Mickey

Mickey wakes up to a faint knocking sound. "The fuck?" He whispers to himself, rubbing his eyes.

"Uncle Ian? Uncle Mickey? Are you awake?" Oh.. Mickey softly chuckles, remembering they took Franny last night. He sighs, not wanting to get up, but does so anyway, pulling his husband's arm off of him and grabbing a random shirt from off the floor to put on. He grabs a cigarette and his lighter before opening the door.

"Uncle mickey!" Franny squeals, putting her hands up, wanting to be held.

"Hey, Franny!" Mickey says with just as much excitement, only he whispers as he closes the door. He quickly lights his cigarette, placing his lighter in his shirt pocket before picking Franny up and resting her on his side.

"Remember to be quiet, alright? Ian's still sleeping."

"Oh, okay." She whispers. Mickey smiles and nods, walking over to the living room. He looks at the time as he places Franny on the couch. It's only 9:40 am. It's pretty early for Mickey, late for Ian. "I'm hungry." Franny pouts, crossing her arms.

"You want cereal?" Franny nods. Mickey walks into the kitchen and fixes himself and Franny up some cereal. They both eat at the kitchen table, and when they finish, Mickey places their dishes in the sink. Franny runs back into the living room, and Mickey follows her. He turns on the tv and changes the channel to nickelodeon. The Backyardigans are on, and Franny silently watches the show. Mickey smiles at her before going back to his bedroom to retrieve his husband.

When Mickey enters the room, Ian is still asleep. Mickey sighs, placing his hands on his hips. He shakes his head before he gets an idea. Mickey smirks and tip toes over to the bed. He gets under the covers and crawls over his husband's legs, stopping near his crotch area. Mickey begins kissing Ian's inner thighs, drawing his hands along Ian's upper body. He hears Ian begin to hum, encouraging him to continue.

Mickey now palms his husband through Ian's boxers. Ian moans. Unexpectedly, he wakes up.

"Mick?" A confused Ian sounds. Mickey smiles and traces kisses from Ian's happy trail all the way up to his chest, his head now peaking out from under the covers.

"Yes, lover?" Mickey smiles a cheeky smile. Ian looks down at him and chuckles, also smiling.

"What are you doing down there?"

"Nothing.." Mickey answers, slowly going back down to Ian's hardening dick.

"What about Franny?" Ian's breathing becomes a little uneasy.

"What about her?" Mickey asks, confused as to why he'd ask about her in this moment. Mickey slowly pulls down Ian's boxers, his husband barely rejecting the action.

"What if she sees us?" Ian's hand quickly finds its way into Mickey's hair, starting to tug on it. Mickey groans in response.

"Debbie's raising her surprisingly decently. That girl will knock on our door if she needs us. Now shut up and let me get to work." Mickey Smiles, licking his lips. Ian laughs, not putting up a fight. Mickey grabs onto Ian's hardened cock, stroking it slowly, gradually increasing the speed. Ian throws his head back at the immediate pleasure, moaning a little loud.

"Dude, shut up. Just because Franny knocks doesn't mean she's deaf too."

"Just shut the fuck up and keep going."

~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~

Once they're both finished, Mickey crawls out from under the covers and lays beside his husband. Once their breathing is back to normal, they begin to speak.

"See, Franny never even knocked." Mickey announces between pants, breaking the silence.

"Mhm, whatever." Ian replies, turning himself over to face Mickey. Mickey turns his head to face Ian's, and they just stare at each other for a minute. They both have soft smiles on each others faces before going in for a kiss. Mickey rests his hand on Ian's cheek, and Ian's hands go in Mickey's hair. Their kiss slowly turns into a makeout as Mickey slips his tongue into Ian's mouth. Ian hums and continues.

After about a minute or so, they stop, Mickey pulling away. "We gotta get these sheets in the wash now." Mickey huffs. Ian gives a little "mm" in response before kissing Mickey's neck.

"Today's Friday." Ian says, his lips brushing against Mickey's neck, causing butterflies to form in his stomach. He's known this red head for over ten years, and this man still gives him butterflies.

