Nandini startled at first when she felt someone snaking their arms around her waist, calming down when she realised it was abhiraj, An small smiles forms on her lips
He kept his chin on her shoulder and looked at her rolling the perfect Circle shapes of chapati, The mehendi of her marriage was still imprinted of her hands but slightly faded,
"Aapki kamar nahi dukhti hai, itna jhukna padta hai aapko? Nandini asked while flipping the chapati on the pan
"Agar aap hamare pass hai, hamari kamar ki maalish karne ke liye toh hame kya hi dikkat hogi" Abhiraj replied with an soft smile looking at her flushed cheeks, when she remembered the last time
Sparing an glance by tilting her head towards his face, she looked in his eyes, His dark eyes carried a different type of sparkles in them today
"Kya banaya hai Aaj aapne?" He asked looking at her
Smiling while turning to him, she kept her palm over his eyes "Aapni aankhein band rakhiye, ham khilate hai aapko" she said while rushing to make an bite of chapati and filling it up with the curry
She turned and opened her mouth with an sound as if refering him to open his mouth also, abhiraj chuckled while opening his mouth with eyelids still closed
Putting the morsel in his mouth, she told him to chew
Biting on the morsel, The cute smile of his face turned into an disgusting one, as he opened his eyes with thin slits and knitted eyebrows, Nandini looked at him with an teasing smile "Achha laga?" She asked
Eye diminishing while lips pressed, abhiraj quickly drank water from the refrigerator and gulping down the morsel, he looked at her in disbelief who was laughing all along, "Hame karele ki sabji bilkul nahi pasand" he said ranting
Nandini held her stomach while laughing and looked in him inbetween her laugh "Aapka muh" she remarked and again broke in her monstrous laugh
Abhiraj looked at her with lips pressed as the bitter taste of karela again hit his mouth
Nandini came closer to him, putting her hands on his cheeks, she pulled his cheeks in awestruck feeling "Naraz nahi hotee" she said with an baby voice
Abhiraj smiled listening to her, There sweet moment broke when they heard songs playing from the living room

Everyone laughed at him, while aahana patted his cheek with an smile "Pehle college complete karlo fir kar lena shaddi, abhi jao yaha se" her soft tone changed into scolding with each word
Nandini smiled watching them, when she felt herself being pulled towards the door
Bumping into someone, she looked up to see abhiraj standing infront of her, Little hiding from family members before he looked at her with an smile
Roaming his eyes in the living room for an moment, he leaned closer to nandini and leaving an small peck on her cheek
He pulled away with an smile and took his bag from the rack, Nandini blushed at him and before he could exit
She held the hem of his kurta and pulled him closer, He looked at her with confused eyebrows before his eyes widened, when she pulled him lower and standing on her toes, she left an peck on his cheek
Looking at her with amazement, he saw an cheeky smile on her lips with an shy gaze, Before he could say anything, nandini trails off her feet inside the living room after leaving him frozen on his place and heartbeats racing in his chest

Afternoon, 1 pm
I came in the living room and watch maa ji setting her saree plates nicely, Making my steps closer to her,I said while showing her the tiffin
"Abhiraj ji aaj Khanna nahi lekar gaye, mene karele ki sabji banai thi unke liye"
I saw maa ji chuckling before turning towards me "Abhiraj hari sabjiya bilkul nahi khatta, shaitan hai ek number ka" she replied while flipping her elbow length hairs behind
"Ham unhe karele ki sabji khilayenge, aap hame unke kaaryalay tak chor denge bich raste me?" I asked looking at her with an serious tone,
Hari sabjiya kon nahi khata? Ese toh Mausam badal Raha hai, bimar aur pad jayenge voh
"Haan jaroor, tum tiffin pack kar do aur ham tumhe beech raste me utar denge uske kaaryalay fir ek ghante baad toh uska kaam ho jayega toh tum dono ek saath aajana?" She replied looking at me with raised eyebrows as if to ask that would I mind?
