He began to read the journal. His face dropped and his heart began to race. As he read through the pages, some stood out more than others. "Dear Diary, today I plan on overthrowing that STUPID Freddy fazbear..."
"Dear Diary, today's the day I finally win over the pizzeria..." The pages read. He flipped through them. Page, after page, Goldie wrote about his deranged ideas to take over. As he flipped through them, one in particular caught his eye.
"Hellooooo Diary! Today I came up with the perfect plan to overthrow Freddy once and for all! I've been all buddy-buddy with him in order to try to gain some trust back, and in return I'll sabotage Springtrap! That bastard thinks he can have leverage on me?! Ha! Just today Springtrap preformed on stage! I got some paint and poured it on him from the catwalk above the stage. Springtrap knew it was me obviously, but I played nice with Freddy and he defended me! What an idiot. He'll see. They'll all see." Freddy began to feel an emotion he had never felt before. He felt a sense of resentment towards Goldie. He flipped to the next page... but it had been ripped out.
"Reading things that don't belong to you?" Goldie chimed.

Freddy felt a chill trail down his spine as he heard a familiar voice. He looked back to face Goldie standing within the doorway. "You.. you wrote all this?" Freddy was more than shocked by page after page he had just read. "Yeah, so what? Every villain has a keepsake journal, duh." Goldie rolled his eyes. "I knew it, all along I knew you were plotting something.. I thought it was odd how you suddenly claimed innocence and stuck by my side." Freddy's tone grew more frustrated as though furious waves were crashing in on him.

"What can I say! Did you really think I would ever join sides with you? Not after you locked me in the back room for 10 years." Goldie sinisterly grinned. Freddy frowned, "What's worse to think about is.. I was enjoying you by my side." Through Freddy's remark, Goldie felt a new emotion, guilt.

Goldie's POV:
It's true Fazbear, everything you read was evidentially true. Though my plan was half interfered, I can also say I enjoyed feeling innocent. You all have blamed me countless times over for that day, with your trust I felt like I was slowly fitting in, you even let me throw a party for the first time. My hate for you is still here, with no doubt, but the hate you have for me will always be stronger than everyone else's combined.

End of POV:
"Look, I get you hate me Goldie, but I don't even think you understand your own anger." Freddy claimed, placing down the book which belonged to Goldie. "Of course I understand my own hate, you know nothing about me." Goldie scoffed, still remaining idle within the doorway of the back room. "You will always hold that one death over my head, as if I wanted to kill that kid." Goldie grew more and more angry within the sight of Freddy. Freddy's POV:
I've always loved Goldie like a brother. We had an unbreakable bond. We've always been inseparable. When he first arrived at the pizzeria he was scared and alone. I'll never forget the fear on his saddened face. I'm glad I was able to be a bright light for him. As time went on, our brother-ship grew stronger. He was always by my side, willing to lend a hand. One day, things just went terribly wrong. While performing, he bit a child which resulted in a fatality. The restaurant went crazy, everything was out of sorts. Management wanted to scrap him, but I couldn't bear the thought of that. I wanted him to live. I convinced management to lock him in the backroom for 10 years which would be enough time for things to settle down. When Goldie heard the news he went crazy. He became so angry. He didn't see the good in which came from this, only the bad. The light inside of his eyes disappeared. He lost hope. He was no longer a dreamer. He grew hostile, and we had to keep him away. Though I tried so hard to keep him alive, the love inside of him died anyway.
I'm so sorry, Goldie.
I've failed you.

