I arrived home from Tannyhill a couple of hours ago, I really wasn't in the mood to be anywhere near rafe so I left.
I'm still pretty annoyed at him for last night, every time I think about it I feel the embarrassment and sadness all over again, making me want to ignore him for longer.
I'm laying in bed currently, watching some crappy tv, and as bad as it is, it's seeming to distract me from thinking about rafe.
As I'm watching my tv, fully invested in whatever is happening on this reality tv show, I feel my phone buzz... again.
I know it's rafe, because he's been non stop texting and phoning me since I left.
I groan and pick up my phone, my thumb flicking through the notifications on my lock screen.

Rafe<3: 2.01pm- I'm sorry baby

Rafe<3: 2.20pm- are you seriously giving me the silent treatment ?
Rafe<3: 2.22pm- you're so immature

Rafe<3: 4.24pm- I know you're ignoring me, I saw Sarah talking to you on her phone
Rafe<3: 4.30pm- you're a fucking bitch
I look through the texts and roll my eyes at them, he's basically just having a conversation with himself. I know it's a little immature that I'm ignoring him, but I just can't deal with him today.
I turn my phone off and chuck it down on the bed next to me, then put my focus back on the tv.

I'm abruptly woken up by knocking on my bedroom door, I must've fallen asleep while watching television.
I rub my eyes and sit up in bed a little, "come in" I say groggily, then my dad walks in, giving me a small smile.
"Get up and get dressed into something a little nicer" he says, i furrow my brows in confusion.
"Why?" I ask, rubbing my tired eyes. "Wards having us over for dinner honey, so come on, I want you ready in the next half hour" my dad says explains to me, making me instantly groan.
"Do I have to come?" I say, I couldn't think of anything worse than to sit through dinner with rafe being there.
"Yes, Absolutely" he says then looks down at his expensive watch, tapping it. "You've got 29 minutes now young lady" he says then walks out and shuts my door.
I groan loudly and throw the covers off of my body then get up off of my bed. I stretch my stiff limbs out and then walk over to my closet to chose something to wear.

25 minutes later I'm dressed and ready to go. I opted for a simple baby pink dress, pairing it with some cute pink heels, and my van cleef gold necklace and matching earrings and bracelet.
I manage to apply minimal makeup, just some pink lipgloss and mascara.
"Come on honey!" My dad shouts from down stairs, "coming!" I shout back, quickly grabbing my pink Chanel purse to match my outfit.
I don't think I've ever looked more kook in my life... but dinner at the Cameron's means you're expected to play the part.

We arrive at the Cameron's and ward greets us at the door, giving me a small kiss on the cheek and hugging my dad.
"Glad you both could make it, come on in" he says smiling, I smile back and me and my dad walk into the home.
"Finally" Sarah says coming up to me and taking my arm, I giggle and she begins to ramble on to me about topper, which immediately disinterest's me.
As we are talking, rafe walks down the stairs. When he spots me his eyes look up and down my body and he smiles.
"Don't you look pretty" he says, walking up to me and placing a soft kiss on my cheek.
The last thing I wanted to do was talk to him, but it was inevitable, I am at his house after all.
"Can I talk to you... alone" he says, giving Sarah a look as if to say "get lost".
She rolls her eyes and gives me a small smile then walks away, pulling out her phone.
"What is it?" I say to him, irritation in my voice, but keeping the volume of my voice down as to not let our dads hear.
"You've been ignoring me all day" he says quietly back to me, giving me a stern look.
"Yeah, you pissed me off" I whisper shout back to him, making him roll his eyes.
"You're so dramatic" he says mockingly.
"You called me a fucking bitch in front of a bunch of people" I whisper to him, my tone still full of annoyance and irritation.
"I'm sorry okay! I wasn't expecting to see you up there last night... you know I don't like when you see me taking that stuff" he whispers back to me, making sure nobody can hear him say this except me.
I think back to last night, my mind focusing on that blonde girl with him, the one who was clinging to him like crazy.
"Did you fuck that girl?" I whisper back, really hoping he didn't, but I wouldn't put it past him.
He looks at me in complete confusion, his brows furrowing. "What are you talking about?" He asks.
"That girl, the one who was sitting with you, acting like she was going to jump on you at any second... did you fuck her?" I whisper back angrily.
A small grin grows on his face and he chuckles. "No I didn't fuck her, I was selling her coke" he whispers back to me.
I go silent for a moment, taking in his words. He could be telling the truth... he doesn't look guilty.
"Really?" I ask quietly, feeling a little embarrassed that I jumped to such excessive conclusions, but I still feel like my reaction was reasonable.
He grins a bit more and begins to caress my arm, "baby you know i'd never cheat on you" he whispers back, then leans his face closer to mine, leaving a small kiss on my jaw.
"I love you okay" he whispers into my ear, then kisses my cheek and pulls his face away.
I nod and a small smile shows on my face. "I love you too... but please don't do that again" I say back. He hums in agreement and nods his head.
"Okay baby" he says smiling at me.
"Come on yous two..." ward says as him, Sarah and my dad walk through to the large dining room.
Rafe takes my hand in his and intertwines our fingers, then we walk into the dining room with everyone.

I'm sitting in between Sarah and rafe at the dining table, and my dad and ward are opposite us.
Me and Sarah are sharing a bottle of wards fancy wine and Rafe is drinking a whiskey.
Everyone is basically done with their meal, and is chatting happily, me and Sarah becoming giddy from the wine already.
"I can't believe we are drinking again after last night" I whisper to her giggling, she giggles along with me and sips her wine.
"We were so drunk last night, jj told me you almost puked on John b on the way home" Sarah says giggling, making me laugh loudly.
I feel rafes put a hand on my thigh under the table and squeezes it. "You came home last night with those two?" He whispers in my ear, I can smell the whiskey on his breath instantly.
I turn my head to face him, "they gave me and Sarah a ride home after the party, John b wasn't drinking" I say to him casually, I see him tense up and his grip on my thigh gets tighter.
"What the fuck did I tell you about being around them?" He whispers harshly into my ear, making me become a little nervous.
"Rafe you had disappeared for the majority of the night, they were just doing us a favour" I whisper back to him.
"I don't care you stupid little slut, I told you not to talk to them" he whispers to me in a venomous tone.
To anyone in the room it would look like me and rafe are just talking to each other normally. Rafe does a pretty good job at keeping a calm demeanour while talking to me this way in front of people, more specifically our parents.
"So rafe son... your dad tells me you're considering attending college again?" My dad says, oblivious to me and rafes little argument. rafe looks away from me and remove his hand from my thigh.
He puts on his fakest, most polite smile as he begins talking to my dad.
It baffles me how he can go from saying such cruel, hurtful things to me, to smiling and chatting to my dad like he's the nicest boy ever.