Nodding my head in approval, I made my way inside the kitchen, Heating up the "aalu-gobi" curry, I kept in the small box
Wrapping the chapati in foil, I kept it in the another small box and keeping small portion of karela curry, I kept it in the small box too
Stacking the tiffins on each other and keeping the karela curry at the bottom, I packed them and made my way inside my room to get dressed
Coming out wearing an purple floral suit and trousers in bottom, I wore the pairs of jutti he bought for me and clutched my hairs in clutcher
We made our ways inside the car, as I sat on the behind seat and Looked outside the window, It was slightly cold with clear sky
I smiled hearing the chirping of birds
The journey lasted for thirty minutes, before I came out of car and bid them both goodbyes
My eyes travelled to look at the small building of technology with a board hanged on the top floor
Making my way inside with nervousness, I stood infront of the small desk where an old uncle was sitting while writting something down in his register
I cleared my throat to get his attention, he spared an glance at me for an second and then straightened himself to look at me
I smiled and said " chacha ji,Ham nandini, hame abhiraj kashyap ji se milna tha"
He nodded his head with an smile and wrote my name in the register "Yaha haastakshar kardo beta" he said while showing me the place, I nodded before signing there by writting my name there in hindi
He smiled looking at me and asked "Aapko abhiraj se kya kaam tha beta?"
"Chacha, vo apna Khanna bhul gaye the toh socha ham le aaye" I replied while showing him the tiffin, He chuckled hearing me with an loving smile
"Abhiraj bhot btata hai tumhare baare me" He said and I looked at him with curiosity
"Achha, kya btate hai?" I asked with an wide smile but before he could answer, I heard someone calling me from behind
"Nandini ji"
I turned around to find ashwik standing there with an smile on his face
"Namaste Ashwik ji" I replied while smiling back and taking my steps towards him
He also greeted me and asked with frowned eyebrows and confusion on face "Aap yaha?"
"Jii haan, hame abhiraj ji se milna tha" I replied with an wide smile and he nodded, He signalled me the way towards abhiraj's cabin as we both talked to each other while walking
"Roop kaisi hai?" I asked
"Filhaal toh gusse me hai hamse" He said scratching back of his head, I chuckled looking at him
"Esa kya Kiya abh aapne?" I asked while controlling my smile, Roop always trouble him
"Vahi toh nahi pata nandini ji, nah Jane kis baat per naraz hai" he said looking at me with puppy eyes, I laughed looking at him and replied "Ved ji se mile aap?"
"Haan, ek mahine baad ki tareek di hai unhone" he replied with an blushing smile, I nodded my head and soon, we reached infront of abhiraj's cabin
"Ham jaate hai" I heard Ashwik say as he walked from there bidding me an goodbye, I turned and knocked on the door
"Aajaiye" I heard him say as I entered inside with slow steps

Nandini slowly took steps inside and saw abhiraj writting something being focused, Standing behind him, she cleared her throat "Abhiraj ji?"
Abhiraj's head quickly snaps upward as he hears her voice and turning around, His eyes widen with amusement finding her here with an lunch box in her hand
"Aap yaha?" He asked being confused
Nandini nodded her head softly and kept the lunch box on the table, Abhiraj stood up from his chair and smiling to her, he signalled her to sit on his chair
Nandini settled her dupatta in front and sat and looked around the cabin, It was small but spacious, An table and chair was kept in the corner with an almirah across it, There were alot of files kept on the table
She looked at him again and caught him admiring her, An raillery smile forms on Nandini's lips, she understands the gaze
"Aap kaha bhaithenge?" She asked while looking around and then standing up to let him sit, but abhiraj held her shoulders softly and made her sit again "Aap yahi rahiye ham aate hai" he said assuring her and exited the cabin
Nandini shrugged her shoulders and opened the tiffin, Keeping the karela curry in container still unopened, she put that aside the meal
Abhiraj makes his way towards the staff room and he sees everyone sitting around the big table with chairs aligned there and having their meal, His gaze turns to his right when he heard someone calling him from aside
"Abhiraj tum bhi aajao"
Abhiraj shaked his head in no and went beside Ashwik who was going to sit on his chair, "Ashwik ye chair mujhe de do nah" he said as ashwik looked at him confused
"Fir me kaha bhaithunga?"
