The journey to healing is dark and full of lights
It's turning wounds into beautiful scars
Scars that serve as lessons to the mind
It is turning an angry soul to a calm one
Healing is sinking deep down in your heart
It is finding treasures that pain hides
It is in a second raining the other
painting walls inside your heart
It is a beautiful journey full of paradox
It is turning the lights off and on inside your mind
It is allowing the light in your life
It's restoring the spark in your eyes
Healing is undressing the pain, the wounds and the damage in your mind, heart and soul
Healing is accepting, loving and caring for yourself every day
It is letting yourself feel and express your fearful thoughts
Healing is taking away power from fear, doubt, and anxiety
It is fueling your self with faith, belief and trust
Healing is greeting yourself every day and
every night with love and care you shower yourself!
