I walked after Opera, Asmodeus walking next to me. I was obviously still shaking, having been deadly afraid just a few minutes ago. Today I really got to understand that in the demon world the movies are much, much scarier.
I took a deep breath as we left the movie theater, feeling the emotions in my body slowly cool down as we walked through the hall. Asmodeus reached out to hold my hand, so I smiled at him, grabbing it. He already traumatized me once with the movies, at his house. That film was a lot less scary though, but the jumpscares got me.
Opera was in front of us, walking a lot slower than this morning, it felt nice not having to hurry the entire time. Then he suddenly took a left turn, wich neither me or Asmodeus noticed, keeping on walking together, Asmodeus starting a chat.
"Was the movie really that scary?" He asked, a bit concerned. I nodded slightly. "Im not very good with scary things, unless its actually real, then I'm usually good at taking it." I said, laughing slightly.
He nodded understandingly, however he seemed to be a bit sad, so I asked him about it. "Are you okay? You don't look very happy." I said, a bit worried for his well-being. He nodded. "Im alright, don't worry about me, master Iruma." He said, smiling brightly. I happily smiled back. "Alright then." Then I looked in front of me, me and Asmodeus both stopping at the same time.
"Did we-"
"I think we did.."
"Did we lose Opera?"
"He's not in front of us anymore, so yes."
"But then where did he go?"
"I don't know either, master Iruma."
"Should we go search for him?"
"Maybe we should wait here instead."
"Fine, lets wait.." I said, already panicking. I thought I heard someone calling my name, and so I looked behind me, but there was no one. Then suddenly, above my head, I saw Alikred, floating, waving his hand. I wanted to greet him, but knew Asmodeus would tell Opera as soon as I did.
And so I smiled at Alikred, who had come at a great time. "I understand, Iru-boy." He smiled back, while Asmodeus was looking at me as if I was crazy. "Do you see something?" He asked me, eyeing me suspiciously. I shook my head. "Its nothing." I chuckled. "But we need to find Opera, we can't just wait around here." I said, pulling him back with me. Alikred understood the assignment, searching around us, not going too far from me.
He then came back, shaking his head at me while I stopped walking with Asmodeus. "If he's not here, then where is he?" I asked. "There." Alikured said, pointing to a street to the left, where Opera was slowly walking towards us, watching us.
"There." I said, copying Alikred's movements, pointing to Opera. I then ran up to him with Asmodeus, who I forced to run with me to him. "Iruma, Asmodeus." Opera said, seeming impatient. "Where did the two of you go?" He asked.
"Where did you go?" I asked back. "We chatted for a few seconds and you suddenly dissapeared!" I added, Asmodeus nodding next to me agreeing, just like Alikred, even if no one but me could see him.
"I took this left." Opera responded, his voice and expression monotone as always. I sighed, letting go of Asmodeus's hand. "Im sorry Opera, but you should have kept closer watch! Don't you have super good hearing or something?" I said, a bit annoyed. Opera raised and eyebrow, grabbing my arm and dragging me with him. "Yes I do, but it seems you have incredibly poor eyesight." He then said, making me walk in front of him, Asmodeus tagging along next to me.
I sighed loudly, feeling even more pissed. Alikred followed along with us, floating in front of my eyes. "That security devil of yours is quite rude." He said, playing with a hat he made out of thin air, wich looked like kitty ears. "Look! I can't even take care of two teenagers!" He said, acting extremely dramatic.
"Yeah but there's so many people in the city, he probably didn't hear us." I argued back, forgetting Opera and Asmodeus were both with me, staring at me with a sinister look.
They then looked at each other, seeming to understand each other. "What?" I asked them. "Can't I talk to myself?" I then added, trying to make it seem more believable, wich made it worse. Alikred also sighed, putting his head into his arms, wriggling in the air like a bug. "You, Iru-boy are not the smartest child, huh." He said while I stared at him annoyedly.
Opera and Asmodeus walked me to the restaurant, wich I felt bad was going to be paid by grandpa who wasn't even here. After they pretty much forced me into the restaurant and put me into a seat I was finally there, sitting together with Asmodeus and Alikred while Opera ordered us food. Sighing, I decided to have a conversation with Asmodeus, knowing we didn't have long before we would come home and he would have to go. Just thinking about it made me feel sad. Next week ill be sleeping with him again though, in his room this time.
