Lucas kissed me.
I asked him to prove to me that he wasn't using me but I hadn't expected him to kiss me.
He rose but kept our lips glued. Gripping my hips he lifted me and moved me back on the bed. I quickly caught on with his silent order.
I moved backwards as he crawled onto the bed with me.
Once we reached the middle of the bed, Lucas was straddling my legs with his hands buried in my hair. Breaking the kiss, he slipped one of his hands from my hair, along my jaw to the side of my neck. A finger under my chin tilted my head back to give him better access.
I sighed when his lips made contact with my skin once again.
Open-mouthed kisses were placed along the left side of my jaw and down my neck. A moan fell from my lips when he added his teeth to the mix.

Lucas moved to sit at my side. He ran a hand through his hair, messing it up a bit more.
"I haven't had sex either," he said as he avoided looking at me. "I've never really wanted to until you."

"I can't believe you've never done it before," I whispered.
"Why?"
I drew my legs up to my chest and wrapped my arms around my knees. "I don't know. I just kinda figured that you've had a girlfriend before. You're a really good kisser so I thought that you've done other stuff too."
"I've been too busy working for the scholarship."
"Haven't you ever met someone who you wanted to have sex with?" I asked him.
"No." Lucas gave me a crooked smile. "Not until you."
"I—"
"You?"
I giggled. "Will you kiss me again?" I asked him once the giggles died down. "All over?"
"Everywhere?" He sounded shocked.
I bit my lip as I nodded at him. Lucas swallowed loudly and then cleared his throat a few times.
"D-don't you want to shower first?"
"No."
We were both flushed and I wasn't sure whether it was from embarrassment or excitement.
"Do you think maybe we could turn the lights off and get under the covers?"
He hesitated. "Okay."
Before he got up, he leaned down and kissed me. Smiling, I watched him as he walked into the small kitchen to switch off everything and then he walked over to the light switch.
"Are you sure?" Lucas questioned.
"Yes." I paused. "Are you sure?"
In answer to my question he switched the light off. A few minutes later we were both naked and sliding underneath the covers. I laid stiffly on my back and stared up at the ceiling. My hands twitched at my sides when his arm brushed mine.
"What now?"
"We can kiss again?" I suggested.
I turned onto my side just as Lucas moved. A gasp of pain fell from my lips when our foreheads smashed together.
Letting out a curse, Lucas started to apologize profusely as he rubbed the throbbing spot. It made me laugh and Lucas joined in soon after. But our laughter didn't last that long. We'd moved closer when we turned onto our sides.
My lips parted but whatever I was about to say died down when he closed the last few inches of space between us.
He kissed me the way he had in the shower that day we met. One hand slid to the back of my neck as his lips forced mine apart.
Some of the nervousness faded the longer he continued to kiss me. His tongue swiped across the roof of my mouth before it tangled with mine.
We drifted closer as the kiss went on, however the first brush of his body against mine, made me jerk back.
I tensed when his hand slowly slid down my back. He couldn't see the scars but I knew that he could feel them. There were a lot—including the new ones Oliver had made.
Lucas pressed a kiss to the corner of my mouth as his hand came to rest on my hip.
"I've seen them," he whispered. "When I cleaned the wounds."
I swallowed. What was he thinking? What had he thought when he saw them?
He suddenly slipped his hand into mine and raised it to place it on his back. I sucked in a sharp breath when my fingers brushed along the raised skin.
"Just like you," he whispered before he kissed me again.
My hand slid higher up his back and then lower but I stopped a few inches above his ass. It felt like his whole back was covered in scars. How had he gotten them?
My mind blanked when his hand slipped over my ass and to the back of my thigh. He gripped the flesh firmly, hesitated a moment and then guided my leg over his hip. It moved our bodies closed which made it impossible to ignore his hard length.

I shivered when his tongue flicked out to taste my skin.

He raised his head and stared down at me.
"Can we just skip that part and get to the sex?"
"Why?"

"You need to be ready," Lucas said.

He hesitated. Pushing himself up onto his elbow, he reached between us and surprised me by slipping a hand between my legs and brushing his fingers along my sex.
I tensed.
In the next seconds his fingers were replaced by his hard length. Lucas shifted his hips.
I sucked in a breath and held it in as he entered me. Lucas's head dropped to my shoulder as he slowly slid deeper.
