Boboiboy is acting strange

Fang is currently walking alone by the TEMPUR-A hall as he is thinking about his elemental power friend who is on break from outer missions due to his power watch problem. Although it should be just a small normal problem but he notices that his friend has been acting very weird lately.
One of the things that he noticed is that every time he tried to split up his elementals, it's always an even number now. Every time he finds him splitting up either in his own room or training room, he will let out either two or four elementals which is not the same as before since he always calls either three elementals or five elementals. Calling all seven elementals is rare for Boboiboy to do so he didn't sense anything wrong with it
Besides that, there's also another thing that's so confusing and has made his curiosity reach its peak
Boboiboy and Solar didn't let Ochobot inspect the power watch
Ochobot once told him that Boboiboy and Solar didn't let him scan the power watch because they wanted to look into it themselves first, which sounds convincing and Ochobot already scanned it for the first time when Boboiboy pointed out his problem and he didn't find any anomalies, so Ochobot didn't see it as suspicious.
With so many thoughts coming to his head, Fang arrives in the power sphere room to help with the task but much to his surprise to see Halilintar and Gempa are currently inspecting the charging station with Nut near them
"Halilintar? Gempa? Did Boboiboy call you out?" asked Fang surprised
"Yeah... Well some of us actually did, and luckily this time we managed to let out Solar so he's now in the laboratory inspecting the watch with Ice. They already asked permission from Commander about it" said Halilintar
"You are here at a good time, we just finished inspecting this area, so the next shift would inspect the other side, that is you right?" asked Gempa
"Yes, it should be me and Gopal but I don't even know where he is. Maybe slagging off again somewhere" said Fang as he sigh
"Hahaha terbaik"
Fang looked at Gempa serious which caught the lighting elemental's attention and as a cue, Halilintar quickly went to Gempa's side as if protecting him
"What are you looking at?" asked Halilintar unhappy
"Relax, I was just thinking that maybe Boboiboy is taking over Gempa" said Fang as he put his hands up
"Oh he's not controlling anyone now"
"I see..."

At TEMPUR-A Laboratory
Solar, Ice and Gelap are in there as Solar is seriously inspecting Ice's power watch while Gelap is with Ice together as they are sitting at the blind spot corner of the laboratory and quite far from Solar so they don't interrupt him
Gelap should be shy toward new people, but why is he close to Ice since they haven't met yet?
Because Boboiboy right now is taking over Ice's body and since Gelap already met him in Thorn's and Solar's bodies, it seems he recognized him immediately, which makes things easier
Currently, Boboiboy is fascinated by the dark wings that are on Gelap's back
"Wow... You are so amazing... I can't believe that your powers can be so cool" said Boboiboy smile
Gelap just smiles at his owner's compliment as he lets Boboiboy sit closely with him. He feels slightly uncomfortable by seeing Ice since this is the first time he sees him but the dark elemental know that their owner is inside so he tried his best to get used to it until Boboiboy and maybe Gempa properly introduce him to the other elementals that he hasn't met yet
Boboiboy stops looking at Gelap's wings and then holds onto Gelap's hand which grabs the elemental attention. The owner let out a smile as he sees him
"Gelap... I just can't help to find you so amazing but I do have mixed feelings because I can't take over or try to use your powers on my own" said Boboiboy with a sad smile
The owner's statement has a hint of a sad tone inside it and Gelap notices it. It's true that these past few days, Boboiboy tried to take over Gelap and use his powers on his own, but it seems his watch didn't let him do it. It was as if his watch locked Gelap's powers for him, but he can still let him out by splitting, just like when Api was first activated.
Gelap just let out a sad smile as he quickly let go of Boboiboy's hand and then hugged him. Boboiboy was surprised by his sudden hug and he couldn't help but return the hug. Solar seeing this can't help to be irritated so he quickly stops whatever he was doing and goes to them. Boboiboy notices his light elemental and giggle
"Let me guess... Are you jealous, Solar?" asked Boboiboy smirk
"Wha- I am not!" said Solar tried to compose himself
"Oh come on, don't be like that. Gelap, can we share a hug with Solar?"
Gelap let go and then nodded but Solar still protested about it which Boboiboy ignored as he quickly pulled him down so both him and Gelap could hug him. Solar was taken aback as Gelap also hugged him since the last time he remembered was that the dark elemental made him sleep for being too scared, but now, he's used to him which makes him glad as he returned their hug
"You know... Gelap is quite similar to Thorn in some way" said Solar smile
"I can see where you are getting at... He's very shy at first but when you are already close to him, he becomes cuddly as if longing for a hug like Thorn usually does to me. Everytime I see him, I can't help but hug him since he has this vibe of needing to be accompanied" said Boboiboy as he let both of them go
"I have to agree with it and also, I disagree about him meeting Blaze and Taufan... Knowing their personalities will make it hard for Gelap to get used to"
"Don't worry Solar, I will also be there too for Gelap"
Boboiboy looks at Gelap as he holds onto the elemental's hand again with a big smile
"I will personally take care of you and protect you from their craziness when you meet the other elementals!" said Boboiboy happily
Seeing Boboiboy enthusiasm made Gelap smile as he nodded to him. Solar just smiled as he sat down properly while looking at Gelap. Boboiboy also inspects both of them closely
"You know... Both of you are polar opposites. One with light and one with dark and also your clothes style and hat are opposites to each other" said Boboiboy as he took a closer look
Both elementals look at each other and they see where Boboiboy's statement came from. Solar then starts thinking as he looks at Gelap's hands
"Gelap... Can you produce your dark powers like this?" asked Solar as he let out some light around his hand
The dark elemental sees Solar so he tries to do it and his hand manages to let out some forming like a fist. Boboiboy, who was looking at them, took out his phone as he took a picture of both of them. This action of course, surprises the polar opposite elementals
"This might be a good evidence for your research right" said Boboiboy smiles
"Well... I can't say you are wrong about this" said Solar sighs
"I'm curious about Dark Veil from your notes, Solar. I already saw dark wings and hiding in the shadows"
"Oh... It seems there are some memories that are not given when we split, huh? Do you remember your broken desk lamp the other day?"
"Yes... I was surprised when Ochobot told me about it"
Solar smirks as he quickly gets up and takes a lightbulb and desk lamp from the table. He put it down on the floor and turned the lightbulb on using his powers. After he's done, he goes to Boboiboy's side and takes his phone
"Gelap, can you do that thing again so that Boboiboy can see and also for me to record" said Solar smirking
Gelap smiled and nodded as he looked at the lamp and he put his hand on the floor. He looks serious which surprise Boboiboy by his sudden change of look