"Yeah, so?"

"So I have the nightshift." Mickey rolls his eyes at that. He hates when Ian takes the nightshift. He doesn't get to see him til the morning, and when he does, he just lets him sleep in anyway since Ian would've only gotten home sometime after four in the morning.

"Great." Mickey sighs before raising his eyebrows in pleasure as Ian sucks on his neck.

"You better not be leavin' any hickeys on my neck, Ian. We still have Franny, and I don't need her askin' any questions about them." Despite his own comment, Mickey lifts his head to give Ian more access.

"Oh.. whoops." Ian smiles. Mickey's eyes widen, and now he pushes Ian off him.

"The fuck you mean, 'whoops'?" Mickey raises his voice, starting to get a little mad. Ian just lays on the bed, still smiling his cocky smile, wiping the spit off his lips.

"Fuck." Mickey whispers, getting off the bed and straight to the mirror above their dresser. "Ah, fuck you, Ian!" Mickey shouts, rubbing his neck. He turns on the light, and there are definitely a few hickeys spread out across his neck.

Ian laughs and gets up. He walks up behind Mickey and wraps his arms around his husband's waist, resting his head on Mickey's shoulder. "Sorry." He whispers, still smiling. He kisses Mickey's neck, causing Mickey to smirk, but he immediately stops and throws Ian's arms off him.

"Go take your pill, and I'll take the sheets down to the laundry room." Mickey walks over to the bed and takes off all the sheets and blankets and puts them in their laundry bin, a wonderful gift from Sherry, but he'd never tell her that. Ian throws his hands up and says, "Okay." A couple of times before leaving the room and going over to the kitchen.

Ian

"Morning, Uncle Ian!" Franny says, smiling widely.

"Morning, Franny. How was your sleep last night?" Ian asks, getting a pot of coffee started.

"Good. Your bed is way comfier than mommy's car." She says nonchalantly as she kicks her feet while now watching Jake and the Neverland Pirates.

"Mommy's car?" Ian asks with concern. He takes his pill with some water before going to sit beside Franny.

"Yeah. The backseat is too small and lumpy." She says, not taking her eyes off of the tv.

"Why don't you sleep in a bed?"

"Mommy says we don't need beds. Her girlfriend ran off or something, so mommy said we're going to have fun sleepovers in her car for a while. They aren't very fun, though." Now Franny looks at Ian, sadness on her face. Ian's heart breaks for his niece and sister. Debbie may be a pain in the ass, but she's still his little sister. She doesn't deserve to sleep in a car.

Ian notices Mickey walking down the hall with their sheets in their laundry basket, so he turns to Franny, ruffles her hair, and says he'll be back in a minute. Ian gets up off the couch and stops his husband from opening the door.

"Hey, Mick, I need to talk to you for a second."

"It can't wait? I'm a little busy right now." Mickey answers, lifting their laundry up a bit to show what he's busy with.

"Just put it down for now. Did you know Debbie and Franny are sleeping in her car?" Ian asks, crossing his arms. Mickey's brows furrow as he puts down the basket.

"No. Why would they do that, I thought Debbie was living with that convict chick."

"Not anymore. She ran off."

"Well, that sucks doesn't it?" Mickey goes to pick up his basket again, and Ian rolls his eyes, grabbing onto Mickey's arms, stopping him.

"Mick, we can't just let them sleep in Debbie's car."

"What are we supposed to do? I'm fine with Franny staying here, but Debbie? No fuckin' way." Mickey shakes his head.

"No, I can't handle Debbie staying here either. Our apartment's too small for that. I could call up Lip?"

"Lip won't take em. Sure, they got a house, but he already has Fred and Liam."

"Right. Well, there's no one else. The Gallagher house is an obvious no."

"No shit Sherlock. It ain't even the Gallagher house now."

"Should I ask Kev and V?" Ian wonders, rubbing his chin. Mickey thinks about it.

