courtney and drew crossed the airport sluggishly after the 10 hour flight. courtney looked up at drew in his stupid disguise. "what are you looking at me for," he asked her.
"im just admiring how great you look in this goofy outfit," she told him. he was wearing a denim y cap that said "milf hunter" and a deep green sweatshirt with the hood pulled up.
"oh fuck off," he said with a sheepish grin. in one move he took the hat off and shoved it in courtney's bag while leaving the hood up. courtney's phone pinged with a text from the cool kids group chat. claire had apparently spotted them but more importantly spotted drew.
"there," courtney said once she saw the three of them by the bags. she untangled herself from drew's arm around her shoulders to run to the three, grabbing devyn and claire in a hug. once she moved in to ryder, drew finally caught up. "guys this is drew, drew this is my sister devyn, brother ryder and his fiancée claire."
"hey," drew said. he seemed nervous but there was no need to be. ryder, devyn, and claire were the three most welcoming people courtney knew.
"hi! it's so nice to finally meet you," davyn said pulling drew into a hug. "courtney never shuts up about you." courtney glared at devyn before turning back to ryder.
"where's mylo?" she asked.
"at home with mom, let's go." drew grabbed his and courtney's bags while courtney talked with claire, catching up.