"Dark Veil"

Suddenly, some dark powers are coming out of Gelap's hands forming some kind of dark blanket on the floor and it goes toward the lamp. When the dark thing touches it, the lightbulb suddenly explodes into pieces, and the light is gone
"WOW!" shout Boboiboy in amazed
"That's not all! Gelap, try to teleport from here to the corner on your left and then comes back again" said Solar smirk
"Eh? but this room is bright and no shadow is-"

Gelap's words cut Boboiboy's statement as he saw that Gelap was forming a circle-like darkness beside him and he jumped inside. Boboiboy stands up in shock and then he looks at the corner left and pops up another circle where Gelap comes out and waves at them. Before Boboiboy says anything, Gelap goes inside the dark circle again and this time, he comes out right behind Boboiboy and hugs him from behind
"WOAH! That surprised me!" said Boboiboy surprised and then smiled as he held onto Gelap's hands around his neck
"This is why I told you that he had very different power from Fang" said Solar smirking happily as he saw the video he recorded
"I understand now... Gelap's powers are not producing any kind of dark shadow like Fang usually did, but use darkness as the source of his attacks or defenses. If you two fushion, it would form... Nothing?"
"Gelap and I fushion? That's... Something that I haven't thought about, but our power's weaknesses are basically each other, so I don't think fushion will do anything just like if you made an attack combination between Api and Air back in the old days"
"Don't remind me that..."
The dark elemental looks confused but Boboiboy just smiles at him while Gelap also does it. Gelap was smiling happily at his achievement as he sat beside both of them. Solar, who sees it can't help but blush, and he gently pats his head. Upon receiving this, Gelap didn't budge at all and let him do it
"I see... So this is how the others feels as they look after me or Thorn" said Solar in a low voice
"A big brother feeling, right? You are the youngest until Gelap arrives, so now you can feel how they feel" said Boboiboy
"Yeah, little brothers huh... Here, I thought Gempa would be the only one who have that trait"
"Please, Halilintar has the biggest trait in that rather than Gempa"
Boboiboy and Solar laugh as they look at Gelap who is still enjoying the fact that Solar patted his head. Moments later, Halilintar and Gempa come in, see them sitting on the ground and notice the broken lightbulb in the middle of the room
"What are you all doing?" asked Halilintar surprised
"Just talking and testing Gelap's powers" said Solar as he looked away feeling slightly guilty
"Hah?"
Gempa just looks at the interaction while he quickly pats Gelap's head and then sits beside him. Halilintar sighs as he uses his powers to clean the broken lightbulb, which made Boboiboy and Solar shows an apologetic look to the lightning elemental. After cleaning, he quickly sits beside Gempa and talks about their task in the power sphere room. They meet Ochobot, Yaya and Ying on the way and they say they need to look at the weapons room for their own task. Boboiboy then understood, and so he looked at Gelap
His mind couldn't help to think about the thing he wanted to do but got denied immediately by the elementals and so he took a big inhale
"Guys... Can you hear me out..."
All elementals are getting closer as Boboiboy looks at them seriously. The next thing made three older elementals shocked and gave a big disagreement on this, but Boboiboy really convinced them so hard that they agreed by force
