Detention was over. I stood up from my seat and collected my phone, leaving the school premises while he packed up. I had not said a word to him since my embarrassing fall.
I walked out to the parking lot which was almost empty with a few cars, here and there, I didn't see the usual white Jeep waiting for me at the parking lot, I stood there confused before texting Raine.

I groaned in frustration, stupid Raine. What am I going to do now?
"Need a ride?" Someone spoke from behind me and I turned to him and I nodded in response
He saved me from embarrassing myself by asking him for a ride, because I know the conversation would've been so awkward if I asked.
I got into his car and sat on the passenger's seat before he got in and started the engine.
"Where's your place?" He asked
"1114 Sherman Street" I replied and he went silent before driving towards my home direction
"So...where did you get the necklace from?"
"Why do you want to know so bad? You've been making excuses to know more on my necklace geez!"
"You don't fucking raise your voice when you're talking to me
" He said as he clenched his jaw
"Mr. Armani or whatever, I don't care just take me home" I said and this awkward silence rose in the air choking me
He stopped in front of my house and I quickly got out from the car and then Raine came out quickly, walked passed me to the teacher who was about to go.
"Hey! Mr Armani! Come in for dinner!" Raine yelled and before he could even refuse dad came out and ushered him into the house while I just stood outside frozen in place.
Dinner? What did they mean by dinner?
Dinner? With Mr. Armani?
This is going to be hell.
I got into the house and changed into comfortable clothes.
Maybe I should just eat dinner in my room.
Just then Raine barged into my room smirking.
"If you're thinking about skipping dinner or anything, not gonna happen...dad is calling you down for dinner"
"I wasn't skipping"
"Yeah...right" Raine said sarcastically
"I'll be down"
Raine left my room and I came down right after her to see him snooping around the living room and staring at our family picture curiously.
"Shouldn't you be back at the dining?" I asked
He gave me a look and just ignored me as he walked back to the dining with me behind him. Dad sat at the head of the table while he sat at dad's left and I sat at the right with Raine beside me while the maids served us in variety.
"So...You are their history teacher right?" Dad asked
"Yes" He replied
"So, how are my girls in your class?" Dad asked
"Well one of them seem to have a problem with History"
"Raine" Dad replied
"Dad?" Raine said as she gasped dramatically
"Actually it's Rhea" He said and I glared at him while he gave me a bored stare, dad looked at me surprisingly and raised his brows at me questioning me.
"Are you sure? Raine is not Rhea"
"Really dad?" Raine said as she frowned at him
"I'm sure I know who Rhea Vilin is"
"Oh wow, she isn't normally like this" Dad said
"Rhea loves history" He added
"She didn't attempt the project I gave her"
Dad looked at me and I smiled nervously.
"Rhea? I'm sure you have an explanation for this"
"I forgot"
"I doubt it" He replied
"Why don't you have extra lessons with Mr. Armani here?"
"Hm?" I said before coughing
"Oh wow, this should be fun.." Raine muttered with a smirk
"Dad, this is just some silly project, It won't repeat itself "
"I hope so, if this happens again, I won't think about it"
"Fine" I replied as I breathe a sigh of relief
"How about Mrs. Vilin?"
"Oh she's working" Dad replied
"Strange" He muttered
He was being suspicious again. I had to keep this man on a close watch. Suddenly his phone rang and he excused himself to go home. When he left the house, Dad also ginished with his dinner and retired to his room then Raine looked at me with a smirk dancing on her lips.
"Your obsession with your teacher is starting to affect your grades, Rhea" she said and I rolled my eyes at her
"I do NOT have a crush on my teacher and I love someone else"
"Oh then explain why you lied to Tristan or I'll tell him myself"
"You don't even like him!"
"Exactly I hate the fact that you guys are dating"
"I was..gosh this is so embarrassing, promise to not tell"
"Except Nathaniel or Helen, got it"
"Remember when Tristan asked me to go with him to a club"
"Yeah?"
"Well...I was drunk and all, and I saw him"
"Who?"
"Mr Armani"
"No fucking way! I swear you guys are meant for each other" Rhea said with a big grin
"Eww..no" I said as I cringed
"So?"
"Remember I was drunk, so I thought he was Tristan so I walked over to him and held his chin thinking he was Tristan"
"Damn!" Raine yelled as she squealed
"I don't remember much from then but I found myself in his house in a room different from ours"
"His room?" Raine said as she raised her brows teasingly
"No dumbass, that would've been weird"
"You being in his holuse is already weird"
"I was in nothing but a hoodie"
"Damnn you guys slept together?"
"Raine stop being naughty" I said as I shook my head displeassd
"I woke up in an empty room way bigger than ours, he's freaking rich, i tell you, but I'm confused why he would work as a teacher despite being that rich"
"Maybe he loves teaching "
"Uhh.. I don't think so, he literally reads from Google, everything about him is suspicious, don't you think?" I asked
"Except that he's exceptionally hot, I don't think so" Raine said and I face palmed myself
"So, continue" Raine asked persistently
And I continued to explain what happened while she teased me to death.
