Mayve and Jessica scrolled through her phone together smiling at all the buzz she was getting because of the way she changed her account . It had be a long week of recording but they had finally finished the album and done the photo shoot for the cover .
It was decided it would be announced tomorrow and released the day after the fashion event next week so she could do some interviews at the event on it to build up the anticipation of it .
Once Jessica had finished up what she had to do for the night she organised a time that Mayve would post tomorrow and then went home . Mayve called Sabrina and Addison over so that they could listen to the album with her now that it was done .
"Hello Mayvie boo" Sabrina jokes pulling Mayve in for a hug as Addison makes her way in and joins in .
"Hey" she said as they swayed in the hug before breaking apart . "Okay before we get to the good stuff I need to update you guys ."
"You and Jacob made up?" Sabrina asked guessing what Mayve had to say straight away .
Mayve looks at her confuesed "What! How did you know?" She asks her curious .
"Wait pause you and Jacob made up?" Addison says catching herself up and Mayve nods to her before turning back to Sabrina .
"Well I saw on a tea page that you both had followed each other so I just assumed you guys made up ."
"Wow those fans work fast don't they" she laughed .
Mayve gave the two girls a quick run down about Jacob and hers time spent in the hotel room together while having to convince them a billion times that her and Jacob didn't fuck .
"So wait who spread those rumours about you?" Addison asked her skipping back in the story .
"You guys are going to flip but don't I'm over it now and I know not to speak to her anymore ."
"Surely it's not.." Sabrina says trailing off and Mayve nods as they both knew they were thinking the same person .
"Who is it?" Addison asks having her dumb blonde moment .
"That fucking bitch ." Sabrina says angrily as she rubs her forehead sighing .
"I'm so confused" Addison adds again not catching on .
"Evelyn" Sabrina says looking over to Addison who gasps and smacks her hand against her mouth .
"Guys I don't want to start stuff with her I have a lot of stuff going on at the moment" Mayve said .
Sabrina takes a few deep breaths in looking at the ground "Okay..." she says looking up "I'm not going to say anything but that doesn't mean I have to be nice to her"
"Same here" Addison says slinging her arm over Mayve's shoulder .
Mayve smiles over at the gesture "Okay now let's stop wasting our breath on that bitch and listen to my new album" she says switching her speaker on .
The two friends already get a bit emotional because of how proud they are of her even though they haven't even heard the music yet .
"Okay so I may or may not have written a few songs about you guys" Mayve says laughing nervously explaining to them how she wrote a couple songs on the album about her friendship with them .
"Wait really" Addison spoke up excited and Mayve nodded .
The three girls then listened to the album in order and as soon as they heard her voice they both started crying which then Mayve joined in with both from being emotional and happy that it was finally done after such a long time .
They don't speak the entire time it's playing just sit in each others company listening . Once 'daylight' slowly fades out Addison and Sabrina exchange a look before making their way to Mayve pulling her in for a big hug as they all sobbed together .
"This is.. I'm speechless" Sabrina says between sobs as Addison nods into Mayve's shoulder crying .
"Stop you guys ." Mayve says wiping the tears from her eyes with the sleeve of her hoodie . They listened through about a billion more times and had a girls night watching their favourite rom com 'How to Lose a Guy in 10 days' falling asleep together in Mayve's bed .
Mayve's alarm woke up the three girls who had a late night . "Guys it's time" Mayve said looking over to both the girls as they both crawled beside her and smiled with her as she posted her announcement post .
"I can't wait for everyone to hear it when it comes out it will surely have a clean sweep at the Grammys" Addison said as Sabrina nodded in agreement .
"I just hope it makes my fans happy" Mayve said as she went to press post .
All three girls put their fingers up to the button and Mayve counted down from 3 and they all pressed it and watched patiently as it uploaded . Likes and comments immediately started flooding in as Mayve switched off her phone smiling .
