I was in the Remindal Goodness 101 class with Harry and the rest of the VKs. I had my arm around Harrys shoulders and he had his arm around my waist. Mal was sketching what looked like the wand. I rolled my eyes. That girl is obsessed.
"If someone hands you a crying baby, do you, A, curse it? B, lock it in a tower? C, give it a bottle? Or D, carve out its heart?" Fairy Godmother asks and Evie raises her hand. FG calls on her witha hopeful grin.
"What was the second one?" Evie asks and me and Harry giggle. Fairy Godmother sighs.
"Oh, okay. Anyone else? Hardian?" FG asks me and I smirk.
"Carve out it's heart," I say with a grin and Harry giggles. FG sighs again and turns to Mal.
"Mal?" FG asks hopefully because she has been answering everything correctly. It's always the option that sounds like the least amount of fun.
"C, give it a bottle," Mal says bordly.
"Correct. Again," FG says proudly and I roll my eyes.
"You are on fire, girl," Carlos says and I scoff.
"Just pick the one that doesn't sound like any fun," Mal says like it's obvious. Because it is.
"Oh," Carlos says in realization.
"That makes so much sense," Evie says and Harry rolls his eyes.
"No duh," he says and I giggle and kiss his cheek. As I was laughing with Harry a girl walked in with a bob cut and a light blue dress. She squeaks and walks over to FG.
"Hello, dear one," FG says to the girl. Must be her daughter.
"Hi. You need to sign off on early dismissal for the coronation," the girl says timidly and I smirk. She's scared. Good.
"Everyone here remembers my daughter, Jane?" FG asks and I smirk.
"No. I don't pay attention to this shithole," I say with a smirk and FG glares at me but I just blow a kiss at her and Harry waves teasingly.
"Mom, no!," Jane says, embarrassed and scared. I continue to laugh at her with Harry.
"It's okay. Jane, this is everyone," FG says and I raise my middle finger at them both. FG glares at me and Jane pales as I laugh with Harry.
"Hi. That's okay, don't mind me. As you were," she says before speed walking out with a squeak.
"Easy to manipulate," I whisper to Harry and he nods in agreement with a light blush dusting his cheeks.
"Ahem. Let's continue. You find a vial of poison. Do you, A, put it in the king's wine? B, paint it on an apple? Or C, turn it over to the proper authorities?" FG ask and Jay and Carlos wrestle to get their hands up but I just raise mine with a bored look on my face. FG sees my hand and a proud smile grows on her face as Harry looks at me with confusion.
"Hadrian," FG calls on me excitedly as I smirk.
"D. Slip it to you," I say and Harry laughs as FG gets a shocked look on her face, making Harry laugh harder.
"Jay," she called on him quickly to change the subject as me and Harry continue to snicker.
"C. You turn it over to the proper authorities," Jay says with a cocky smile and I roll my eyes.
"I was gonna say that," Carlos complains and Harry groans quietly and I snicker.
"But I said it first. Come here" Jay says and they start wrestling again on the table as me and Harry roll ours eyes.
"Boys. Boys! I am gonna encourage you to use that energy on the tourney field," FG says quickly and Harry snorts.
"Tourney!? That's a wee lads game," he says and I chuckle.
"You two should do fencing. Both of you were pirates on the Isle correct? You would enjot it," she says with a soft smile that fades when I scoff.
"Don't tell me what I will and won't enjoy," I spat out and Harry nudges me.
"Can we check it out? I don't want to get rusty," Harry asks with puppy dog eyes. I groan in response. I could never say no to him.
"Fine. Only for you my love," I say and he drags me out of the classroom with an exited smile as the bell rings.

We entered the gym and all the boys stared at us. I rolled my eyes and Harry nudged me. I sighed and glared at everyone.
"Who's in charge here." I ask and they point to Ben. He walks over with an exited smile.
"Hello Harry and Hadrian. What are you two doing here," he asks and I nudge Harry to answer.
"We want in," he says with a cocky grin and I look down at him with narrowed eyes. He gives me puppy dog eyes again and I sigh with a small grin.
"Yes, of course," he says and motions for us to follow him. Everyone is still taring at us so I glare at them and they go back to what they were doing. Ben leads us to a locker room and points at some fencing uniforms, helmets, and swords. I eye the swords with a smirk and Harry is bouncing with excitement.
"Suit up and join us back in the gym," Ben says and walks out. I sigh and walk over to the uniforms to find mine and Harry's size while he looks at the helmets. I grab our sizes and he hands me my helmet. We get dressed and I smirk at Harry when he takes his shirt off. He blushes from my gaze and playfully shoves me as I laugh. We walk out with swords in hand and our helmets in our arm. Ben waves us over and I see two people standing next to him.
"This is Chad and Austin. I want to see your skills with a sword. Harry I'll pair you with Chad and Hadrian with Austin," Ben says and I sigh with annoyance. Harry nods and walks to one long mat and I walk to the other, putting on my helmet. I stand across from Austin as he puts on his helmet.
"Salute," Ben shouts and we raise the swords to our face before whipping it back down to our sides. "Enguard!"
Austin swings his sword and I block it with ease. That continues for a few minutes before I get bored and start to swing at him. I glance over at Harry and see Chad shove him down with his shoulder. Harry shoots up, ripping the mask off and getting in his face. Austin pokes me with his sword but I pay no mind to him. I storm over and push Chad back, pointing my sword at his neck after taking the tip off.
"Who do you think you are blondie," I yell at him and his face pales. Harry puts his arm on my shoulder and I look at him. He motions for me to stop and I put my sword down immediately. Chad backs up quickly and my hands go to Harry's cheeks.
"Are you alright my love," I ask softly and he nods.
"Yes my love. I'm fine. I promise," he says, putting his hands on my waist as I kiss his forehead. Ben jogs over to us.
"Everything good here," he asks and I flare at him with a sneer on my face.
"Keep him away or I chop him in two," I spit out at him, my voice laced in venom. He nods with a nervous look and I grab Harry's hand and drag him into the locker room. I storm over to my clothes and Harry follows me and watches as I angrily get changed, mumbling threats about Chad. When I finish getting dressed I feel arms wrap around me and I see Harry looking up at me with a small smile and love in his eyes. I can't help but smile back as I hug him back. We walk out hand in hand and I glare at everyone who looks at us.

