...Day 1 of the 2-week school break...
Peter swings throughout Manhattan, the billboards are lit with endless colors. The night sky is filled with the brightest stars and the infinite black void that is space.
The darkness of hell's kitchen crept among the island, he swings atop the Chrysler building, and small flashes of gunfire can be seen from a distance, Peter begins to run, he runs completely off the building, he jumps.

The wind blows across Peter's face, and the streets whistle with the sounds of horns, but the sky is quiet and peaceful, Peter is in zen. He is free from his burdens... he continues to swing throughout the streets, Peter follows the police lights on the street.
Peter lands atop a nearby building
He fires his web-shooters to disarm the gunmen, just then the lights in the alley dissipate, and sounds of brutal fighting can be heard until it's gone. The street is illuminated by red and blue lights. Peter jumps to the ground and all 8 men are beaten unconscious.
The police exited their vehicles and we'd their guns.
Officer "GET IN THE GROUND SPIDER-MAN!"
Spider-Man "I didn't do this..."
Officer 2 "On the ground or we will open fire, freak."
???? "Ohoho... you don't need to arrest the insect... you'd want to wait rt about me."
Officer 2 "Oh shit it's Alonzo!"
The mysterious man walks out from the darkness, his skin is pale like a vampire, he lays his hand on the cruiser and ounces it like a feather. The car explodes on impact with the nearby wall, the man grabs both officers by their necks and rips them up. The officer's bones can be heard cracking, they are dead.
??? "Now... you will die..."
Spider-Man "No thank you ghost face..."
The large pale man walks toward Peter, and a look of rage fills his face.
Peter twips his webs toward the nostrils of the man but to no avail, the webs do not affect him.
Spider-Man "I'm screwed..."
The man grabs Peter by his skull, raises his arm, and strikes Peter in the ribs.
*CRACK*
Multiple cracks can be heard from that singular punch, Peter lies on the ground gasping for air attempting to crawl away toward a wall.
??? "Oh the itsy bitsy spider tried to climb the wall.. down called the tombstone and smashed the spider to bits, out came the cops who the stone slaughtered them all, then his reign of terror will be known to all..."
Peter attempts to strike but the man grabs his hand, he fiercely hears Peter, thus knocking him out.
Peter lies there in the street dead asleep.
...hours later...
Peter awakes on a bed inside an apartment.
Spider-Man "Where am I?"
He tries to stand but feels. Excruciating. Pain in his chest and legs, his vision is fuzzy but sees movement on the other side of the room.
Spider-Man "Who... the hell are you..."
??? "The man who just saved your life spider-man..."
The person walks close to Peter, and all Peter can see is a red jumpsuit, In the closet, the man gets closer to Peter and can see, horns emerge in his head.
Spider-man "no get away... I was warned about you..."
??? "Kid... I just saved your life, Tombstone was going to kill you..."
The man is standing next to Peter, he can see him, a suit of red horns atop his cowl, but no eye holes are present, and a simple scruffy beard is visible.
Spider-Man "Where are your eyes... how can you see out of that piece of plastic..."
??? "My eyes are useless..."
Spider-Man "Oh so you're blind... How are you a vigilante?"
??? "All my senses are enhanced by 10 fold... so what's your name kid..."
Spider-Man "Spider-Man..."
??? "Cut the bull..."
Spider-Man "Peter... Peter Parker..."
??? "Ok, kid... you will be recovering here for a while... I'm Matt..."
Spider-Man "Murdock... I saw you on TV"
Matt Murdock "Yep..."
Spider-Man: "So what's your other name?"
Matt: "What other name?"
Peter "Your vigilante one..."
Matt "The streets call me the devil..."
Peter "That's stupid..."
Matt "well... enlighten me... what should be my name..."
Peter "ha... you should talk to this guy he named me... his name is Luke..."
Matt: "Luke cage?"
Peter "yeah... you know him?"
Matt "Yeah he used to live with me... then he moved to Harlem..."
Peter "Dammit I need his help training me..."
Matt "So that's why you're here..."
Peter "Yep... then I met a big guy..."
Matt "his name is Alonzo Lincoln or what I call Tombstone... he was beating the crap out of you before I showed up... but the real question is why do you need to be trained... you are a whole vigilante and you can't fight?"
Peter "I guess that's what happens..."
Matt "So you came here to find Luke to train you in combat..."
Peter "Yeah man..."
Matt "You are not good at asking for help..."
Matt "You know I taught Luke everything he knows... I could train you..."
Peter "You'd do that for me?"
Matt: "Sure kid..."
Peter "One question... you knew Luke by the naming thing... why?"
Matt chuckles "Oh... uh he always called me daredevil..."
...the next day (day 2 of the 2-week school break)...
The sun's light sat across Peter's face, and the smell of bacon can also be felt. Peter stands with no complication.
Peter "Enhanced healing is amazing..."
Peter walks out of the room and sees Matt in a nice outfit standing over a stove.
Peter "You are blind... how do you know if the bacon is done?"
Matt: "I'm a really good lawyer."
Peter "How does that correlate??... Whatever..."
Peter: "So when do we get to training?"
Matt "After u get out of work..."
Peter "You own your law firm... you don't have designated hours..."
Matt "Don't get smart... I made you breakfast... oh and at 8:00 PM on the roof, then we will train..."
Matt then grabs his walking stick and walks out of the apartment.
Peter walks to the stove and grabs a couple of pieces of bacon, he begins to head toward the door, he takes one bite of bacon then. Stops in his tracks, he runs and grabs the remaining pieces of bacon.
Peter "This is the best bacon I've ever had..."
Peter then walks out of the apartment building.

Peter begins to swing through the Manhattan streets.
...Nelson and Murdock Law Firm, 20 minutes later...
Foggy Nelson "There's the devil!"
Matt "Keep it down..."
Foggy "My bad..."
Foggy "so what's up? You deserve it."
Matt: "You know that Spider-Man ?"
Foggy "Yeah what about him?"
Matt "well... I stopped shooting last night... I completely kicked their asses... then I left... that Spider-Man showed up then got beat by Tombstone..he nearly killed him... so I brought him to my place... I found out he's just a kid... a freshman from Queens..."
Foggy "What did you do? Interrogate him?"
Matt "Oh no... he told me..."
Foggy "So you saved his life... what about it..."
Matt "I agreed to train him... I'm stressed enough with this gang war... I don't know why I offered..."
Foggy "you'll figure something out... you always do..."
Foggy takes a sip of his coffee and sits his feet on the table.
...meanwhile on the other side of Manhattan Island...
Spider-Man swings throughout the streets chasing a getaway car, and recently robbed a bank. The police chase right behind,
Spider-Man "Whatever this guy is doing... he is dedicated to getting away..."
Peter thought of an idea mid-swing.
Peter swings in front of the car, uses his web-shooters, and creates a large spider web in front of the car.
The car crashes into the web, the police surround the vehicle, the driver gets out... it's revealed it's Shocker.
Peter jumps down from the air.
Shocker "Oh Spiderman... I've been dying for a rematch... also a nice outfit."
Spider-man "I got a good Taylor..."
The two stare each other down until Peter fires a web at shocker and quickly pulls downward, shocker gets ejected toward the conference of the street.
An officer quickly puts cuffs on him.
Spider-Man "ok... officers.. get sparky here at Raven Croft ."
The officer picked Shocker up and shoved him into a cop cruiser.
Peter waves to the shocker.
Spider-Man "See ya sparky..."
Shocker "NO THAT'S NOT MY NAME I AM SHOCKER AND YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE END IF ME!"
Spider-Man "What do you say, dude..."

Officer "THANKS SPODERMAN!"
