Took three books of mine, all annotated,
You said, “I miss you” later after break-up
Your ex-girlfriend was invited, it's a slap.
I shouldn't helped you when you were at the restaurant,
I shouldn't leave my heart unarmed and vacant,
Came over stain my favorite coat,
But, I came over to fix your boat.
The “I'll take you home” that you never did,
Your bad sides and translations that I hid,
She lost count, you kept counting,
She screamed your name, you're still hiding.
You're a phase I hate to remember,
But, it's a curse because I'm a writer,
A drop of my pen's ink, your ruthless name,