"Me lekar Jaa raha hu chair, badle me tumhari presentation review kar dunga, thanks" abhiraj said quickly and picked the chair while walking out before Ashwik could protest
Everyone chuckled at abhiraj's behaviour, "ise kya hua?" One of them asks while chewing on his meal and looks at Ashwik
"Tum sab ki bhabhi aayi hai, abhiraj se milne" He replied casually with teaseness in his voice
"Pyaar hua ikrar hua hai jaane fir kyu darta hai dil" one of the staff sang in tease and all of them chuckles

Abhiraj sat the chair infront of her and looks at the food, He was grateful that it was different curry as he took glances of nandini, who made an morsel and forwards her hand closer to his mouth
Smilingly, abhiraj opens his mouth, The spices of the curry melt in his mouth as he compliments "Aap achha Khanna banati hai"
Nandini nods her head and put another morsel in his mouth and cleans off his lower lip, "Fir karela kyu nahi khaya aapne" she asks looking at him with raised eyebrows
Abhiraj chuckles awkwardly and thinks of making her blush "Subah toh ese hi tha, aap abhi hame khilayengi toh ham kha lenge" he teases with an small smirk as he eats another morsel
Nandini looked at him and smiled "sachi?"
Abhiraj nods his head with an confident smile, "ji"
"Theek hai fir, khaiye" nandini replies as abhiraj's eyebrows frowns in confusion,
Not telling him anything, nandini quickly brings out the another container and opens it, The smile of confidence fades as he looks at the curry
Looking at her with saddened gaze, he said "Aap ye bhi le aayin?"
Nandini nodded her head with an small smirk and makes an morsel out of karela curry, She could see the regret on abhiraj's face as his eyes moved with each actions of her hand
Opening her own mouth as if feeding him like a baby, she forwards her hand towards his mouth, Looking at her with pleading eyes, he watched her looking at him sternly
Closing his eyes, he ate the morsel and the bitter taste filled his mouth, Quickly picking up the bottle from the table, he drinks water and shakes his head as the bitterness hits his mouth again
Nandini laughs at him but quickly shut up when she sees his offended gaze,
Not caring enough, she again feeds him the morsel, She liked how he was eating it without any baby arguments and loved his faces while abhiraj regretted the stupid attemption of making her blush
"Maa ji bata Rahi thi ki aap Hari sabjiya nahi khate" nandini asks looking at him and finally going for the different curry as the first container was cleaned off
"Khata toh hu" he replies with an sad smile while looking at ground
Nandini chuckles looking at him and takes the end of her dupatta in her hands
Opening the knot of the end, she brings out an candy and extends her hand to give him
"Bachho ki tarah naraz nahi hote, lo toffee kha lo" she said sternly like an mother while abhiraj looked at with adoration, Loving the way how she is scolding him but definitely didn't loved the way she made him eat the curry he dislikes the most
Nodding his head, he took the candy and shoved it in his mouth, Chewing on it, he side eyed her with inflated mouth by the candy,
Looking at him with furrowed eyebrows, she asks "Ese kya ghur rahe ho aap? Me maa ko bata dungi, unhone kaha hai mujhe ki aap kuch bhi Karo toh me unhe shikayat laga sakti hu" nandini scolded him, who still looked at her with same face
Defeated, she takes out another candy from the end of her dupatta and shoves it directly in his mouth,
Looking at her with same offended expressions, he chews the choclate flavoured candy, liking the taste
"Aapse badla lenge ham iss karele ka" he says while looking at her with narrowed eyes
Slapping his cheek slowly to make him tilt his head towards the other side, Nandini gets up from her seat and makes her way outside
An smile forms of abhiraj's lips watching her angry
Quickly standing up from his seat, he held her wrist and turns her back "kaha ja Rahi hai aap?"
"Ghar ja rahi hu, aapse baat nahi karni mujhe" nandini replies trying to walk away but abhiraj again stops her chuckling
"Achha maafi, abh btaiye kaha ja Rahi hai aap?" He asks smilingly
Looking at him for an moment, nandini also smiles back "Ham abhi bhi gussa hai, agar aap hame vada pav khilayenge toh ham maan jaayenge"
Raising his eyebrows, he looks at her with narrowed eyes "achha?"
"Nahi khilaye fir, ja rahe hai ham bhi" throwing tantrums, she again turns to go away only to get pulled back this time, as abhiraj smiles again
"Theek hai, maan gaye ham, hame apna basta lene dijiye fir ham dono bhar chalte hai" he says with an assuring smile
Nodding her head while looking away, nandini blushes in between, loving the way her plan worked
Abhiraj shakes his head looking at her blushed face knowing she wasn't upset at all, rather she liked how he ate while making faces...
