I went back and played Madness Project Nexus so I can make this story more interesting to read
Lore: You were the only youngest scientist in Nexus Core, there were many other scientists but they were just clones like the rest of every Agent, Engineer, Soldat and every other that works there, you were the only one that wasn't a clone, you have been working on a project of your own which was the recreation of the Halo Artifact that Christoff used granting you many powers similar to Christoff when he had the halo

In this one thanks to you bringing Christoff back to the Science Tower you beefed him in on what you have planned for Nexus so he agreed to join you but to only keep an eye on you but he will help you
Tricky/Hoffnar: You and Christoff were managed to bring Hoffnars mind back into place, he's still slightly insane but with a more right state of mind then he already was

Mag Agents: This is what most Mag Agents look like, you have V1, V2, V3, V4, V5, Project N and Project Gestalt
You have cloning machines that also help create Mag Agents, they wear Nexus Agent clothes with an added trench coat similar to the Mag Agent in Madness Project Nexus, some of them have G03lem type armor so it makes it harder to kill them
Vehicles: You have various different types of armored personal vehicles for your faction ranging from armored Humvees, armored Motorcycles, Tanks, Helicopters and fighter jets
Your main base:
It's an huge city named Nexus City that located in Somewhere in Nevada and is also super heavily guarded and is never weakened, nobody can even manage to breach it without being killed the moment they even enter it, it's also heavily fortified beyond belief and with an added force fields that stretches out through the entire cities borders, you have cleared out any form of Zeds within Nexus even if it was underground and took down many other cults underground and killed off many of the cannibals and abominations that were ether underground or were in abandoned buildings
