"Drink this," Dr Meira said handing over a small cup of water and some medicines, "It's just some painkillers, they won't really help but they might lower the pain you'll feel" Kai smiled at the generosity of her giving him some medicines, he downed them ones before positioning himself on the bed. "This is going to feel cold and uncomfortable" Meira warned, covering the lower half of Kai's body with a cloth. Kai took a deep breath before feeling an uncomfortable and burning stretch in his body, he squeezed his eyes shut while holding the table edge of the table.
A few more minutes passed, from the woman moving the cold gadget around and controlling the monitor. "Okay we are done, you can dress up and come to the main office, take the time you need!" Dr Meira said, standing up from the chair she had been sitting up before leaving some privacy to Kai. 'First appointment and I already hate it' he thought while sleeping in his underwear and trousers.
"How does it feel?" asked when Kai reemerged from, the room, "Feels a little bit weird but I'm okay" he replied sitting down on the chair in front of the disorganized desk, there were from pills to liquids, heat insulators to heat removals, injections and scent blockers. "So I controlled the results and I'm ninety per cent sure you'll have your heat in two days, you are fully healed, I'm surprised because it usually takes between three to four days for your insides to adjust. Also with your pheromones level distribution and glands, you are dominant omega. You might still experience shock waves of pain but don't worry it's nothing serious for those you who can take a simple painkiller of any type." she explained the first part.
"Okay, there is a problem tho.I don't know shit about heats like nothing" Kai admitted with a nervous smile on his face. "oh no problem, I'll explain it to you. So basically it's your body saying it's ready t and at the highest fertile level to have a child. Kai nodded at the load of information that had to sink into his head. "Yes thank you, oh and the names... of my potential mate" he asked taking in hand the small piece of paper with his prescription on it. "Yes, about that. I don't want you to freak out sir. I'll need to call one of the two outsides" Meira said moving closer to the door, waiting for Kaito to say a name in particular. "The tattooed tall one with the dreads" Kai required while pinching his fingers under the table.
"Okay, so he has more than one mate in the discussion, I saw six names in total" Kai's eyes looked ready to jump out of his face; "What do you mean by six?" a deep voice said coming from right next to Kai, the lady brought out a small jotter she had by her side. "They were all stacked as if in a pyramid on his tight side mixed in with some of his tattoos, they said: Duke, Fanum, Agent, Chris and Davis. Do you know who the rest of them are?" Duke nodded understandingly "Yes, we all live in the same house ma'am!" Dr Meira's eyebrows rose up in astonishment "I believe that's good for all of you, make sure to give him enough pheromones to feed off, treat him well and bring him back in a week, on the twenty-fifth, nope not possible just bring him back on the second of January" the woman finished explaining before escorting them out. "Thank you," Kai said.

At the house,
Kai was the first to step foot inside the house, "How was it, lil nigga?" Chris asked, patting the shorter guy's head. "Touch my head one more time and you won't have a dick no more" Kai snapped finally understanding all the things his doctor had told him. "Didn't go well then!" Fanum answered for him "If I tell you they stuck something cold as ice up your goddamn hole, and you have to prepare for your first heat that's in a day or two, what do you expect?" Kai said lying on the couch face down. "I wouldn't take it well" Chris replied sitting next to the man on the couch.
"Any good news too, like did you find the lucky mate's name?" Davis barged in with another question when Kai finally decided to sit up on the couch, "Yes," Duke said moving in with a small sachet of medications in his hand. "Apparently he has more than a name but he got five of them, niggers" Kai in all this, not wanting to see the reactions of his friends during the name-calling, he decided to go and change before all hell broke loose.
"It's me, and all of you guys" Duke announced receiving stunned looks of confusion and happiness "Kai, come back here" Fanum screamed for the younger man.
In the meantime, Kai was upstairs in his room, the door shut behind him. He felt like he was about to cry for the hundredth time "And now I'm also a cry baby" he lamented between long sobs and gasps. He attempted to grab some clothes fromhis wardrobe when someone broke down his door, This time it wasn't a single person but the full squad. "Why do you guy always has to smash the door down" He cried louder than before.
"Aye, why are you crying?" Agent asked moving closer to the boy in front of him. Kai at the question posed to him remained quiet "Because now I have to depend on five baby brain niggas, why won't I cry" Most of them after hearing the accusation gasped out loud whit looks of disbelief "I'm taking that personally" Duke warned. "No need to cry tho, it's going to be okay- Just give it a week or so" Agent reassured hugging the smaller man in a tight bone breaking squeeze. "Change, it's movie night shorty". "Then get out, thanks" Kai replied in a chicky tone.