"I mean, it's our best bet, but I gotta go do this laundry, so you figure it out, lover. I'll be back." Mickey picks up the laundry and heads out the door. Ian sighs and texts Veronica. As he waits for a response, he goes back to Franny and just watches cartoons with her, slowly trying to get as much information about his sister's current situation as he can.

A few minutes later, Ian receives a text. Thinking it's from Veronica, he opens the message. Turns out it's Debbie.

Fellow Gingy🗑

Fellow Gingy: Oh, thank God! I totally forgot to grab her at the end of the night. I'm busy today. Can I get her later? After supper?

Me: Sure, Deb's. Stay safe.

Fellow Gingy: I will. Thanks, Ian.

*end of text convo*

Ian sighs, shaking his head at his sister's poor decisions. He texts Mickey to let him know they'll be watching Franny all day, then puts his phone in his pocket.

"Do you like cartoons too, uncle Ian?"

"Uh, of course I do! Why wouldn't I?"

Franny shrugs. "Mommy doesn't."

"Well, your mommy has horrible taste in literally everything." Franny laughs at Ian's comment, and Ian joins her, extending his arm on the head of the couch. The show Franny is watching isn't actually that bad.

Mickey comes back a little while later and soon joins Ian and Franny on the couch. Mickey sits beside Ian and whispers in his ear, "Debbie's lucky I have the day off." Ian smiles and glances at his husband.

"Okay, Mickey."

Chloe

Chloe sighs, finally finishing science class. "That is way too much notes for one class."

"Right?" Sarah agrees, putting an arm around Chloe's shoulders as they walk to the groups lunch spot, which is under the stairs. Once they reach the spot, they take a seat, and almost immediately, Carson puts his phone away, all his attention now on Chloe.

"Hey, Clo. How was science."

"Don't call me that. It was fine."

"Jeez, alright. Just trying something new." The group laughs at Carson's lame response and carries on with their lunch.

"Hey Chloe, you excited for tonight?" Ollie questions, splitting half of their sandwich with Marcus.

"Uh, what's tonight again?" Chloe asks, pulling out her own sandwich.

"The party? Duh." Marcus answers.

Chloe nods, now remembering the groups plans.

"You're coming with us, right?" Chloe already knows Abi won't like her going to a party like this, but she'll be fine. She's been around worse, right?

"Um, I guess." Chloe shrugs. "What should I expect?"

"We don't really know. But there's been a lot of crazy shit happening there recently." Carson bluntly says.

"Expect to see bones." Sarah says loudly, making a snapping motion with her hands. Chloe looks at her, concerned. The group all agrees with Sarah and begins to share stories of what they've heard around school. These stories excite yet scare the hell out of Chloe at the same time. During her whole lifetime living on the Southside, she's seen bullet wounds, stab wounds, burns from all sorts of things, but bone? Now that's a rare sighting.

"Marcus, you picking us all up?" Chloe asks, sharing her fruit gummies with Sarah since she asked.

"What? I just got my license, I can only drive one other person."

"Oh, don't be a wuss, Marc. We won't crash." Ollie throws their garbage at marcus' face while talking. Marcus looks a little worried but agrees nonetheless to drive all his friends to the party.

"I wish at least one other person here had their license and a car." Marcus sighs, picking at his food. "Chloe, do you have yours?" He perks up.

"No. I don't have that kind of money. Let alone any money." Chloe laughs.

"So you'll just never drive?"

"Well, I drive. I just don't have my license. All kids on the Southside drive. Just, illegally." Chloe shrugs, packing up her garbage. She pays no attention to the words that come out of her mouth but does take notice of the groups reaction to them. "What?"

"You all drive illegally? How don't you get caught?" Carson whispers. Chloe gives them all a look. Have they ever even been on the Southside before?

"Cops are too busy with real crimes, robberies, drugs, kidnappings. They don't give a shit about some loser teenagers driving without a license."

"But couldn't you hit like pedestrians, or garbage cans, or something?" Marcus tilts his head, curious.

