Shubman looked here and there , from behind his house doors , before stepping out.
"ahh Shaneel what the fuck yrr dii.." Shubman was kicked out of the door and he quickly looked here and there "hmm first over drink, then disturbing neighbours and now hiding.."
Shaneel asked, her hands crossed over , and Shubman smiled sheepishly , taking steps near his sister "didi how about we made a pact.? you don't tell this to dad and I won't tell yours.."
"ayyee stop right there.." Shubman stopped "when was I over drunk ?"
"no no .. my dear sister we all know you are not as innocent as you seem.." Shubman smirked but he quickly turned to see his best friend running "Abhi buddy wait for me , I am also coming !"
"saale jldi aa , vo veena man ne mere papa ko bta diya hai .. " Abhishek replied running out of the colony and soon a huffing Shubman joined him .
"stop we are far now.. bro how did he do it this quickly?" Shubman asked they were standing on the road and a car came in their sight .
"let's ask for lift Abhi.." even before Abhi can see the car, Shubman stopped it . "oh Abhishek you here ... and Shubman .." Aaryan looked out of window, making others sitting inside look at them.
"where to ?"
"university bhaiya .." Shubman replied "come on then , I will drop you all there, as I am already dropping Yasashvi and Ishan.."
"gulabo .." Shubman smiled widely and quickly entered the car sitting on the back seat where Ishan was sitting and Abhishek followed him.
"so what did you guys did last night? Abhi dad went to your home .." Yashashvi 's eyebrows raised up seeing Shubman looking at his brother , then he shrugged it off.
"nothing much bhaiya.. we thought it was someone else.." Abhi replied and the three brothers laughed , Shubman can't take his eyes off from his gulabo , today he was wearing a black lose T-shirt and baggy pants , his bangs falling like always .
"bhaiya stop the car please .." Yashashvi said and Aaryan stopped "what now YASh .. all okay?" Aaryan asked when Yashashvi went out of the car and opened the back door .
"baby .. can you please sit at front seat ..?"
Ishan looked up at his brother and smiled nodding , Yashashvi gave a small smile to Shubman who gulped "umm hi Yashashvi .." and looked away.
"what happened Shubi ? view is no more beautiful?" Yashashvi smirked "what are you saying ?" Shubman ignored him .
they all talked a little more and Shubman's eyes locked with Ishan's by mirror of the car, his heart beat increased when those eyes gave him a smile and he put a hand over his chest .
"ye mujhe pakka marwayega " Abhi mumbled and thanked god when they finally reached the university "here is your university boys .."
"Thanks bhaiya .." Shubman replied and Aaryan returned that.
"let's go baby .." Yashashvi took Ishan to his dept. and Shubman , abhi went to their respective departments. "bhai Yashashvi ko mujhe pe shak hai kya?"
"sun Shubman mere baat maan le yrr , Ishan itti asani se na milega.. abhi to sirf shak hai ..."
"oye loser don't give your shitty advices to my prince.." Ava said , smacking Abhi who glared at her .
"well you guys survived , but how?" Mayank asked , and the trio laughed at Shubman and Abhishek's face.
It was the last class of day when Shubman saw Ishan in their department talking to his brother "but baby.."
"no buts ashvi.. I will come late and you need to go early.." Ishan said, trying to be little stern and Yashashvi whined "but how will you come alone?"
"my other classmates are also staying back , and if not any other then I will give you a call okay but please go home , you have a test tomorrow .. prepare for it.."
Yashashvi's shoulder slouched but nonethless he hugged his brother , who in return gave him a kiss on cheek.
"gualbo is staying back ... " Shubman mumbled walking back to his friends , "what happened bro, let's pack your bag .. we need to go home .." James asked .
"yeah okay let's go.."
The group walked out , laughing at their own stupid jokes, shubman halted his steps , making others look at him .
"guys you all go , I remember something , I need to do.."
"what is it prince ?"
"Abhi please inform my mother , I will be coming late ... bye guys see you tomorrow.." saying this he ran back.
"PRINCE! PRINCE!"
"chl prince ki bcchi , jane de use , tere bhabhi se milne gya hai.." Abhishek said pulling the girl "what the hell are you talking ?"
Mayank sighed when Ava and James looked at them , yup they don't know hindi . "umm he is saying that Shubman went to meet his gulabo, you brother in law.."
"oh like this .." Ava said jerking her hand away from Abhi "yeah like that.."
"one , two, one two.. three ..." voice came from dance room when Shubman reached there and he saw Ishan correcting other student's steps .
"no no .. only three fingers .. sammy.." and the girl nodded , Ishan walked back to his seat when his eyes went to Shubman , who waved at him .
"what are you doing here ? "
"umm .. I thought .. umm"
"you are cute Shubi.." Ishan ruffled his hair, and went back to dance "did I fucking hesitated..? fuck yrr" Shubman mumbled sitting on the floor, two hours passed in the practice and Shubman was still there .
"Shubi we are closing it? are you waiting for someone?" Ishan asked , carrying his bags , Shubman stood up "no no I was waiting for you gulabo , let's go ..."
They walked in silence , kicking the pebbles by their feet , the moon shining above in the sky . "umm gulabo .." Shubman held other's hand who looked back at their hands then looking up.
'what happened Shubman?" he was pulled by other, in his chest , Shubman took Ishan's hand and placed it above his thumping heart , making Ishan blush by their close proximity.
"Shubi.."
"can you feel it gulabo? " Shubman pulled other more close, "Shubman why is your heart beating this fast?"
"it beats like this whenever, I look at you gulabo.."
"is it bad?" and Shubman almost died by the innocence filled eyes looking at him , his hands cupped other's rosy bread cheeks , pecking them one by one "no it's all love.. I love you .. you have stolen my heart gulabo .. now it craves for you every second.."
Ishan took a step back, his cheeks turning a slight pink and bluish shade by moonlight, those glossy lips from where a tongue peek out, moisting them again and again, in the peaceful night , it was only two of them in that street, Shubman took a step forward .
but even before he can pull other , Ishan's phone rang, breaking that beautiful secret moment and Ishan searched for his phone , their delicate eye contact breaking .
"mama.. hello yes yes I am on my way .. no need bhaiya .. I am almost home.." Ishan spoke on the call and Shubman smiled , he picked other in his arms , and Ishan gasped at him.
"mama just 10 mins.." he cut the call and looked at other "Shubman put me down.."
"but your feet might be hurting by dance .."
"no .. I said right now.." Shubman pouted letting other stand on his feet.
"ok then see you tomorrow.." They both were standing infront of their colony gate as Shubman has made them , "you gonna come alone again, no worries I can company you.."
"no Shubi.. but we can always meet, I will see you when I will come to meet Yashashvi.." and Shubman's eyes dimmed a little "okay .. take care gulabo.."
"hmm you too .. " Ishan smiled when Shubman pecked his nose , they walked inside to their respective homes .
"Shubman.." Ishan called and other looked up at him , as he was waiting for Ishan to enter before entering himself , He took some steps towards other when Ishan also came back .
"hmm?"
"thank you .. and .."
"and?"
"close your eyes please.." Shubman smiled at the request , closing his eyes and soon opening them, looking for Ishan who ran inside his home after kissing his cheek.
"oh gulabo .. tene mujhe maar dena.."
