✦ draco's gaze shoots up when your bottle lands on mattheo
✦ he shakes his head & stands up"what a ridiculous game"
✦ you grin at him "is somebody jealous huh? it's just a game darling"
✦ he looks at you angry
✦ "if it's 'just a game', you can stop anytime and it wouldn't matter" he hisses & heads towards the dorms
✦ you smile at the others apologetically "sorry boys, i'm gonna go after him"
✦ you find draco in his room, angrily loosening his tie
✦ you walk up & sit down on his bed
✦ "and, did you have fun?!" he murmurs sarcastically
✦ you grin "i love that you're getting so worked up about this. i wouldn't have kissed him anyway, you know?"
✦ draco lifts an eyebrow "you wouldn't have?"
✦ you just shrug with a smile "nope"
Mattheo Riddle
✦ mattheo is angrily downs his drink when your bottle spin lands on theo
✦ clenching his jaw, he tries not to watch what's about to happen
✦ theo looks at the two of you questioningly
✦ "y/n, should we...?"
✦ you glance at mattheo & shake your head "nah, i think i'm out"
✦ theo knows that you & mattheo have feelings for each other
✦ he just winks at you "alright bella"
✦ you stand up "matt, could you please come with me to... help me with some homework?"
✦ mattheo looks up at you & a sparkle returns to his eyes
✦ "sure" he murmurs casually
✦ from the way he shakily puts his glass on the table you can tell he isn't as calm as it seems
✦ when you walk towards the dorms together, you ask: "you didn't think i was gonna kiss your best friend, did you?"
✦ he shrugs "i mean... you can do whatever you want, you know?"
✦ you nod "yeah. but i didn't want to"
✦ he looks at you from the side and you see how a soft smile forms on his face...

✦ theo purses his lips when the bottle lands on enzo
✦ you see him staring down at the floor, swallowing harshly
✦ enzo watches as the two of you exchange looks
✦ theo eventually gets up from the floor and murmurs "i'm gonna get something to drink"
✦ enzo tilts his head with a smile "go after him, y/n. it's okay"
✦ you quickly give him a kiss on the cheek "thanks berkshire"
✦ you run after theo who is pacing towards his dorm
✦ "theo, wait!" you call
✦ he turns around surprised
✦ when you catch up to him, he lifts an eyebrow "done already?"
✦ you shrug "i haven't even got started to be quite honest"
✦ he furrows his brows "wait, so... you didn't kiss him? why?!"
✦ you look up at him and smile
✦ "i think you know why."
Lorenzo Berkshire
✦ enzo grips the glass in his hands when the bottle lands on pansy
✦ he always thought you might have a thing for her so... he's not amused
✦ pansy already looks at you with a grin "hey y/n, you ready?"
✦ you smile "i don't know, are you?"
✦ pansy walks towards you and confidently says "always"
✦ you feel enzo staring but still let her kiss you
✦ she's your friend after all, it's not a big deal... right?!
✦ in the corner of your eye, you see enzo standing up & leaving
✦ you immediately break the kiss and murmur "sorry pansy, i'm gonna..."
✦ you run after him and grab his arm in an empty corridor "enzo, please wait. i want to-"
✦ he turns to you reluctantly "y/n, you don't owe me an explanation. i just didn't wanna watch, that's all."
✦ you stare at him "you know that i don't like her like that, do you? i like someone else, someone who's kind of in front of me right now..."
✦ enzo lifts an eyebrow and a smirk forms on his face

✦ she laughs devilishly "y/n, good luck kissing that one. probably gonna be like a brick wall"
✦ you look at her warningly"don't be so rude, pansy"
✦ she stares at you challengingly "oh and why not? got something to hide?"
✦ she smirks when you don't reply
✦ "ooooh, looks like somebody got a crush" she teases you
✦ your head turns bright red & you get up angrily "you know what? i'm out."
✦ pansy furrows your brows when you storm off
✦ "y/n wait! i didn't mean it like that" she calls after you
✦ you keep walking until she catches up to you
✦ "y/n, stop for a second"
✦ you turn around furious "no pansy, YOU stop. stop talking about things you know nothing about, okay?"
✦ she stares at you "wait... does that mean you don't like tom but... you like someone else?"
✦ you sigh "yes smartypants"
Tom Riddle
tom would NEVER play this game, but-
✦ he sits in the corner of the common room, trying to read a book
✦ he can't help but overhear when it's your turn during "spin the bottle"
✦ when it lands on draco, tom clenches his jaw & tries not to look in your direction
✦ you glance at him
✦ he seems to notice because suddenly, he looks back at you
✦ draco already makes his way towards you, completely oblivious to what's going on between you and tom
✦ "y/n?" the blonde boy asks
✦ tom shuts his book with a BANG & quickly heads towards his dorm
✦ you smile at draco apologetically "sorry malfoy, i can't do this right now"
✦ he looks at you confused
✦ you run after tom & knock on his door
✦ it swings open *magically*
✦ tom studies your face with squinted eyes "y/n. why are you here?"
✦ you s!gh "i don't know. guess i'd rather be here with you than with them"
✦ tom lifts an eyebrow "interesting."
✦ you grin "i know."

P.S. Regarding the photos:
I love adding AI images to the chapters, BUT - the further away the faces, the more they get blurred or even distorted. AI also regularly messes up hands & fingers. I've seen a lot of comments/ critique about that recently. My advice: Don't zoom in!
These images are made to paint a broader scene as a visual component - they're not for details. I love creating them & sometimes spend hours choosing the right images for each chapter. I wanted to give you a quick explanation how it all works 'cause I've gotten lots of feedback about this topic the past weeks.
They're at the heart of this book & I really hope that next time you see seven fingers or a funny face in the background, you'll just smile and still find joy in the pictures!