"Uh, no. Our parents or siblings teach us. We're all pretty good for the most part."

The group hums. They find the Southside so interesting. It's weird to Chloe, but she doesn't care much. It's sort of funny seeing how blind the Westside kids are to the Southside life.

After a long conversation mostly about the Southside, the bell rings signaling for kids to get to class. Chloe sighs. She doesn't have anybody to talk to in her last two classes.

"So I'll pick you all up at around seven-thirtyish?" Marcus asks. The group all thinks it's a good time, and they all part ways. Chloe sighs, heading into English.

Mickey

After a long ass time of watching shitty cartoons on the couch with Ian and Franny, Franny finally announces that she's bored. Mickey instantly perks up from his tired state, thinking they can finally do something interesting today.

"Do you guys live by any parks?" Franny asks. Dammit. The park. Another place for Mickey to be bored while watching his niece play, and he sits on a very uncomfortable bench in the cold.

"I don't know, Franny. Mick and I haven't fully explored the Westside yet." Ian answers. Mickey's happy now since he thinks they don't have to leave the house.

"Oh." Franny tilts her head downward, clearly disappointed. Mickey can't help it. He just feels so bad for her.

"You wanna go out and see if we can find one?" Mickey asks, already beating himself up about it, but the way Franny lights up makes him feel better. Ian doesn't object. He's happy that Mickey wants to do this for Franny.

"Okay!" Franny grins and gets up off the couch. Ian and Mickey get dressed and ready for the day while Franny patiently waits with her shoes already on. They get into their vehicle, and Ian begins driving around the Westside in search of a park and hoping they don't get lost in the process.

After a bit of driving around, they do find a park. Franny's excitement is shown all over her face. Ian parks the car, and they all head over to the park. Franny squeals as she runs over to the structure. Ian and Mickey sit on a bench and watch their niece play.

"Fuck, this park is so much cleaner than the Southside ones." Ian blurts out, checking out the park.

"Yeah, no needles, pedos, or drug dealers anywhere." Mickey adds, just as shocked as Ian. Mickey continues to watch Franny and make sure she's okay. At one point, she falls flat on her face but quickly gets up, shoots two thumbs up towards her uncle's, and shouts a quick "I'm okay!" Before running off again. Both Ian and Mickey laugh before Mickey checks the time.

"It's 1:30. You think the kid's hungry?"

"I dunno but I fuckin' am. Wanna ditch this place?" Ian asks. Mickey nods his head and calls Franny over.

"Can we eat Burger King?"

"Sure, kid." Mickey ruffles her hair, and all three of them walk back over to their vehicle. This time, Mickey drives them over to Burger King. They walk inside and order their food. Once they get their order, they sit in a booth, and Franny quickly notices the play place inside the building.

"Could I play in there after?" Franny points behind her uncle's, making them turn their heads.

"Weren't you just at the park?" Mickey chuckles. Franny shrugs and gives her uncle Mickey puppy dog eyes. Shit. How can he say no to puppy dog eyes?

"If you eat all your food, I'll think about it." Mickey smiles. Franny smiles too, thinking she won, and begins eating. Ian stares at Mickey with "really?" Written in his expression. Mickey shrugs his shoulders up. "No one can say no to that face, man." He whispers. Ian smiles, shaking his head. Mickey glares at him for a second before they all continue eating.

When Franny finishes, she looks at her uncle's with pleading eyes. They both finish their meals, and once they've cleaned up their table, they finally let Franny go play. They sigh and sit on a bench by some blonde chick.

"Which ones yours?" She asks. Mickey glances over at her and points towards Franny without saying a word.

"Oh, she's cute. My little Zachary's up there." She points towards her son. Even though Mickey doesn't give a shit about her kid, he looks anyway.

"Cute kid." He smiles at her. She smiles back. He lied, but she doesn't need to know that.

"So, you here alone, or?"

"No, I'm here with my husband." He points towards Ian. Ian gives a wave.

"Husband? Oh, okay." She smiles widely now. Mickey's weirded out now and slightly moves away and closer to Ian, trying not to make it obvious.

