If only life was smooth sailing
At gadodia family the day to day life was filled with arguments and at Maheswari family house laksh's act lead to a chain reaction
Sujatha constantly confronting DP and RP trying to find a balance between his brother and wife
But if only things were that easy
"And why cant you ever blame your brother, why can't he ever admit that he has been wrong" Sujatha was confronting DP
"Bhaisa was not Sujatha, he meant sanskar's good, but he never anticipated sanskar would leave home that he would take thath threat seriously" RP tried to reason
"Are you joking with me right now your brother infront of everyone asked my son to leave, it nowhere sounded just a threat, it was declaration which he gave without realizing or understanding what my son was going through, and even now after all that happened you can never speak for your son, what kind of father are you"
"Enough Sujatha" RP yelled aloud
"You are right its enough, i don't want to live with you, you can continue living with your Bhaisa" saying she stormed towards hero room through stairs
But before she could reach the top, her head starting spinning and before she could find her balance, she fell unconscious, losing her balance and falling down the stairs
"Sujatha" RP and everyone rushed towards her
Before completely blanking out she called for her son
"Sanskar" those were the last words she whispered
Sujatha was admitted to hospital, her condition being critical
Adarsh informed sanskar, he felt he should be here
Sanskar was in a meeting when he received adarsh's call it surprised him and when he heard about the situation he immediately rushed out
—-----------
At City hospital, the whole Maheswari family was at hospital praying for sujatha's well being
No one expected the situation to go so out of hand
The doctor came out and said Sujatha was out of danger but was in a coma for time being
Slowly the family members returned home, but RP and Adarsh decided to stay back
It was late night, when sanskar reached the hospital RP was away and Adarsh was near there
"How is she" Sanskar asked
"Out of danger, but unconscious, under anesthesia right now" Adarsh replied
"How did this happen" he asked and Adarsh explained the events and sujatha's fight with DP and RP
Sanskar took deep breath
"I want to see her" saying he walked inside and saw her unconscious, he took a seat next to her
The hospital room was dimly lit, and the soft hum of medical equipment filled the air. Sanskar sat by Sujatha's bedside, his eyes fixed on her unconscious form. The machines beeped rhythmically, monitoring her vital signs. He held her hand gently, a mix ofe motions swirling within him.
"Ma, I'm here," he whispered, his voice barely audible. The room felt heavy with unspoken words and unresolved emotions. Het raced the contours of her hand with his thumb, a gesture that held both comfort and regret.
He didn't know what more to say, she had been wanting to meet him but he avoided and now when they finally met she was in thiss ituation
Did he hate himself, may be often, she did express her interest to be with him but he felt wrong knowing how she would at someo point would feel being away from her husband
"If only life were smooth sailing," he mused silently, recalling the series of events that had led to this moment. He felt a pang of guilt.
Adarsh, standing at a distance, observed the complex emotions on Sanskar's face.
Sanskar couldn't escape the "what if's" echoing in his mind.
The door creaked open, and RP stopped at the door when he saw Sanskar and he decided to retrieve.
As the night wore on, Sanskar stayed by Sujatha's side, wrestling with his internal conflicts. He knew he needed to confront the pasta nd bridge the emotional gap that had widened over the years.
The hospital room remained quiet except for the soft beeping of the machines and the steady breathing of Sanskar, who had fallen asleep while holding Sujatha's hand. As the first light of dawn crept through the window, Sujatha stirred from her slumber, her eyes fluttering open. The sight of Sanskar, asleep yet vigilant, brought tears to her eyes.
"Sanskar," she whispered, her voice barely audible. Sanskar, roused by the faint sound, woke up from his slumber. "Maa," he spoke, his concern evident in his voice.
Sujatha's eyes welled up with tears, a mixture of relief, gratitude, and the overwhelming emotions that had surfaced during her critical condition. She reached out to touch Sanskar's face, as if assuring herself of his presence.
Feeling a sudden surge of panic, Sanskar called out for the doctor. RP and Adarsh, who had been in the adjacent waiting area, rushed into the room. Adarsh quickly dialed the doctor while the nurses hurriedly attended to Sujatha.
After what seemed like an eternity, the doctor emerged from the room. Sanskar, RP, and Adarsh anxiously awaited the verdict.
"It seems her emotions were unstable, causing a momentary panic. She's stable now, but we'll keep her under medication for a few more hours," the doctor explained.
Relief washed over them as they absorbed the news. Adarsh excused himself to update AP on Sujatha's condition, carefully omitting the fact that Sanskar had been present.
