as sungchan started driving, he realised the girl next to him had already fallen asleep
"she mustve been tired" he mutters to himself
at a red light, the boy reaches to the backseat and got a fluffy doraemon blanket he keeps for sungmin and placed it over the girl's small body and turning down the air conditioner
he took small glimpses at the girl and smiles when he sees her asleep comfortably
soon they arrived at his house
sungchan gently nudged the girl awake
"yoona, we're here" they exit the car and made their way into the house
"sungmin-ah!! yoona noona is here!!" thumps were heard from the staircase as the little one runs down as sungchan closes the door behind them
"sungminnie!!" yoona bends down to his height and the kid enthusiastically falls into her arms hugging the older girl
"hyung!! noona's hugs are so warm" sungmin commented to his brother as he watches as a smile creeps onto his face
yoona spent time playing around with sungmin in the living room while sungchan cooks something simple for the three of them (he tried)
after playing for awhile with the kid, he got sleepy and ended up sleeping in yoona's warm embrace
she placed him carefully on the couch to let him rest and went to the kitchen and check on sungchan
"yah, yoona come help me with this!!" he pleads for help as the girl chuckles at his clueless face
"cmere let me do it" she lightly shoved sungchan away from the stove and drained the water from the pasta he was trying to make
sungchan towered over the girl from behind as he starred at her figure
as much as he wanted to wrap his arms around her waist and repeat about how cute she is, he couldnt, they were just friends
soon she finished cooking and served for the two of them
sungchan took the first bit and his eyes immediately lit up
"mmh! yoona this is so good" he says with a muffled voice as his mouth is still full with her food as the girl watches with a wide grin
"glad you like it" she says before she starts eating hers
very quickly, two plates were emptied as the two were very hungry
sungchan washed the dishes as yoona rambled beside him, glancing at his roll up sleeves exposing his veiny and muscular arm from time to time
once he was done, the two went upstairs to his room to get started on the work
he sets a table on the floor and got cushions to sit on
yoona starts teaching as the boy jots down the formula, workings and answers, paying full attention to what shes saying
what he couldnt see was how yoona had been holding the heavy feeling on her abdomen with her arm pressing it trying to ease the pain
"ohhh, so if x equals this then y can be found by using this formla, right?" he finally looks over to the girl who was in alot of pain
his proud smile dropped immediately and his heart sank, not knowing whats wrong, he immediately pulled the girl closer towards him
"whats wrong, yoona are u okay??" he wrapped his arms around her pulling her closer from the side
"by any chance does your mom have any pads? i just gave mine to kazuha yesterday" she asks in a weak tone 1. because shes in pain 2. because she's embarrassed
fortunately sungchan is educated on things like this (thanks to his mother) so he immediately knows whats going on
he ran down stairs to fill up a hot pack with warm water and a glass of drinkable warm water
then he went to his parent's room to grab a pad from his mom's drawer
he went back to his room only to see yoona in more pain
he placed the heat pack on her abdomen and had her drink the glass of water
"sungchan im so sorry i didnt mean for this to happen" she apologises weakly as his brows furrowed
"its okay, its not your fault you wouldn't know" he strokes the girl's back as she drinks the water
"could you get the painkillers from the front pocket of my bag, theyre pink" sungchan immediately acts and hands them to her as she swallows one
"do you want to lay on the bed?" sungchan asks worried
"i think ive might've gotten it on my skirt.. shit i did" yoona sighs in embarrassment as sungchan stands up to gather more stuff
he took a clean towel and some of his smaller hoodie and sweatpants
"you wanna take a shower?" he asks the girl as she nods
"thank you so much by the way" she thank the boy before going into his bathroom with the stuff
sungchan sat on his bed, worried while waiting for the girl to finish
he decides to get some snacks and chocolates for the girl and puts them on the bed
after awhile, the bathroom door creaked as a yoona wearing sungchan's extremely oversized clothes hair let down came out the bathroom
sungchan was melting, her in his clothes made her look so tiny and adorable he could flip
"geez you said these were too small for you?? they feel and look gigantic on me" yoona said sounding better
"youre just tiny" sungchan giggles
"sorry i bothered you with homework and sungmin even tho you were on your period" sungchan apologised
"nono, im sorry for bothering you with all that, i would say im quite impressed that you know alot of this stuff" yoona says giving an awkward thumbs up as sungchan chuckles it off
"i was thinking you could rest in my bed and we can watch a movie maybe? i also brought some snacks" sungchan said showing the girl his snacks and chocolate making her go crazyy on the inside
she nods and hops onto the bedand tucks herself in his gigantic bed as sungchan adjusted her pillows and gave her the heat pack
before sungchan could even hop off the bed to respect her space, yoona pats the surface on the bed next to her while blushing
"just stay here, id feel bad if you end up on the floor" she says shyly as sungchan hesitantly tucks himself into the space next to her
there was a clear border between the two as awkwardness filled the air
"lets watch a horror movie" yoona suggested
"what?? why would you want to watch a horror movie?" sungchan questions the girl's movie taste
"cause it makes me forget the pain and discomfort all that yk, its fine if you dont want to-" she was cut off by sungchan clicking play on the movie
"its okay, all up to you" he says as the girl grins
50 minutes into the movie and sungchan couldnt let go of the girl
he was crawled up in a ball with the blanket covering half his face ready to cover his eyes anytime a jumpscare occurred
"sungchan, omg its coming, three.... two..... one!" yoona counts down the jumpscares to tease the boy causing him to snuggle closer each time
"hey you're evil for that!" sungchan sulks
the 2 hour movie ended with a yoona asleep and sungchan just covering his eyes till the end
sungchan gets out from the little ball he curled himself in and sees the girl calmly asleep next to him to a horror movie
sungchan finds it hard to believe this girl falls asleep to horror movies
he lay awkwardly next to the girl as she starts moving to snuggle towards the boy
"sungchan..." she mutters softly in her sleeping shocking the boy who is now wrapped between her arms and legs like a koala
he couldnt help but giggle as he returns the hug and holds her closely towards his body
sungmin was right, her hugs were warm, cuddling with yoona only meant comfort and that caused sungchan to fall asleep in the girl's arms
the two had woken up to an alarm that rang unexpectedly,
noticing the position theyre in, yoona tries to escape but is pulled right back into his embrace by a sleepy sungchan
"a little while more, you're too warm to let go" yoona chuckles at the boy's needy behaviour
as the boy was sleeping, she noticed a faint smell of the very familiar scent on him and her clothes
the two finally snapped back and realised they slept for a whole hour, the alarm being the time they're supposed to study, instead they were cuddling and enjoying each other's company and physical affection
