Knock Knock. Somebody was at the door, but I couldn't move a muscle in my body. I was numb, I felt like I wasn't even in my own body anymore. The person came in and came to sit by me on the bed. I didn't know who it was because I was facing the other way. "Hey Bell, they wanted me to let you know dinner was done." Jack said.
It's so weird that he was in my room, talking to me. Most of the time he just ignored me. "I'm not hungry." was all I replied with. I felt the weight shift off the bed then the door shut. I laid there, I couldn't cry anymore, but I wanted to. My life has completely changed and I had no control over it. I finally got up out of my bed and decided to go take a shower. It's not 1:32 in the morning, at least that's what my phone said.
I stayed under the hot water for what felt like hours until I heard a knock at the door. "Come in" I replied to the knock. "Hey, are you almost done other people have to use the bathroom too you know?" Jack said. God he can be such a dick sometimes. "Yeah, sorry." Was all I said because I simply just didn't have the energy to argue with him.
I get out and he's still waiting outside the bathroom door. "Next time don't take so long." I looked at him and rolled my eyes. Like I said before a dick! I walked into my room and put on a sexy outfit because I want to go drink.
I have a fake ID since I'm only in 11th grade, but I need this pain to disappear. Normally if I dress up sexy anyway they won't card me. I have my license already because I went through driver's ed. I grab my keys and my bag to leave the house. I start to walk down the stairs when a hand grabs me. "Where do you think you're going?" He asks. You can guess who.
"Jack, leave me alone. I'm going out." I look at him with pure anger. I just want to get the hell out of this house right now. "You can't go out dressed like that by yourself." He says. He still is holding onto my wrist and now even tighter. "Well then it's a good thing my parents aren't here to stop me." I say with poison . He rolls his eyes and walks back to his room.
I guess he gave up on trying to control me, I count that as a win and smile to myself. I reach my car and he is already in the driver's seat. I don't know how he got there before me. "What the fuck are you doing?" I whisper yell. He is seriously getting on my nerves. "I'm not letting you go alone, plus you need a DD anyway." He wasn't wrong. One thing I would never do is put others at risk by driving drunk. I roll my eyes and he starts driving out of town to a bar.