We were all in Mals dorm to plan on how to get the wand when Jay came bursting in with a tourney jersey on. Carlos cheered as Jay did some spins and poses with a huge smile. Me and Harry roll or eyes, him on my lap while doing my eyeliner for date night tonight. I give him a light kiss on the nose and he giggles and blushes as I smile softly.
"Did your plan work with Jane? Are you going over to see the wand?" Jay asks and Mal sighs in frustration.
"Do you think that I would be going through every single spell in this book. If I hadn't completely struck out?" Mal asks with anger and sarcasm dripping from her tone and I mock her as Harry laughs.
"Oh, someone's in a bad mood," Jay says with a laugh and I laugh too as Harry mocks him.
"My mom's counting on me! I can't let her down!" Mal says dramatically and I roll my eyes with a groan.
"The key is not giving a shit. I don't care what my mother thinks about me," I say with a shrug and Mal rolls her eyes.
"We can do this... If we stick together," Jay says confidently and I fake gag and Harry giggles.
"And we won't go back until we do. Because we're rotten..." Mal says, trailing off at the end.
"To the core," the others finish while me and Harry mock them some more and we both cackle.
"Oh, yeah. I found out that fairy godmother blesses Ben with the wand at coronation and we all get to go. I have nothing to wear, of course," Evie says and complains at the end. We all look at her in shock at the fact she is just now saying this. "What?" There was a knock at the door after she said that.
"Hold that thought," Mal says and opens the door to see Ben on the other side.
"Hey, Mal. I didn't see you guys today. I was just wondering If you had any questions or anything... That... you needed..." Ben asks, trailing off at the end.
"Not that I know of," Mal says with a confused tone.
"Okay. All right. Well, uh, If you need anything, just, uh...," he trails off and Mal suddenly gets an idea.
"Oh, wait! Um, is it true that we all get to go to your coronation?" Mal asks with fake enthusiasm and Ben looks exited at her question.
"Yeah, the whole school goes," Ben says excitedly and I can see the gears turning in Mal's head.
" Wow. That is beyond exciting. Do you think that It's a possibility that the four of us could stand in the front row next to the Fairy Godmother, just so we could soak up all that goodness?" Mal says with even faker enthusiasm. I roll my eyes at the tone of her voice. Only a fool would fall for it. Good thing Ben is a fool.
"I wish you could. Up front It's just me, my folks, and my girlfriend," Ben says regrettably and you can practically see the lightbulb turn on above Mal's head.
"And your girlfriend?" Mal asks and Ben has a guilty look on his face. Well he's loyal.
"Yeah. I'm sorry," Ben says with regret lacing his tone and I roll my eyes.
"Okay. Thanks, bye," Mal says before slamming the door in his face.
"I think It's time that Bennyboo got himself a new girlfriend. And I need a love spell," Mal says and Carlos tosses her the book as she giggles.
"You lot have fun with that. We have better things to do," I say and hug Harry closer and he kisses my cheek.
"C'mon guys. Be at least a little useful," Mal says dramatically. We both scoff at that.
"Our parents couldn't care less about the wand. That is your problem," Harry says while motioning to everyone. He gets up and holds his hand out for me which I take and get up. We walk out hand in hand and I do a little wave back at them.

For our date we went to the enchanted lake for a picnic. There was a gazebo that we sat at and just talked and laughed. We had different foods that we had never heard of and tried it all.
"So what was your favorite love," I ask with a loving smile as he hums as he thinks about it.
"Probably either the grapes or the cheese and crackers," he says and I hum. "What about you my love?"
"The strawberries definitely," I say before I eat another one with a big smile. Harry looks down with a thoughtful look.
"Will you ever talk to your dad," he asks and my smile drops.
"No. He could have saved me when they sent me and my mother to the Isle. He abandoned me," I said as I ate a grape.
"He clearly wants to make up for it. And one good parent is better than none. Believe me. I know," he says before looking down sadly. I crush a grape in between my fingers.
"I never needed a parent before. I don't need one now," I mumble angrily and he looks at me with pity. "Don't pity me baby. I hate that. You know that."
"I know love. Please at least try. For me," he asks and I sigh, setting my head on his shoulder.
"You know I can never say no to you," I say with a small smile and he smiles back.
"I love you," he says and my smile widens as I look up at him.
"I love you too," I say and I lean in and give him a long and loving kiss.
