Chapter 04 : New Friends and Her Decision

~Bella POV~
My name is Bella Accardi
As far as I remember, I originally lived well. I come from a family that is quite famous in the supernatural world, namely the Accardi family which is famous for our family's mastery of lightning magic. Our family has served the Ehrenhaft family for dozens of generations.

Then the person raised his hand and after a while he lowered his index and middle fingers pointing towards. Then his subordinates obeyed his orders and ran towards me trying to kill me
Then I cast lightning magic in my left hand and made the lightning form a sword in my right hand. I released my lightning magic in my right hand towards the assassin. The magic exploded and spread to the surroundings. Then I turned back and blocked one of the assassin's attacks using my sword-shaped lightning magic before slashing him. Even though I'm usually a mage that doesn't mean I'm helpless in close combat. But I myself can't say I'm a professional in this field
'I can't go on like this' I thought. Not only do I have to focus on the many enemies around me, I also focus on the crazy and sadistic person
I continued to block, dodge and slash the enemies around me. I concentrated my magic energy and exploded the enemy in front of me in a cone shape.
But suddenly I felt a bad feeling behind me. I turned around trying to block the attack from behind but it was too late. The attack pierced my chest, making me vomit a lot of blood before he kicked me towards the wall
'Damn, I was careless' I thought with regret because I let my guard off
My vision started to blur, I couldn't see properly anymore. I can still hear the leader's angry words
"At first I wanted to kill straight away without pain, but I changed my mind after you killed my precious subordinate" he said angrily but it was immediately replaced by a sadistic smile
'Sorry mom, dad, brother........' I said regretfully when my vision started to blur and my eyes started to close

~3rd Person POV~
Suddenly there was lightning aimed at the assassin leader by a magician. The person stepped back while clicking his tongue because he was disturbed.
Then the magician came down and approached Bella. Bella could still feel familiar with the magician even though her vision was starting to blur
" Brother?' Bella muttered
"Don't move too much, Bella. If I had been 1 second late, you would have died," said the person who was Bella's older brother
Then Bella's Brother gave and helped Bella drink the healing potion. Bella's wounds began to heal and her bleeding wounds began to close at a speed visible to the eye. Bella's sight and consciousness began to return
"Thank you, Brother, I-" Bella said but was interrupted by her brother
"Save those words for later, Bella. You still in the danger of you still here" her Brother words warned Bella
"Hora-Hora, what a beautiful bond of brotherhood~~. heheheHAHAHAHAHA" said the assassin leader while laughing crazily
The Assassin started walking closer towards them still with that crazy smile. Bella tried to stand up and help her brother but her brother blocked his sister and stood in front of Bella
"Brother, I can still-"
"Bella, try use your magic" said her brother
Bella obeyed her brother orders and tried to activate magic. But when she tried to channeling his magic energy, she vomited a bit of blood
"Impossible, why-" Bella said filled with disbelief
"Bella, your magic core has been damaged by that person. You better take this," said her brother while giving her something like a crystal
"Brother, this..."
"Teleportation Crystal. I want you to escape from here and use that crystal"
"But brother-" before she finished speaking, her brother interrupted
"Bella, I know this is a difficult decision. But I want you to live a good life for the sake of me, our father and mother," said her brother, smiling sadly.

Bella started to cry but finally ran away leaving her brother behind while shedding tears

The man approached the girl and tried to touch the girl while smiling lecherously.
'Damn it, I was daydreaming' Bella said regretting her actions because she was distracted thinking about how the girl knew her name
But then suddenly I felt a very terrifying aura radiating from that girl. Even the group of men were horrified and broke out in cold sweat.
The guy who tried to touch the girl didn't noticed the change in the girl's atmosphere. But he flinched when the girl looked at him. Different from her previous appearance, the little girl golden eyes had a strange pattern. But what gave the man the creeps was that those eyes were filled with terrifying killing intent.
Before the man had time to react, she punched the man right in the stomach. The man was thrown against the alley wall and fell to the ground making a hole in the wall.
The two remaining men gaped seeing that event. Bella, who also was shocked by the incident, took the opportunity to run towards the two men. The man suddenly realized when Bella tried to approach them. But it was too late......
Bella punched the man in the stomach then swung her hand and hit the other man's neck with a sword-like style with as gentle an intensity as possible.
Then the all three men fainted and fell on the ground
Then Bella turned her attention to the girl. The girl no longer had that terrifying atmosphere and returned to her usual appearance.
"Eh?" The girl said after being confused about what was happening
"Are you okay?" Bella asked steadfastly
"Yes, thank you, I'm fine"
"What's your name?" asked Bella
"My name is Sirin Sadouskaya" answered Sirin
"How do you know my name?" Bella asked again
"U-U-Uhmm I don't know" replied Sirin stuttering looking at Bella

Suddenly someone called the girl's name. After a few seconds later, Bella saw a woman who looked like Sirin that had bright blue eyes. She looks like an adult version of Sirin
"Sirin, you're okay?" Sofia said hugging her daughter
"Hum" nodded her daughter
Then a few moments after Sofia checked that her daughter was okay. She turned towards Bella.
"Thank you my daughter. Would you be so kind as to tell me your name?" Sofia asked with a friendly smile
"My name is Bella Acca-, I just mean Bella," said Bella while hastily changing her words
Sofia frowned when she heard Bella's words
"Then will you come home to our house?" Sofia asked
"Sorry, but that will be a hassle for you," Bella replied, trying to reject Sofia
"It's a dangerous night now, if a young girl like you goes home alone," said Sofia
"But-" Bella tried to refuse once again but finally gave in after seeing Sofia's intense smile
"Okay," Bella gave in

Arriving at Sirin and Sofia's house, Bella said excuse herself to their house
Currently, Bella and Sofia are waiting for Sirin in the dining room

There was silence in that place until Bella finally broke the silence
"Sorry for bothering you, Sofia-san"
"It's nothing," said Sofia smiling
"Tell me............ Are you an 'Accardi'?
Bella gasped when she heard her family name from Sofia's mouth

Suddenly a sirin came and approached them

"EHHH~!" Sirin said in shock
"That's enough, you two" interrupted Sirin mother
Then they ate together as usual at home, only the atmosphere was busier than usual.
Bella also showed a small smile for the first time in a long time.