End POV:
"I know you're Angry with me, Goldie, but you don't have to do this. We can work something out." Freddy said anxiously. Goldie scoffed. "Oh please, you know I have to do this. It's the only way! I've been nothing but an outcast to you! I'm nothing but the dirt you walk on. You don't care about me! You haven't cared about me in years!" Goldie yelled. "I know I've made some bad choices, we all have! But... didn't it feel.. good? Being by my side again? Having a somewhat brotherly bond just like old times? You were my brother... Goldie. Do you really think I wanted to throw that away..? I did what I had to! I didn't want you to die.. it was the only way! Why can't you see that-?" "No- STOP!" Goldie interrupted. "You don't get what I had to go through! You never visited! You didn't care! Sure you had to lock me away, but that doesn't mean you had to keep me isolated by myself! You could've made an effort to see me! Do you know what it feels like to be isolated, Fazbear?" Freddy was silent. "Of course you don't. Everyone loves Freddy Fucking Fazbear. You will never understand what I went through, so don't even try to pretend like you do."

Freddy approached Goldie closer, "You're right Goldie, I don't understand. That's why I can only imagine how scared you must have felt in that back room, that's why I'm forever sorry to you." Goldie backed up as Freddy approached him, he couldn't believe the current circumstances. "I don't know what you're planning Fazbear! But I'm not going to give up on all my-!"
Goldie was then embraced by the other individual. Freddy hugged Goldie without a word. It made Goldie feel uncomfortable, but Goldie didn't say anything either. "How would you like to start preforming on stage again?" Freddy had asked. Goldie's eyes widened, "M-me? You're asking me?" Goldie was astonished. Freddy then nodded, "Time has passed and I think you're ready, this new generation will love to see you." Freddy's embrace then let go of Goldie, and they both faced each other. "Just.. try not to bite anyone's head off again." Freddy smiled. Goldie chuckled, "I promise not to if you promise not to lock me in the back room again!" They both laughed and walked back to the party.

As they walked back into the party room, Freddy walked over to Bonnie's music station and picked up a microphone. "Testing, testing." He said. "Hello, everyone! So glad you were all able to join us tonight." He looked at Mari and smiled. "I hope you're all having a great time tonight, and thank you to Goldie for throwing such a great party." Foxy rolled his eyes and Goldie winked at him.

"Tonight's been a great night, and it's been filled with surprises, so I have one final surprise to announce to you all. This restaurant has always been a place where fantasy and fun come to life, but I've always felt that something was missing. That missing piece... was Goldie." Everyone in the room looked around confused. "Long ago Goldie made some bad mistakes, but who hasn't? I feel as though Goldie has redeemed himself. He's been on great behavior, and shown true remorse for what he has done. It's been a long time since the incident, and I feel like I've been unfair in my punishments. He was isolated for 10 years, yet I continued to punish him afterwards by outcasting him. Through all his evil schemes, I myself hold some of the blame. I'm sorry for how I treated you, Goldie.

That's why I've made the executive decision to bring Goldie back as a company asset, and allow him to perform onstage once more. Goldie shows a passion like none other, and I know he will make a good role model for generations to come. Goldie truly has been redeemed, and I hope for his success with his return to the band." "You've got to be joking!" Foxy snarled. "Bring the bilge rat back? Have you forgotten what he's done?!" Freddy rolled his eyes and smiled. He walked towards Goldie and handed him the microphone. "Anything you want to say?" Freddy asked. Goldie took a long breath. "Hello everybody." He said awkwardly. "I know I've made some mistakes, and done some horrible things, and I'm really sorry. I will admit I did want to hurt you all, but that's because I felt hurt by what you all were doin to me. It's not fun bein alone... forgotten... and I wanted you all to feel the same hurt I felt. But... I really do want to change.. and I really do want to perform again.. if you'll have me.." he smiled nervously. TC and Mari ran up to him, embracing in a big hug. "Of course, Goldie! Eek I'm so excited for you!!" TC said. "Good job, Goldie. You've done the right thing." Mari smiled.

Tears formed in Goldie's eyes as he softly muttered a "thank you." He looked up to see Freddy smiling at him. He ran over to Freddy and gave him a hug. "Thank you, Freddy." He smiled. Goldie wiped his eyes and turned around as he felt a pat on his back. There stood Bonnie. "Good job, Goldie. I knew you could do it." He smiled. Bonnie ran to Goldie and hugged him tightly. "B-Bonnie I-"Bonnie whispered, "You know, I've always been into boy bears." Goldie's heart rate skyrocketed, he stepped back slightly embarrassed. Freddy looked over and gave a disapproving look. Goldie nervously chuckled, "Heh.. let's take this somewhere else Bon!" Goldie mischievously grabbed Bonnie's hand and the two of them ran out the room.

