THE POWER OF TIME
Character: Pirate Lord
A very special lineage develops only when newborns are poisoned by some venomous creatures inhabiting the ether. The few children who survive until adolescence, after more than a decade of poisonings by their family, can see the future. Not far into the future, just a few seconds, but enough to keep them alert to most of the dangers they face. Some claim that a user of the Time Power never gets hurt or has accidents. The most powerful ones (who can see several seconds into the future) are considered invincible in combat, becoming the world's best fighters. Scholars suspect that the alien poison of these venomous creatures from the Ether connects them to the flow of quantum particles around them, transcending time and space. Thus, according to their sensitivity to these particles, they can foresee the future.