"I'm here," Kai announced sitting at the single puff bean at the corner. He was handed a bag of microwave popcorn and a Coke. He thanked them before starting to munch on the snacks. "Wait before we start, when is your heat?" Duke asked turning his attention towards Kai. "The doctor said tomorrow or next so..." he wasn't able to finish his sentence when Chris stopped him "Who you gonna fuck with then?" Chris said with a big smirk of anticipation "None of you guys for sure" Kai replied trying to change the topic of the conversation as soon as possible.
"Let's not think about this right now and watch the movie, please?" Kai asked smiling with his teeth. "So what are we watching?" Fanum asked already halfway through his packet of Doritos. "What about Insidious" Kai suggested, "I'm not watching any fucking Horror movie with you" Fanum replied giving Kia a big side-eye.
In the end, it was Insidious they ended up watching. Duke was mostly okay for most of the movie except for the jump scares. Fanum on the other hand looked ready to die on the spot. Chris had such a disgusted weirded-out face someone could ever have. Davis was aggressively munching on his snacks as a stress-relevant. In the main time, Kai was laughing at the full-grown ass adults screaming at the slightest move. "I'm going to go to the toilet" Kai announced standing up from his bean chair.
Minutes passed where no one had seen Kai "Where the fuck did that short ass nigga go?" Davis asked looking around. "He said he would be back" Duke answered too concentrated on the movie to stop staring. More minutes passed and still no trace of Kai, when out of nowhere the lights switched on for a mere few seconds before switching back off. "Oh hell nha, Kai you better come out now" Fanum screamed, no one answered, the boys in the living room still had the TV going on behind them. Their backs were turned to face the bathroom door.
A gurgling sound before a loud scream was heard that made all of them jump in fear until another scream arose from behind them it was harsh, scary and painful to hear. "KAI" Chris shouted, waiting for an answer. Duke was pushed to be the one to investigate "Fuckig hate does cunts!" Duke lamented taking slow, soundproof steps he arrived near the bathroom when something grabbed him by the shoulder "I'm here" Kai said in a deep tone. Duke stilled for a few seconds before screaming out loudly "Fucking hell, what the fuck is wrong with you?" Kai was laughing his ass out.

The next day
"How are you doing?" Davis asked walking into Kai's room, "I'm all right" he answered busily editing the video of Duke screaming his lungs out from the night before "Are you sure? No pain, no weird feelings?" he kept on asking worriedly "As I said I'm okay, I'll call one of you when it starts. Bye" the smaller man answered sassily "Okay just making sure.
It was currently nine in the morning, they had all woken up early for some reason. Duke had to go to the gym. Fanum was still on the couch traumatized by all the shouting of the night before. Chris was on a life that would last all day until midnight and Davis had to go out at ten o'clock. Kai felt okay for being on the day when his heat was supposed to hit him like a truck. His room was filled with music at full volume. He was drinking coffee so much he might have been made out of coffee as well.
"Finished!" Kai exclaimed stretching his arms above his head, he posted the video before going for an early nap.
Duke was the first to arrive home, unusual for him. All the other guys except for Kai and Chris were in the house. "What's that smell!" Duke asked, sniffing the air around him 'Sweet' he thought throwing his bag on one of the corners of the porch. He moved inside towards the kitchen to take a cup of water but nothing could distract him from the fruity, sweet smell coming from the first floor of the house. The smell was alluring, almost as if calling his name and asking him to come and check.
Duke was feeling his body react to the smell, his heart rate increased drastically, and he could feel his mindset change into something more power-hungry, His eyes were battling between staying a normal brown colour to a sharp red colour. His body was moving toward the steps unknowingly.
