I woke up with the light beaming through my window. Why was my curtain opened?
"Good morning, sunshine," mason calls out from the floor.
I shriek, "mason! You scared me!"
"My bad, i woke up an hour ago and just waited for you to wake up. I thought you were dead for a minute," he chuckles.
"Oh.. well i'm up now," i sit up on my bed and hang my feet off the bed to face him.
He scoots closer to me and places a hand on my thigh. "I was thinking we should go to ihop. How does that sound," he asks me.
What did he ask me? I have no clue. I was still stuck folding over the fact his hand is on me. All i did was nod.
"Great! I'll wait for you to get ready. I just grabbed clothes from the drawer that you always have for me," he says smiling.
He gets up and walks out the room.
I fall back onto my bed, daydreaming. Do i like him? Ugh.
I quickly get up to get dressed and do my morning routine.

"Hey, i'm ready! Where are we going again," i asked him.
"ihop. I started the car so come on," he takes my hand and guide me to his car.

"Do you want to head out now," he asks me.
"yeah sure! Are you gonna drop me off then leave," i ask him.
"what? no, im gonna stay for a little bit more. Until my mom tells me to come home. We can just walk around the streets if you want," he smiles.
"Fine by me. Just don't get in trouble because of me," i told him.
"my mom loves you so you don't gotta worry," he says getting up from his seat. He comes to my side and holds his hand out. I smile and take it.
We walk out the entrance door hand in hand. I was so ecstatic. My stomach was full of butterflies and i couldn't think of anything else but him.
"y/n? earth to y/n," he waves his hand in front of my face.
"huh? oh, sorry.. were you telling me something," i apologized.
"nothing important. I was just telling you that you look really pretty," he shrugs.
"what?! that is kind of important don't you think..." i laugh. Then it hit me. He called me pretty. Not just pretty.. but really pretty. I'm mentally squealing right now.
"I mean you are important, but i tell you that every day so even if you missed it you will hear it tomorrow.. and the days after tomorrow," he says nonchalantly.
I could only smile like an idiot at that.

i'm trying to add like real life important events to keep it still realistic and like details about the posts so you guys know what's happening like the podcast and other stuff which i can't spoil but im also gonna limit myself on writing all that so i can keep the social media au alive