Thinking about it, I smiled ever so slightly. "So-" But before I could talk, Asmodeus interrupted me, picking up on my happy demeanor. "Why are you smiling, master Iruma? Did something good happen?" He asked, smiling brightly. Taken aback a bit, I nodded slowly. "I just thought about next week." I said, honest. "It makes me a bit sad you'll have to go today, so I thought of next week instead." I said. He nodded. "I wish I could stay with you forever." He then said, chuckling, making me blush slightly.
"I-I me too.." I said, laughing. Asmodeus looked back at me, seeming to be happy. Maybe me laughing like this helped him worry less. And so, a chat started.
"What do you think we should do next week?" I asked him, laughing, my face still being a bit flushed. "I don't know what to do, do you have any plans?" I then added.
"Not as of right now, you?" Asmodeus replied, smiling happily. "None at all." I responded to him. "Maybe we could watch another movie or something, if its not horror." I added, laughing.
"Yeah lets not attempt that again." Asmodeus chuckled. "Maybe next week we can go and take a walk, without that teal haired bitch on the lookout." He said, his tone of voice shifting to hatered. "Mhm, good idea!" I then joked, actually thinking it was a great plan.
"Lets do that then." He said, Opera coming back to the table to wait with us. He sat down in front of us, eyeing me down as if I had a big bruise on my head. It wasn't great to say the least. Nonetheless Opera was Opera, he had always been like this. If he was worried he would look intensely. I guess that might be a good thing.
We all chatted for a bit, wich started off as just me and Asmodeus chatting, but Opera joining in later. Alikred just watched and gave commentary about everything there was to say, extremely dramatic all throughout. I had to keep myself from laughing a lot of times.
After about thirty minutes, food arrived, a lot of it. Seems Opera ordered an entire feast for us, something I doubt he would do if grandpa wasn't unconsciously buying it for us. Its not like he will be poor or something, he is richer than rich. Maybe even one of the richest, who knows, its just that I feel bad spending so much money.
Though I think the Asmodeus household spends a lot more on things like these. Lucky Azz, lucky him.
We all ate happily together, the food being finished in just twenty minutes, with me eating about ninety precent of the food, at least. Yes, only ninety because Alikred wouldn't allow me to eat in peace.
Then, Opera, me, Asmodeus and Alikred went outside after Opera paid with grandpa's card, with me and Azz waiting for Opera to bring the carriage, because he didn't want us to come with him for some reason. Ive lived here for more than a year now and he is still one big mystery. I have the feeling that he invited me to the scary movie on purpose too. That thought makes me shiver.
Me and Asmodeus waited together, holding hands and laughing. We had another conversation, wich was even more fun than the other, although more embarrassing as Alikred could hear me.
"You know, when you come to my house next time I'll make sure to give you a lot of love." He said, slightly suggestive. "Oh what are you going to do?" I asked, chuckling. "Well first I'll take you into my arms tightly, wrapping them around you.." He began, teasing. "Then after that I'll pull you into the bed.." He said, even more suggestive.
"And then?" I asked, feeling my fave heat up. "Oh, then I'll give you loads of kisses~ You'll see." He said, giving me a small kiss on my lips, smiling. My head flushed, nodding. "Y-yes lets do that.." I responded, blushing.
Then not much later Opera arrived with the carriage, seeming to see my red face, and be surprised. He wasn't all that suprised though, and me Azz stepped into the carriage.
When we got home another carriage was already waiting there, Asmodeus's carriage. Seeing it my heart ached slightly. I was going to miss him loads, even if I'd see him at school in just two days time. I wish he could have stayed here longer.
The carriage stopped, me and Asmodeus leaving it. I saw Asmodeus's butler, David leave the house, waving with a bag of what seemed to he Asmodeus's stuff. I looked at Asmodeus, who seemed a bit sad aswell. I then smiled at him. "Next week, remember next week. We will go on a walk." I said, smiling. He nodded, walking to Opera. He then thanked him for taking care of him, and came back to me, to give me one last kiss.
He then walked away, with me waving untill I could not see the carriage anymore. I looked into the distance where he had left, feeling a bit sad. "Iru-boy?" Alikred asked. I looked up to him. "I know you love love him lots, but your security devil is staring daggers at you." He said, making me flip out and return to the door, stepping inside.
Oh gosh, I can't wait till the weekend is over. I can't do this without him.
And really soon, the weekend was over, with monday arriving.
"Its monday again.." Iruma said, awake in his bed.
"Oh no."