Sanskar and RP stood in silence, a complex array of emotions lingering in the room. They both wanted to say something, to bridge the gap that had widened over the years, but the words remained unspoken.
Adarsh returned, and Sanskar, feeling a mix of gratitude and discomfort, spoke, "I am taking my leave."
"But," Adarsh started to protest.
"Stay, she would want you here," RP interjected. Sanskar simply nodded, acknowledging the unspoken request.
"Chachu, you should go home, take some rest and freshen up," Adarsh suggested, redirecting his attention to RP.
"But..."
"Me and Sanskar are here. You've been here all night, and soon it will be time for your diabetic medicine. You can't be on an empty stomach for so long," Adarsh insisted.
RP sighed heavily, realizing the practicality of the suggestion. He bid them farewell and left the hospital room, leaving Sanskar and
Adarsh in a contemplative silence.
After some time, Adarsh and Sanskar headed towards the cafeteria, seeking a moment of respite with a cup of coffee and somer breakfast.

Sujatha slowly opened her eyes, the events from the previous night replaying in her mind. The soft glow of the hospital room revealed Sanskar sitting by her side, his eyes reflecting concern and relief as he noticed her waking up.
"Ma!" Sanskar uttered, a mix of emotions in his voice. Sujatha smiled weakly, still feeling the lingering effects of the medication.
Sanskar reached for the glass of water on the bedside table and helped Sujatha take a few sips.
"You scared us, Ma," he admitted
Sujatha caressed his cheek
As Sujatha regained her strength, the Maheswari family arrived at the hospital. A hushed silence fell over the room when they saw
Sanskar seated next to Sujatha. DP, AP, and Laksh exchanged uneasy glances, their expressions a mix of surprise and discomfort.
Sanskar acknowledged their presence with a nod but remained focused on Sujatha. The room became a battleground of unspoken words and unresolved tensions.
AP cleared her throat, attempting to break the awkward silence.
"Sujatha, how are you feeling now?" AP asked
Sujatha managed a small smile, "I'm getting better, my sanskar is here"
Laksh stood frozen, his eyes locked on Sanskar. Sanskar met Laksh's gaze, and for a moment, their eyes locked in a silent exchange loaded with history and unspoken pain.
"Ma, I should get going. You need rest," Sanskar said, sensing the tension in the room.
"No you stay" she said with heavy breaths, "i am here maa, i am going nowhere, i'll come back to you soon"
"Promise, you'll stay here, you wont leave kolkata"
"Yes, yes i promise" he said and took his leave
—------------------------------------------------
Sanskar took a cab towards the cliff, seeking a moment of solace and peace. As he sat there, the vastness of the landscape echoed the emptiness he felt inside. Memories of the Maheshwari family and the events that led him to this point played like a haunting melody in his mind.
This place always offered him the tranquility he desperately needed
After a while, amidst the serene surroundings, Sanskar found a moment of calm. As he opened his eyes, another memory from the previous night played before him – the encounter with a mysterious girl on the cliff.
—----------
Ragini and Dadi had just finished their pooja at the temple. Dadi, concerned about Ragini's future, particularly finding a good husband, sought solace in the divine.
Pandit Ji, noticing Ragini spoke "Everything will go well. She has the goddess's blessing"
Dadi felt relieved hearing the words
—---------------
Meanwhile, Sanskar, tired from the previous night, closed his eyes in the cab. Abruptly, the vehicle jerked, pulling him back to reality.
Sanskar asked the cab driver "What happened?"
The driver had hit a young man on a bike. An argument ensued as the injured man accused them of not paying attention.
Eventually, they took him to the hospital, realizing it was a minor fracture. After settling the bill, Sanskar decided to drop him home.
Upon reaching the Badi, Sanskar assisted the injured man inside.
Ragini, unaware of the unfolding events, was on the terrace, tending to the plants.
Sanskar felt irritated as water droplets fall on him "Ugh, where did this come from?"
He glanced toward the source and noticed a girl's back – (Ragini) watering the plants on the terrace.
Sanskar couldn't help but watch as the girl, completely oblivious to his presence, continued watering the plants. The rhythmic flow of water from her can create a serene background noise against the calm breeze. He observed her for a moment, appreciating thes implicity of the scene but then his trance broke bringing him to reality
Sanskar muttered "Can't catch a break" and walked away
The unexpected convergence of their paths hinted at an intriguing connection yet to unfold.