"You did the right thing Freddy." Mari assured from behind Freddy. Freddy looked back over, "Thanks Mari, it took a lot of thinking." The two gave a light hearted smile. "My greatest joy is this foundation, seeing children laugh and play has always made me the best I can be, perhaps Goldie will feel the same again." Mari calmly stated. "I hope so." Freddy smiled.

"Aye! The bilge rat used toilet water instead of real fruit punch!" Foxy yelled out. Freddy face palmed, "One thing for sure will never change."

Meanwhile...
Springtrap sat outside the pizzeria isolated. It was pitch black outside, the singing of birds have flown away due to Springtrap's presence. "I'm a fool to had ever hope for forgiveness." Springtrap sighed. His train of thought dispersed as he heard footsteps and rustling within the leaves coming from a distance. A figure approached him, he couldn't make out who the figure was until it grew closer. He then noticed a small girl with long hair continue to approach him. Deliah stepped closer and was now fully in front of Springtrap, who still sat there shamefully. Deliah spoke, "The truth is, I never had a mom growing up. But you already know that by now. My dad was always at work and most of the time I was left alone. But when I met you Springtrap I had a friend who was funny, weird, and was always there for me. I don't forgive you for what you did, but I am thankful for what you did for me." Springtrap, who was somewhat moved by this, sighed feeling more guilt.

"Hey don't be sad." Deliah leaned closer and cupped Springtrap's face with her two small hands, "If you cry, you'll go down as the world's biggest loser, you don't wanna be that!" She chuckled. Springtrap smiled, "I know things won't be the same Deliah, but I won't bother you or Nick anymore." Deliah looked up at the 'Freddy Fazbear' sign, "My dad doesn't ever want to see you again, but don't worry, I'll stop by. Maybe Harry can come too." Deliah assured.

Springtrap's eyes lit up with a glimpse of hope, "Do you really mean that?" He nervously asked. "As long as I get your cookies in return." She giggled. Springtrap grinned, "Come here you!" He picked Deliah up by the waist and lifted her high in the air, the two of them laughed as he then set her down. "Come on, I'll go make some right now." Springtrap lent out his hand as Deliah grabbed on to it. The two of them walked inside the pizzeria.

One day later...

"Aye! You can't be walking around holding hands with ye perpetrator!" Foxy growled at the sight of Bonnie holding Goldie's hand. "Hey! I'm no perpetrator! What do you have against our undying love!" Goldie cried out. Freddy walked over with his arms crossed, "It's not undying love, you two are too young and too carefree." Freddy sighed. Foxy's face lit up as Freddy was finally on his side, "Yer heard that! Coming from the boss himself!" He cheered. "You're just jealous that I'm out here embracing my youth! While you're sitting in pirates cove counting your fake loot for a living!" Goldie sinisterly chuckled. "Fake!? Ye take that back!" Foxy's teeth grit down as Freddy stepped in front of Foxy to avoid a blood lust battle. "Goldie, what did we talk about." Freddy said sternly. "Okay fine! I'm... partially sorry." Goldie muttered.

Springtrap then approached the four animatronics, "Hey guys.. what's going on?" He questioned. "Why hello Springtrap!" Freddy looked back and waved. "Say, are you and Goldie ready for your next therapy session anytime soon?" Freddy suggested. Both Springtrap and Goldie gave each other a dreaded glance, they both cried, "NO!"

Authors note: Hey guys, we hope you enjoyed this fan fic! This was a very fun one for me and my partner and though this marks the official end, we will be writing another story titled, 'Springtrap and Goldie OneShots' and it will take place with this same storyline but each chapter is a completely different story.
