sometime? you seem
like a pretty cool person.
Valerie:
Yeah sure! I'd love that. Just send me the date, time,
and place and I'll be there!
Me:
Great! Ill see you sometime soon.

Valerie turned off her phone and smiled. She had never really gone on a date before, or dated. It's always just been her. Her parents live across the world, and it's hard to visit when you work 9 to 5, earning minimum wage in a coffee shop. She sighed and eventually fell asleep.
Pedro's POV:
"I wonder what time would genuinely be good.. where are we even going. I hadn't really planned this out." He thought, looking a bit stressed. Maybe it was time to contact one of his old friends...
He switched on his phone and pressed on one of his contacts, the phone began ringing and the person on the other side answered after a while.
"Oscar?"
Valerie's POV:
It was about 6:24pm when she had received a text from Pedro, she quickly checked it hoping for some more details on what he had planned.
Pedro
Pedro:
Hey Valerie, I was wondering if 6:45pm on Friday would work out? Meet up by the cafe?
Me:
That would be lovely, I'll see you then?
Pedro:
Yup! Seeya! :)

Valerie turned off her phone and smiled with glee. "What am I gonna wear.." she thought to herself. She had never really had any dating experience, but she was eager to see how this date would go. I mean she didn't really know his favourite colour or birthday, or even his age! But he looked young enough for her (at the least in his mid 20s.. right?) She couldn't remember. But talking to him over text was enough for her heart to feel content.
She just hoped nothing were to go wrong..