"Yes, hi, I'm Ian." Ian pulls his mask down for a second to show his smile and extends his hand. The lady shakes it.

"Ella." She replies. "So, how do you guys like parenthood?" She questions. Mickey gives a confused look before realizing she doesn't know Franny is their niece.

"Uh, she's actually our niece." Ian answers. Mickey just silently watches Franny, already wanting to leave.

"Oh! Oh my! Okay." Ella laughs.

"Do you guys want kids?" Who the fuck is this lady? Why's she asking so many questions? Mickey internally curses. Why does everyone ask that?

"Oh, I dunno." Mickey says before Ian can answer. He just wants this lady to stop being so nosey and mind her own business.

"What? You guys would be such good parents, I'm sure. Kids are amazing." Mickey fought hard not to roll his eyes at her.

"Yeah. Well, we were thinking a teenager wouldn't be so bad?" Shit. Did Ian actually hear him that night?

"Oh, to like foster or?" This conversation goes on for a long time. Mickey regrets allowing Franny to play so much, but as he watches her play, he feels slightly better. Slightly. Finally, Franny asks to go home, and Mickey gladly gets up to take her home.

"Take care, you two." Ella waves.

"Yeah, you too, Ella." Ian waves back. The three of them leave, and Mickey sighs, getting into the driver's seat.

"She was nice, huh?" Ian asks while buckling up.

"Uh, yeah. Sure." Mickey shrugs, keeping both hands on the wheel this time. He drives home, and by the time they get back, it's nearly three o'clock.

Franny announces that she's tired, so Ian puts her down for a nap in the guestroom. Mickey grabs a beer and sits on the couch. For some reason that blonde chick really ticked him off. When Ian comes into the room, Mickey can already tell he wants to have one of his girly chats again.

Ian begins to ask his lame questions, and Mickey's not having it. "I'm going for a walk." Is all he says as he gets up. His shoes are still on, so he just leaves out the front door, leaving Ian sitting there confused and probably mad too.

Chloe

The bell rings for dismissal, and Chloe quickly packs up her things and leaves the building. She walks home and puts her stuff away, sighing. How's she gonna convince her social worker to let her go to that party?

"Hey, Abi?" She shouts throughout the house until she finds her in her office. Chloe knocks on the door, and Abi lets her in.

"Hey, Chloe. Do you need something?" Abi asks, spinning her chair to face the teenager.

"So, there's this party happening tonight, and my friends kind of wanted me to go. Would that be alright?" She asks, really hoping Abi will let her.

"Well, I'm not your parent, and I'm not really your guardian, so I can't really tell you not too, but please be responsible and come home at a reasonable hour?" Chloe's shocked. Was it really that easy?

"Really? You'll let me go?"

"Yeah, why not? I'm sure you're responsible enough." Chloe smiles and agrees to Abi's rules. She quickly heads over to her room and has an everything shower. She wraps herself up in a towel before going back into her room and looking for an outfit to wear tonight. She assumes it's not a super fancy event, so she decides not to wear a dress. She finds a black crop top with skulls on it, short Jean shorts, and a maroon flannel  to tie the whole thing together. She wears her musty converse as well. She brushes her hair, and for her make-up, she does a smokey eye look with some light pink lipstick. Nothing too fancy or cakey.

By the time she's ready to go, it's 6ish. Abi calls her down for supper, so Chloe goes down to eat with her and her husband. Once she's finished, she puts all the plates in the sink and begins to wash them. Finally, seven thirtyish hits and Marcus arrives. Chloe says her goodbyes and promises to be careful. When she gets in the car, she realizes she's the last one that got picked up.

"Alright, yall ready?" Marcus asks. Everyone hollars as an agreement, and he drives off.

"Oh Chloe, you look stunning!" Sarah says, checking her out. Chloe laughs and thanks her, complimenting her as well. Carson agrees with Sarah that Chloe looks beautiful, and she just rolls her eyes with a smile. So far, tonight seems pretty great.
